I recently had the opportunity to go to the Entrepreneur Personality Type Workshop put on by the CHARFEN institute. Ive attended plenty of business and leadership workshops in the past, and I can wholeheartedly say this was like nothing Ive ever experienced and was extremely eye opening.Alex and his team really got me thinking about how to be a successful entrepreneur and grow a successful company. What was really different was that instead of giving me all the tips and tricks to run a successful company like most workshops, he went to a much deeper level in describing the Entrepreneurs Personality Type and what it takes for that personality type to really succeed. I left the workshop with new excitement levels I havent had in a long time, as the workshop has helped me to look at how I live my day to day on a whole different level. I recommend this workshop to entrepreneurs everywhere!

Alex did such a great job at keeping my attention. This is not an easy task for anyone to do. I also left there practicing the skills he taught which has been very helpful in staying focused and completing every day tasks. Living in the Momentum! I was so glad I was able to be part of that class!

I absolutely loved the Entrepreneurial Personality Type course that Alex taught. It was different, profound, and extremely useful. I got away with dozens of pages of notes, and have gone back to them several times since then--because this is not so much learned, as internalized. Some of the things I got from this: why and how we (as entrepreneurs) are different, this was eye-opening; how we work best; what is causing pressure and noise in our lives; how we can gain greater momentum; solid relationship advice and the value of complete transparency; the overwhelm equation (and more importantly how to get out of it)...and more. I feel very blessed to have met the Charfens, and theyve already made a difference in the lives of me and my family. Thank you!

I spent 8 extremely hours at the Charfen Institute and loved every bit of it. I am not the type that can sit still for more than 30 minutes, but the information I gained was riveting. I already put what I learned into action, and its making a difference. The momentum is starting to roll in my favor.

Todays Entrepreneurs Workshop at CHARFEN was super helpful. I understand myself and my entrepreneurial personality better, learned a quick way to spot self sabotaging thinking and behaviors and was shown a REALISTIC formula to create momentum on demand and keep it going. So nice to go to a workshop where they get you and actually lighten your mental load with possibilities instead of burdening you with heavy to-dos. Thanks Alex!

As a new entrepreneur, the workshop was interesting. Some tangential talks were a bit distracting. I would have gain more after being in business longer. I know I will at least have some basic rituals I can put in place from the very beginning because of this class.

Excellent program. A real value to those of us who venture out on our own.

I have been a client of Alexs CDPE program and have attended 2 of his past Breakthrough Events in both Las Vegas and Phoenix. I was intrigued by what Alex had discussed on his webinar and made a decision based on my attendance of the webinar. I did attend found this information and material different from any of his other training and events geared towards Entrepreneurs and Small Business. While I found the experience and education positive. I would like to suggest for those that can not always have the luxury of traveling to condense the presentation into perhaps a 3-4 day event orperhaps do what you have done so well in the past and offer a series of webinars along with all the content in a binder.
