DefenTec provided an unprofessional service. After asking a few questions about a delayed and overpriced quote, we were told they decided to “shift their focus” to other customers. They declined to provide more information about the “specific subset of customers” they were willing to serve, raising my suspicion of them preying on customers who won’t question details of their quotes and invoices. If you’re considering DefenTec, please be sure to comb through their quotes and ask questions about additional charges you aren’t expecting; my experience with them made me doubt their transparency.

Ive had an exceptional experience with Defentec. My business was growing and we needed to give an update to a lot of our technical infrastructure at the office so I reached out to Defentec. Really quickly we got a straightforward quote and honest recommendation for what would be needed to make some serious improvements to our internet needs/wifi.
