This morning, I signed my third lease with Apple. I was unhappy in a Honda Pilot and looking for a more adventurous ride.Meet my new ride, Big Bertha! Make sure if you’re buying from here that you take the car to get inspected on your test run. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Juke in October of 2020 and have put over $2,000 into fixing issues with the car.For instance, I had a blowout in May of this year and when I went to discount tire to purchase new ones, the employee asked if my car was a 2014 model because the tire from the blowout was from 2014. So... Apple Leasing is putting older, used tires on some of the cars? I had to get my front and back brake pads replaced. The window motor died. Blinker light went out within first 2 months. Constant issues with the car. Wish I would’ve done more research before purchasing from here and will not be a return customer.

Im just going to relay a recent (and only) experience. Lets just say, that I was pre-qualifed, (or judged, or stereotyped) in that the conversation I had with a representative was going very well until I was asked about the current car I own. When informed, the tone immediately changed negatively, and I was asked if I bought it brand new or leased, and was asked if I was sure Im interested in the car I inquired about (Lets be real, its a nice to subtle way of saying I dont think youd be able to afford it.) Then it happened, I was hung up on. At first I thought we just got cut off, and was awaiting a call back, but after a day, it pretty evident what happened. Especially since up to that point, Ive been getting emails, and phone messages to finally talk to me live, then nothing. Since yall arent really enthused about earning my business, Im even less so to letting you have it... ever. Thanks for making the experience memorable.

Apple leasing said they would help me get in to a new SUV . But when I got a phone call back I was told they cant help me get in to a SUV or no other vehicle. So dont make me feel that your going help me then say sorry we cant help you. so I will never call back or recommend Apply leasing after I was turn down. The agent sounded like she did not want to help me. she did sound like she was a lazy agent.

I would not recommend this service. It was not clear at all where I was in the process what was taking so long and I had to reach out several times after having been given timelines when I would hear back that came and went. The lack of information I was given about price breakdown, color of car and specs was astounding. I was given phone calls where vague details were given. I felt very pressured to use this service since they ran my credit prior to me agreeing to any vehicle or price. It was also extremely nerve wracking to try and lease a car that I had never seen and didnt actually know all the details about. The process took much longer than going to a dealership. Initially it took 1.5 days from their initial contact for me to even hear about a car that might work even though I was told I would hear back in a couple of hours. Then additional days for them to get the financing in place. When I asked again about getting the car with the specs I wanted it took an additional week to get it. I was also never even told the color of the vehicle. I didnt get any specs until I emailed and asked for the exact details. Lastly I was initially told 90 days with no payments but ended up with 60 days. Please learn from my experience about the payments and if its close to the end of the month wait until the next month to close so that you truly get 2 months without a payment. I only received 1 month without a payment since I paid my old car payment in the same month I closed (October) and then now owe a car payment at the end of December since I closed on October 28th. But hey thats technically 60 days from when I closed so they didnt lie.

What a great experience I just had with the Steve Rogge from Sales and the Finance Mgr. Sherry Yunghans from Apple Leasing. I stopped by wanting to look at a particular vehicle for my sixteen year old daughter. We drove the car she loved it. I new what I was willing to pay. He came very close to that number. Wee sat and chatted for maybe 40 min while paperwork was generated. Signed everything and we were out. But it gets better...Steve followed me and my daughter in the new car out to my house in Leander, as my daughter doesnt quite have her license yet. Another gentlemen followed him to get him back to the dealership. Just an all-around wonderful experience purchasing a car for my daughter. Now not only is she spoiled for the car she got. Be careful when you do business with this company. I was sold a 3 year lease on both of my vehicles. A few months ago when interest rates went down I inquire about switching vehicles a little early when I found out that I was stuck in a 4 year lease with one of the units (the smaller car). Then I said ok, I will turn in the SUV in November when the lease is due and stick to the smaller unit for another year. I just called them to get instructions on how to turn in the SUV to find out that this one also is on a 4 year lease. Do not trust this company. They will tell you one thing and do another one.

