This place is awesome. My organization had previously been in one of those multi-year copier leases with a national company where we were paying a fortune, the machine constantly had issues, and it was nearly impossible to get out of the contract (even after the contract period was up, there was a huge fee to give the copier back!). I knew I did not want to get involved in that again but was not sure what else to do. Then, luckily, I found Austin Technology Group. Terry is great. He listened to our needs, made recommendations, and set us up with a copier that worked better, for a lower fee, and with a shorter and more reasonable contract. He and his team have been very responsive the few times weve needed maintenance or support. They reply to our emails promptly and answer the phone when we call. Working with them has been a great experience and I highly recommend them to others.
