Dont dare work with them, they are nothing but scammers

I have been working Barrett for about 2 years now. His team is excellent. We own a few e-commerce websites and hired Simpl to fulfill for us. It takes the stress away and allows us to focus on driving traffic. I dont live in Austin, TX and have never met Barrett before, but communication is excellent. Would recommend to anyone searching for a reliable 3PL.

We recently started working with Simpl Fulfillment as our e-commerce business is growing and it no longer made sense to pack orders in my apartment. Our experience has been great and orders seem to ship out same-day which is something we couldnt really find from competitors. Their pricing is great and Its awesome not having to worry about orders shipping.

Simpl Fulfillment has totally helped our business. We are a small business and by adding Simpl to our team they have saved us time and money. Great company and very friendly people. Orders go out on time and everything is easily tracked on my computer and cell phone.

Ive worked with over 5 different 3PL companies in the last 4 years and Simpl has been the best. It would take other 3PLs around 4-5 days to get orders marked as shipped and 5-7 days to get scanned into USPS. That was extremely frustrating as it increased customer service requests. Simpl ships my items out the next business day and also handles all of my returns. I love not worrying and having everything on autopilot. I get weekly updates and their picks are super accurate. Highly recommend working with Simpl.

Wow. I have to say that I am doing this, not because I was asked but just because I think it should be illegal to do what you are doing to your clients. I truly hope that you do not make a habit of this, but it seems like, from the method of joining groups about your clients and just giving out random information, that you do this often. I would just say that I hope not and am disgusted. everyone who reads this should be too and stay far away!!Are you saying that because I am not a customer that my concern is not legitimate? You dont have to put that I am not a customer, I stated as much. address the complaints instead of dodging them with standard replies.

Great company. My partner and I have been working with Barrett over at Simpl for a couple of months now and he has been VERY accommodating with our particular shipping requests (pink bubble wrap, putting on pink shipping tape, stickers, etc).Our business involves pretty boutique shipping, and when we had outgrown our garage that we operated out of, it was really helpful to find someone like Barrett and Simpl Fulfillment to help take care of our orders!Theyve been very responsive to items damaged in transit, and helped solve shipping issues really quickly.We sell mainly via Shopify and also on Amazon, and theyve just introduced a new feature (shipping hero) that allows us to follow along with their inventory and orders.I appreciate Barrett and would recommend him to others! -- Phil

I run a small subscription box and I was having friends help me assemble and pack it and it was getting out of hand. We began working with Simpl Fulfillment and theyve really helped to offload all of that and now I can focus on all the other stuff

A great, hardworking company that does what they say theyll do.

If your company is important to you I highly recommend you avoid this place. We had a contract to fulfill with them and they were constantly late, and miss-shipped, frequently lost product. I personally had to go and find product in there multiple times....simpl-ly because they didnt even TRY to look. Eventually they BROKE the contract and gave us 2 hours to get our product out with a days notice or they would charge us to ship it to us.... honestly Ive been in small business for 12 years and have never experienced anything like this. It might work if you do something VERY SIMPL but if you care about quality I would take a hard pass on this place.Ive never even written a review but this affected my business in a big way for a few months and Id hate for someone else to have this experience.

I have recommended Simpl to numerous start-up/first-year clients and all have enjoyed success. I am aware that a business is spamming Simpl with fake reviews from multiple accounts. These one-star reviews are reflective of THAT individuals poor business management skills and lack of planning and funding, and are not representative of Simpls actual business practices. If you are unable to meet your contractual obligations to customers and to fulfillment partners, keep your fulfillment in-house until the business is scalable. Its MGMT-101.

Weve been working with Simpl for a little over a year and could not be more happy. Theyve successfully shipped thousands of products for us with no errors whatsoever.