Only have time for you at the initial purchase. After that, they’ll call you 2-3 years into your lease, for “a review”. If numbers don’t make sense for them to move you to another vehicle, they won’t call you back. They asked me if I would like to know where I stand regarding lease and existing car; I said sure. They never called me back. At that time I requested a copy of my lease to be mailed, no problem they say, never got it. Last time I have a conversation with them, let alone lease a vehicle from them.

I wasnt completely sure if getting a lease or outright buying a car was best for me. I contacted Apple Leasings top guy, JD Almond. to give me the pros and cons. He was honest and gave me both sides saying that leasing is not for everyone and depended on what I was hoping to accomplish. So, he found me the vehicle I was looking for, set me up a reasonable lease, I drove the car for weeks, and decided to buy it out-right. What a deal!

Amazing experience!We were faced with an unusual problem. After 14 years in London we were faced with moving our family to Austin. International moves are always tricky, but after being away from the States for so long, we ran into problems we didnt see coming. Getting a car quickly was a priority, but doing it long distance seemed impossible. Our credit wasnt bad, it just didnt really exist since we hadnt been living in the US. I called Mike at Apple Leasing and explained the challenge. We were moving in about a week and needed car big enough to seat 7 people. He had the forms to us that afternoon and options within two days. We finalized the lease before we left and he met us on a Sunday (out of hours) to deliver our new Toyota Highlander. In what could have been a costly and frustrating experience Mike and Apple Leasing made it easy. I cant recommend this company enough. Mike has earned a customer for life.

I listen to 1300AM the Zone every morning and hear Chip Brown rave about this company. I was in the market for a Honda Pilot for my wife. I called Apple Leasing before I called anyone else and they were the slowest to get me a quote. Once I got my quote, the monthly payment was literally 225 dollars higher than going directly to the dealership and Apple Leasing wanted me to do a 48 month lease versus the 36 month lease I signed with. I told the sales rep I was communicating with I was looking to get out of my current car as well and get into a new car for myself and never heard back. The sales rep, I had wasnt pushy and I did enjoy speaking with him. But, if you are going to be last the party, I would expect your pricing to be competitive. I was excited when I first reached out to them but left disappointed.

Had the most awesome experience with Apple Leasing. I was in a bad lease from a Ford dealer which I was going to be over on miles and would have to pay a substantial fee. I chatted with a representative online on a Sunday and she took my info and gave it to Buddy. Buddy was super awesome. He made it so easy. We communicated via email most of the time. He called me only two or three times to clear up some things. Buddy was so patient. We changed our minds on color two or three times. Buddy in the end got us the truck we wanted. But the greatest part was he brought the new truck and paperwork to our home and we spent about 5 minutes on paperwork and that was it. This was the greatest car experience I ever had. We bought a vehicle from Apple Leasing about a year ago. About a month after buying the vehicle we discovered the front passenger floor-board was wet (under the mat). Not just kinda wet...soaked. Im no mechanic, but I didnt figure it to be a big deal; probably a clogged condensation line. Six trips (totaling about 6 weeks total shop-time) to the MANUFACTURER DEALERSHIP, and they couldnt fix it. I got back in contact with Chris Andre - who was so helpful in originally purchasing the vehicle. Exasperated at this point, I simply explained the situation, and left it with the open-ended question, What can you guys do? Chris responded to my email within minutes. About 2 days later we dropped off the problem-vehicle and drove off in another...very happy with the deal.I dont think Apple Leasing knew anything about the problem. How many people feel under the passenger-side floor mat when inspecting a vehicle? I never have. That said, you truly know the essence of a company when an issue arises, and what they do to resolve that issue. Apple Leasing stepped up and helped us take care of an issue that was not of their own creation, nor within their knowledge. That says a lot about this company and the employees that make it up.You see all these other 5 star ratings on this page? Coincidence? I doubt it. Thanks Chris and Apple Leasing! Outstanding is all I can say. I had the privilege of working with Gary. I was in the market for a full size SUV and was working with a couple other dealers as well. I had contacted APPLE last a full day and a half after the other 2 dealers. While the other dealers were doing whatever they were doing, APPLE had a deal together and financing set up the same day! They gave me 22% more for my trade than the other dealers. I would like to note that Gary was working this deal with me while I was overseas via the internet/email. Gary/APPLE went WAY above and beyond what anybody would expect. This by far was the easiest auto purchase I have ever done and I wasnt even in the same country! When it come time to buy another auto, I will be contacting Gary again. I would highly recommend you consider APPLE Leasing as one of your choices when looking to get into a new/used vehicle.

