What a fantastic group to work with! I met with several of the wonder folks at Zilker Partner’s during my last job hunt, and I was continuously amazed at how personable and hard working each one was. They helped my understand my own worth, and pushed me to achieve far more than I would have been capable of my own. From vetting employers, to coaching interview preparation, or simply being there for you, on your team, for the big moments in the application process; these guys know how to get things done!I do not plan on moving on from my new role anytime soon. However, if/when I do, I will be sure to come back to this wonderful team to find that next great opportunity!

What separates Zilker Partners from all other recruiting services is the sheer amount of business knowledge. The background of the ownership actually comes from working in the tech world, not just recruiters that decided to recruit for tech. They know people, they are connected and they are invested. They actually get to know the business they are working with as well as the people and their personalities. They can speak the tech speak fluently and can separate people who know it and those who dont. All of this accumulated knowledge makes ZP extremely adept at putting the right people in the right place. Communication and follow-through are excellent.

My experience working with Stephanie at Zilker Partners has been amazing. They work extremely hard to make sure you are a good fit for the company they place you at. I appreciated that they would check up on me and how I was doing in my new role at least every 2 weeks. It really made me feel like I wasnt alone. It can be really stressful starting a new job they cut that out of the whole process. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I loved working with Sophie! She was the first recruiters I spoke to that took the time to get to look over my website and past work to be able to place me better. We got coffee and she wanted to actually get to know me and my goals, and she found me an incredible job because of it. I highly recommend them for placing tech talent.
