When my office was flooded during the last “winter blast” we had, Puro Clean immediately got to work, the same day I asked him (Israel). The work was completed quickly and the end result is probably better than it was before. Every time I called the owner, Mr. Israel de la Vara, he promptly took care of my concern. We had a water leak in the attic that caused some moderate damage in the bathroom below. Israel and team were very courteous, clean, and straight to the point upon entering our house, assessing the damage, and even throughout the drying process. They wore booties and laid down canvas or tarp as they made their way through the house which is something I did not expect but did notice. Our other quotes didnt bother wearing booties during assessment until I asked. Not only that, their prices were reasonable based on the few quotes we gathered. We are pleased with their service.

We uncovered mold in the middle of a home renovation and had to hire a professional service to thoroughly clean the area. We called PuroClean one late afternoon and Israel came out the next morning to inspect the area. He provided a detailed analysis and quote shortly after inspection to clean the site; their team was able to get started right away. Israel and his whole team did such a great job on my recovering from water damage. They were here immediately when the water was discovered with blowers and dehumidifying equipment. They came every day to check the dryness levels. As soon as that was done we moved into the restoration phases. There was a pause as we waited for the new flooring to arrive and acclimate, but in 3 days they moved out the furniture, wrapped walls, counters, windows, etc in plastic, removed the old floor and installed the new one followed by cleaning and returning everything to its place. I highly recommend Israel and PuroClean. I had a scare after another contractor came to my home to assess some water damage that occurred on the sheet rock and moulding inside and around my back door. The contractor told me that a 3-4 ft radius of tile around the door had moisture as well. He informed me that the tile would more than likely need to be ripped up, everything dried and replaced! This wasn’t in his scope of work or most other companies I called. Israel contacted me within an hour of my call to PuroClean, and despite his heavy workload, was willing to make an after-hours visit the same day. He worked around my work schedule and made a trip to Lockhart to address my concerns. The repairs needed turned out to be minor that can be handled by a handyman, and Israel assured me my flooring would not need to be replaced. He also helped me pinpoint the source of the water damage, which was a nearby sprinkler. A huge burden has been lifted! Obviously, this company truly cares about helping people and not just getting paid.