I bought a 2013 transit connect, the sales guy Joe Maxwell said the bank owns it so we sent it to get checked out at the mechanic shop. He says the drivers side mirror does not work we will order you one, that was in July it is now December and they never sent me the mirror. Be aware of sales staff that lies and does not follow through. I wont be buying anymore vehicles from this deceptive place.

I located a Lincoln MXK online from Apple Leasing’s website which was the SUV and price range I was looking for located at the 2222/620 location last fall. Part of the purchase, the sales team said they would have the carpet cleaned as it had several bad stains. Also, upon check out the FA said the 2nd car key would be available which was later never delivered. Selling a car is pretty simple but the team at Apple Leasing was disappointing as they promised certain basic items and never delivered. The auto sales business is highly competitive and I would expect a higher level amount of service from such a company. Disappointed customer here....

Apples Great!!! I have been doing business with Apple Leasing since they came to Austin in 1985. Ive leased numerous vehicles and each and every time the transaction went off without a hitch. If you get a new vehicle every three or four years, you should be leasing, and if you lease you should go to Apple.

I have bought well over 500K in vehicles from Apple in the last 6-7 years for both business and personal use. McCaleb (Mac) has done a great job for me every time. Many of our vehicles end up on department of defense installations so they have to be delivered already plated and ready to go or we cant use them. He has always gone over and above to make it happen. Mac has even arranged delivery to other states for us.I highly recommend Mac, Scott and the whole Apple team for any vehicle lease or purchase needs you may have.

You need to call Justin from Apple Leasing.I searched all over Texas for a certain Jeep in a certain color and certain options. I was very particular about what I wanted and so I was spending a lot of time looking. When I would call and ask about values for leasing, every dealer was giving me a different number, even though they all claim to use Chrysler Capital. Some blow up the rates for a profit and some say rates so low only to make false hopes. I knew what the values were and only asked to test if they would lie. Well, one dealer said the number I was looking for but then said the Jeep I saw wasnt in stock. So I was stuckTHEN I FOUND JUSTIN!Wow. I didt know what to expect when I called. He has the patience of a saint because I was asking about so many details. Money factors, residual values, gross cap cost, acquisition fees etc... I did my homework. Dealers didnt like me. With Justin, I told him the options I want, he found it, they haggled for me, then the best part, THE RATES WERE BETTER THAN CHRYSLER CAPITALS (What you use if you lease through a dealership).No pressure, STRAIGHT FORWARD ANSWERS. You have a question, he will answer, guide you if you want guidance and help with new ideas. Tell you the good and bad and let you decide.Process: They find what you want (from anywhere at least in Texas), haggle for you, Justin will call you with the numbers; if you agree, go to Apple Lease, say hi to the friendly and helpful staff, sign, and go! (I had Justin email me the contract I will be looking at so I know what to expect when I get there). If you dont agree with the numbers then work with Justin to try something else. Again, no pressure, no haggling.Any questions I have in the future or if I want to switch leases, I just call him up and hes there.This review is long but there is so much to say about this seamless process because its a new experience for me. I suggest you just call Justin from Apple Leasing and just ask what they have to offer and the process. Cant hurt to just ask! Youre welcome.By the way, I did it all over phone from San Antonio.

