Save yourself the headache and frustration and find another VOIP / Communication service for your company.We have had nothing but issues since starting using Evolve IPs services. All kinds of issues and the support for their product is outrageous. The most recent issue thats really grinding my gears is that the UC-One App does not work AT ALL on android devices and they wont lift a finger to try and fix it. they say the issue is my service provider, and ive proven to them that its all providers on android devices. even had their techs sign in with my credentials to test on their phones and it wont work for them either. Always get a firm theres nothing we can do about this call your service provider for support as if its not an app issue but every cell provider in americas issue. This place is unbelievable.
