Luke was very good at making a stressful situation better. He was able to help in a timely manner and was down at the jail posting bond within two hours. I hope I never need their help for a family member again, but if I do they will be the ones I call.

Seems like they dont know what theyre doing. I had to call them back 7 times after they said they would call me back. Every time some one else answered they didnt know what i was talking bout. I felt like i was doing their job. I had to call around to get info and put it together for them.

Stephanie was very helpful. She knew all the ins and outs of bail bonding people.I left 4 stars because even though I did get the help I needed. I was not called back after my bailed person was released, and that was very frustrating in the moment.

I reached out to Freedom Bail Bonds to see if they could help me bail a family member out of jail about a year ago. Initially, everyone there was very kind and professional, they said they could assist with the bond and the amount due would be $500. Great! I paid, my family member was bonded out, and the case was dropped. Fast forward to today and my family member is being contacted by Freedom Bail Bonds and they are now saying $500 more needs to be paid or the balance is going to collections. We call and speak to SUSANA RODRIGUEZ who must hate her job because she was very rude from the moment she answered the phone. She would not allow us to complete a single question or sentence without talking over us. The information she was providing was not correct and she kept saying you can hold and placing us on hold for minutes at a time. When we made her aware she was being rude and unprofessional she said she was busy and proved she did not care to help us with any type of resolution. We ended up getting ahold of the owner and once we clarified that we had retained our own attorney and the attorney was not court appointed, all of a sudden the additional $500 could be removed. SO BEWARE!!!! IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD YOUR OWN ATTORNEY AND ONE IS APPOINTED TO YOU, FREEDOM BAIL BONDS WILL ATTEMPT TO DOUBLE YOUR BOND AMOUNT DUE TO THEM. YOU WILL BE THREATENED TO PAY THEM OR BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS AND THEY DO NOT MAKE YOU AWARE OF THIS UPFRONT.

Woman unprofessional on phone. Called trying to help a family member and woman kept talking over me and I couldnt even give her info. I read another review of another person having a similar problem so im guessing this is a on going issue. Bad customer service skills.

I worked with Stephanie and she was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. FBB worked quickly and did everything they said they would do. I highly recommend working with. Initial fee may seem higher than other bondsman but FBB works with you (I even paid less than expected!) and is honest about what to expect during process.

I have needed the services of Freedom Bail Bonds on several occasions and they have never let me down. I have recommended them to everyone I know. I also have told many other in mates to call them and they were all very pleased with this company also.I hope to not go back to jail but if I do, they are the first person I will call.

The lady answering the phone at 2 am on 12/21/2017 is very rude and unprofessional. At the end of the day we are calling to get our loved ones out. She acts as if she doesn’t want to work. I’ll take my business elsewhere.Yes it’s the Austin location. I called there twice and got the same lady. Both times she was rude as hell for no apparent reason. The owners need to replace her or they will continue to lose revenue. She’s the first line of service for the company. She’s bad for branding

A friend was arrested on a minor traffic violation but because of the stupid phone system in place in Travis County, he was unable to reach any friends by phone. Thankfully, he WAS able to contact Freedom Bonds, who in turn contacted me via text to set up bond. He said that Freedom was the 5th bonding company he called. The first didnt follow through on any of his requests to contact me, 1 hung up on him, and the other 2 didnt even pick up the phone. The lady I spoke to at Freedom was of enormous help, got all the information she and I needed, and even relayed a message to my friend that we were not ignoring his calls for help. Thank you Freedom Bail Bond for providing a service that I hope to never need again. ;-)

I just called today 3/30 at 7:28pm to merely inquire about a case. After I explained the case the man who answered told me my best bet was to contact someone in the county where the arrest occurred (Hidalgo). I explained it would be more expensive. And this man was extremely rude and yelled at me that I was not in the position to pick and choose. Rude! Rude! No class & no manners!
