I sent them a text the night I got in to Austin and the next morning they showed up at my Air B&B with a bike. Nice people and super easy to deal with. These guys have great rates if you plan on keeping the bike for a few days, and they will set you up with a lock and helmet too. The bike had front and back riding lights and was in good riding condition. When I was finished with the bike, I just locked it up and sent them a text, and they came and picked it up. Austin is a great city to ride in and having a bike to use while I was there really made my trip. I definitely recommend them.

Incredible bike rental shop. Sharon and staff are super friendly, flexible, and down to earth. I needed a bike last minute, and they were able to deliver one to me within 30 minutes. The bike was well-maintained -- it also came with a lock and a helmet. Great value too. Will definitely rent from them again next time Im in Austin!

Planning to call Better Business Bureau to report this company. We booked 3 bikes, and called to ask about the type of bike being delivered....hybrid, road bike, cruiser. The woman Sharon immediately told us they were slammed with rental requests and we would be better off to go with another provider. I kindly requested to keep our reservation, we just had a simple question. She said she doesnt know what we will get and she insisted we go somewhere else. She spoke over me, wasnt listening to me, was incredibly assertive and overtly direct. All unprovoked.

Excellent service - they drop off the bike to you, and offer support while you have the bike (e.g. if your lock stops working). Very friendly too. Highly recommended.

These guys deliver bikes to your hotel, and pick them up when youre done. Their service is excellent.