They say you should never say never. However, I will most likely NEVER go to a dealership again. Apple Leasing, specifically Buddy Wall, was the BEST decision Ive ever made in leasing a car. The process was unbelievably simple (or at least Buddy made it appear that way).My brother called Buddy to see what he could do to help me get out of a HUGE negative equity situation that began in 2012. Buddy, asked questions, asked about needs, payments, etc. There was NO pressure. He told us what Apple could offer and then encouraged us to look at other dealers. We did a LOT of research. I HAD to lease or I would never get out of the negative equity cycle I was in. No one could touch the deal Apple offered. So, we called Buddy and said its a deal! The car would not be ready for a day, but we really wanted to meet him. Buddy had been so kind. We went to the office (no one really does that any more), and could not have been more impressed with the people there. The people at the front office were happy to see us, offered us water, and made sure we were comfortable.Then Buddy came out to meet us... WHAT A GREAT GUY! He took time to get to know us a little bit and to reassure us that I was making the right choice. He shared about Apple Leasing and the history they have of helping people, and the high rate of return customers they have! Buddy and his wife have been in the Austin area for a very long time and so we knew so many of the same people. It was like a little reunion. I know he must have been so busy, so his time was much appreciated.New Car Day!!!! He told me my car would be ready by 2 pm, and what do you know?1?! It was ready. Full tank of gas, cleaned, and BEAUTIFUL. I met with Sherry the Finance Director and signed the paperwork... 15 minutes... thats it! Probably would have got much faster if I hadnt talked so much :-) THEN I was introduced to Scott the Owner of Apple Leasing. I felt pretty valued.I HIGHLY recommend Apple Leasing to anyone and everyone. Tl;dr: Make sure you compare any offer with Apple Leasing with leasing directly through the dealer!!!!I got in contact with Chris at Apple Leasing as my wife and I were in the market for a new car and had never had a leased vehicle before. We wanted to compare the difference between going through a third party (Apple Leasing) and going directly through the dealer.I explained that I was looking to get an Acadia because of the seating arrangement and storage space, and was promptly told that the Acadia has a low residual value and that I should look into a Toyota, Honda, or Nissan. I am always open to new ideas and since this was a first time lease for us, we decided to heed the advice and take a look at these vehicles.None of them matched our needs exactly, so we decided to stick with the Acadia. Our rep with Apple Leasing seemed very determined to change our minds and kept telling us that a Honda Pilot would be better for us.We located an Acadia that we liked and had the GM sales rep provide the Apple rep with the stock number. Apple leasing then contacted us to tell us that the lease payment was going to be over $700, and that the Acadia was on a stop sale and there was no telling when the parts will be available to fix the recall.I was also told by Apple Leasing that GM will artificially inflate residual values to lower lease payments. This is false because the dealer and Apple leasing both use the same bank (US Bank) for leasing.Frustrated, we decided to work directly through the dealer (Covert GMC) who was able to get us the same exact vehicle on the same lease terms for $500/month, and that even included a couple extra protection options (dings, interior protection, etc) as well as free maintenance for two years, etc..Im not sure what the deal here is but it seems that Apple Leasing must make a significant amount of money or some kind of kick back for leasing from particular dealers or manufacturers. If you do decide to work with these guys, make sure you compare whatever they offer you with going directly through the dealer.

My wife an i own a small plumbing company Lanier Plumbing co an we have been using Apple leasing over 15 yrs.We have used them for our business an personal cars an we have always been treated like a million bucks no matter the cost of the car or truck that we have leased from apple. McCaleb an Scott have always been supper nice even giving use a car to drive while the new car was arriving.What a great place an supper great people that work there.I refer all my friends an clients to go visit Mac or Scott about any car from a V W to super sports car they can get them all.
