Review for the Alligator Grain 22mm.I ordered this strap and was sent a different size by mistake. I wrote to the support and they were prompt to have sent the correct size free of cost and in a good time.Out of all the straps I have used, this strap is very comfortable and light. I dont feel it while Im wearing it.Its a brand new strap, few days old, so I am not sure the quality and longitivity of the strap. But for now it looks good and I am happy with it.

I did a simple Google search, looking for a durable, nice watchband and Barton was the first name that came up. For years, Ive used Hadley Roma bands and no disrespect but they dont have the durability and longevity. I suppose it was icing on the cake that Barton is located in my hometown of Austin, Texas, but Im confident that the band that I bought for my 1964 Tissot Seastar will be long lasting, much like that of the watch that its connected to. I look forward to using them again for the rest of my classic watch collection. Thanks!

If you need a band or strap for your watch from mechanical to smart you need to go see these ppl. High quality product and super helpful customer support they never fail to deliver. I have a shelf of their bands I rotate on my watches and always adding more.

I have ordered several Barton watch bands for 2 family Apple Watches in Australia and we absolutely love them. Our favourite are the sailcloth bands for comfort and casual affairs, and the canvas bands for exercise and outdoor activities (we hate silicon bands). The leather bands are beautiful and great for more dressy occasions. The fit is precise, the finish is excellent, and delivery is timely. Of particular note is Bartons outstanding customer service which can be a challenge for international shipments to the bottom of the world. I highly recommend the company and the product!

Less than 2 years old and wore maybe 75X. 1 year warranty not enough.

Purchased a strap online - got a defective unit. Sent an email and they said they would replace the unit and they just went into ghost mode.I called the company and spoke with an individual for over 15 minutes saying she would open up the case for me and have this sent out. Even received a case number.I bought the strap over a month ago. I spoke to the individual 2 weeks ago ever since they stopped responding.Long story short, I got a defective nato strap which they are refusing to do anything about.I understand that it is COVID-19 right now and businesses are having issues but the customer service here is beyond ridiculous.Look elsewhere everyone ..

I love them. I now own 2 leather straps that I can change in seconds. Great quality leather. I also just purchased a brushed nylon strap; its fabulous. I just wished they had included a couple of pins with the strap.

20mm Gingerbread watch band. Good, but not worth the money. Also if you are buying from UK, DONT, I got hit with a £3 charge for VAT then the good old UK Post Office hit me with a £8 handling fee.Plus it took a month to get here.

The watch band is great. Marketing is horrible. Even when you select to not subscribed to spam, they will spam you on all your email addresses, even addresses that you did not order.

So overly impressed with the quality of these bands!! The leather is so soft and sleek looking. The silicone was super comfortable too. I would highly recommend these. I have a Galaxy Watch and the 20mm band fit perfect.

I recently purchased a brown weathered leather watch band from Barton and the quality was better than expected for the amount I paid! I will definitely be buying more bands for future watches!Update: I went ahead and bought a black leather band for another watch in my collection and it looks and feels great.

Bought a 22mm orange/black silicone for my Seiko SKS. The band is great quality and looks fantastic. Even better was the no-questions asked customer service when I tore the band accidentally after getting it stuck while working on my garage. A replacement was sent the next day with no hassle. Shop with confidence as this company stands behind its product.

After these guys very generously helped me out in person multiple times, I had to write a review. I bought a NATO-style watch band, which was great quality, but the bars in my watch werent curved so it wouldnt fit on. They called me up when they got some curved ones in and I came back to their location in Austin and they graciously installed the band. Super nice guys with a hoppin space getting things done. I love their marketing, too, and am excited to see Barton Watch Bands grow!

I bought a Samsung watch which I absolutely love. It came with a band that I absolutely hate. The band only fit me on the largest setting. The end of the band kept coming untucked and I always felt like the watch was going to fall off. I did a search online and found your store..... you were sold out, but gave me the option to enter my e-mail and get notified when they came in. Days later, you e-mailed me! Immediately I went online and bought the longer strap. It came today. It was easy to install, and i LOVE that it come with TWO straps.... a longer and a longest. Communication with this company has been completely awful. Any time I try to contact them I am passed off, and never followed up with. I understand how things are difficult at the moment, all I am asking for is transparency which obviously isnt valued.

Quality, great price and incredible service. I called them and visited their store - right in the middle of moving their offices! They dropped everything, answered all of my questions, showed me their entire line including bands that were not yet released. Then they installed the new band for me! Great people and great products. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent customer service. The straps are comfortable and well made.Whats super cool about having two different sizes of straps is now my wife and I can share the same watch.That may sound strange at first, but once you realize that you can buy more watches because you are essentially also getting a watch for your wife or significant other every time you get a new watch.Some watches are more masculine than others, thats true, but take my Stowa Marine Klassik for example - it looks just as good on a ladies wrist as it does on a mans.

After finding this company online we decided to make the trip to Austin from Waco to visit the store. We were greated immediately and the customer service was amazing. He showed us all the different bands available for our watches and then told us about designs that will be coming out. They gave my mom a watch band since we drove from Waco and it was her 70th birthday! I will forever recommend this company because of the great products and even better customer service.

I purchased a smoke canvas band, for my Fossil Explorist Gen 4. I was not disappointed. After a while, you cant even feel the difference between the watch and your sleeve. Extremely comfortable, and the manufacturing quality is top notch. 6 out of 5 ;-)

I recently ordered a 20mm Elite Silicone band for my Tag Heuer Formula 1. Unfortunately for me, the watch vendor provided the wrong specs, and what I actually needed was a 19mm strap. I contacted Barton Watch Bands and let them know what happened, and they were happy to facilitate a quick and painless exchange for me! Additionally, although I did not get to see the band on my watch, I can tell that it is tremendous quality for the price, and I am very excited to finally try it on/purchase additional bands from them in the future! Ive been a customer for a few years and own three bands and a buckle from Barton Watch Bands. Their products are great quality, ship fast, and Ive never had a problem ordering from them. I reached out to customer service about an issue with a band (my fault, not an issue with the product) and they responded in less than 24 hours to resolve the problem, so their customer service is top notch, too!

Absolutely fantastic strap quality at a great price, but thats not the only reason to buy from Bartons. After an issue with shipping, that was 100% the fault of my local post carrier and NOT at all Bartons, I dealt with one of their amazing staff via email. Throughout the whole process Liz was extremely professional, kind and understanding and went above and beyond and showed that customer service is paramount at Bartons. The passion and commitment to quality was evident in every correspondence we had and the result? Not only was my original order re-sent via express post, which arrived days later in Australia, but an extra strap was thrown in on top as an apology for the inconvenience. All this despite the fact that Bartons had not been the cause at all of any part of the issue.
