I had several units for years. Never had much of a problem. A few maintenance issues here and there. Would recommend.

Clean facility, friendly staff, and fair rates. I rented a 5x5 climate controlled unit on the 2nd floor. Signing up and canceling was an easy process. They kept me in the loop with everything through email as well.

Living out of state, I had difficulty changing my address, phone number and setting up auto pay online again after the new management took over. We finally got it solved, but it took several weeks.

Kolbi, (the new manager), is helpful, kind and solution oriented. Finding staff willing to solve issues and take measures necessary to keep customers happy is rare in today’s business world. It’s difficult to find good employees. It requires very little effort to be pleasant and understanding. I have a great respect for people who make the decision to enjoy their work. A kind word goes further than most understand...

I have been very pleased with this storage for many years and multiple units. My only complaint is that the night access hours are limited. You cant get in your unit after 9pm. That can be really frustrating.

I think it would be a good choice for anyone moving, not needing long term as theres no contract

Very black-and-white contract. No hidden fees. The staff here is so, so helpful. I have really appreciated renting space here twice now. I like the local feel a lot. Clean facility, and the gate has always opened with my code, which is important when you have a vehicle full of stuff to unload. The place is reliable, honest, fair, and likely has space open for you to rent. I highly recommend over any corporate storage facility. Bring your own lock.

Staff is super friendly and the rates beat other facilities for sure. The storage facility was always well kept and clean. No issues. Easy pay online feature. If we ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely come back here!

Staff is friendly. Well kept, nice looking, secure facility. Its gated with required passcode to enter AND exit. Comparably priced to neighboring storage facilities but in a better location, better accessibility (most units are drive-up/in, no large step up curb, and large aisle spacing), and just nicer overall. I would recommend and use them again.

If you have to keep stuff in storage and live close to this place, I would definitely recommend it. Whenever I call the lady that works there, blanking on her name right now, she is always so sweet!I have an air conditioned unit and it seems like a reasonable price for the space.I trust my stuff there and have never had any problems!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I REPEAT: DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. My unit was broken into and there were no cameras around to document anything. I lost extremely valuable things. So, pay a little more somewhere else, and get a storage unit that will keep your things safe.DO NOT RISK IT.

My family and I have used Mopac for several years now. The most recent time was when my husband and I purchased our new home and had a span of a little over three weeks where wed be homeless between our old apartment and new home. The lady there (who seems to be the site manager) is very helpful and has always been able to give us an accurate space estimate for what we need. The location is nice (right off of the tollway) and its always seemed like a safe place to keep our belongings. Theyre a bit cheaper than some of the national chains without all of the added fees, which is nice.

This was the best storage deal around - easy rental - easy checkout - huge (12x30!!!) affordable units. Very convenient location off the main road and unlike the other guys in this part of Austin, you can get massive full size 18-wheeler to most (if not all) of the units. Easy in and out, none of that lame shifting to park, and running to a keypad and running back to your car. Drive up tap in keycode, do your business, drive out tap your keycode, on your way. The management were very cool and absolutely no hassle. Made this part of my move to Texas so easy. Thanks again!

I was a long term customer (over a year n a half). Overall this is a fairly good place to store. (1) lots of room for your vehicle... a lot of storage companies try to cramp as many storage units as possible in a small area at the expense of you barely being able to maneuver your vehicle (2) clean facility (3) convenient location (4) fairly pricedThere are a couple of negative things that kept me from giving a higher rating...(1) why cant access hours be 24 x 7? (2) on one occasion my storage unit door got stuck and I wasnt able to close it...this was VERY inconvenient as I had to stick around for several hours before I was able to get authorization to move my stuff to another unit. This was a very labor intensive and time consuming task to move my stuff to another unit...on top of this, I was expected to move my stuff yet again back to my original unit when the door was repaired. I was expecting at least a free month of rent for this mishap caused by a defective door...nothing. Not even an apology. I definitely wasnt happy.
