I ordered a balloon arrangement for 6 in the afternoon I was waiting an hour, it was a surprise for my son for his graduation he never came, he called and they say they were wrong they thought I would lift him, but they charged me 15 to carry it. For you I could not surprise my son, if I had known better I would buy a balloon in heb 😡😡😡
