Great Service for the UT Football Game. Our driver got us thru the security checkpoint and dropped us off next to the stadium. This was very helpful because my grandfather cannot walk long distances. The UT Stadium is already a walking challenge. Thank You Austin Town Car for the great service to and from the UT Football game.

We needed to book multiple days of service for our group coming in for the ACL Event and we decided to use this company because they were recommended by a Big Dog Productions. Set up an account to give my Uber-less parents in Austin a taken care of ride to the spa as part of a Christmas gift. Just got word from my mother there in Austin that the Austin Town Car people are total flakes.I had to call back 3 times to talk to Bob who was the only person who knew how to find your account. The third time the phone rang a long time before it was answered and then with a different company name. Then he said the account was not completed, there was no credit card on file and he couldnt explain what happened. He had one of those cigarette laughs that gave me the creeps. They seemed incompetent. She said.I had spent a long time setting up my account online complete with billing information so to hear that they dont even know what theyre doing with it was a huge disappointment.

This map is definitely wrong as the corner lot is my home. Not a commercial place. I do not say the business is bad as it is map mistake not the business owner.
