Its rare that words totally escape me when I sit down to write a review for a business, but as I attempt to convey how positive our experience with Eaton was... its difficult.This may get a bit lengthy, so to summarize: I chose Eaton because I trusted him, and it was a bonus that he was the most competitively-priced company we received a quote from (with SUBSTANTIALLY better equipment in his proposal vs. competitors). I can very confidently say, now that the job is done: I dont think we could have ended up in better hands than Eatons.When I began calling home audio companies around Austin, I quickly discovered a couple of things:1) It was going to be difficult to find someone I felt I could fully trust.2) I didnt know up from down in regards to brands, tech specs, etc. Someone could totally fleece me if I wasnt careful (amplifying the need for trust).I spoke with several Austin-based companies, but ultimately gravitated towards Eaton early on. He was incredibly knowledgeable, generous with his time, and struck me as the most trustworthy person Id spoken with. After interacting with a couple of other companies that I was confident were trying to take advantage of my lack of technical knowledge, trustworthiness became my #1 criterion.I ultimately chose to work with Eaton before receiving quotes from anyone else because I trusted him.(After others turned in quotes, Eatons system was built with **substantially** better audio equipment while still being less expensive.)Now that the job is complete, I couldnt be happier with that choice. Eaton was thoughtful, respectful of our space (he cleaned as he went AND when he was finished), incredibly patient and communicative when educating us on the system... I could go on and on.We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Eaton overdelivered on every plane possible. We will recommend him highly to any friends or family in the area needing work, and he will be our first call as long as he decides to stay in the business.For those of you who may be skeptical about a review this positive and glowing, I dont blame you. I would be too. Id balance my review with something negative if we had a single complaint... we just dont!

Wonderful experience! Eaton helped turn our family room into a home theater and I couldnt be happier so far. Eaton was professional and helped us make decisions every step of the way. Once he was finished he took the time to walk me through the system and helped tweak everything. It is EXACTLY how I wanted this to go. Thank you Eaton.

Eaton did a great job with our install. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable with some of the obstacles we threw at him. He had all the answers and the right equipment to take of our needs. All of equipment he recommended is top notch. The sound is great and the look is clean.

Great Job! The installation came out perfect. The sound is magnificent, Monitor Audio speakers are superb. The HD TV channels are amazing. We end up viewing most of our TV time at The Cinema, that is what we call our Media Room.Eaton did a wonderful job! His expertise was apparent at every level of the installation. He explained the installation in detail and patiently taught us how to work the system. When I forget something, I text him and he answers back almost immediately. I recommend him highly!

Eaton really knows what he is doing. I asked for an entertainment system that met specific requirements. Eaton figured it all out and gave me a great system. After the installation was complete, he walked me through the entire operation. AHE is the way to go!

Eaton at Austin Home Entertainment is completely deserving of his 5 star reviews here. I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to given the level of service here.I had a relatively small-ish job of running ethernet to all the rooms in my new home, as well as running speaker wire for the rear speakers and mounting a TV and hiding the cables. Most places I contacted wouldnt provide quotes without seeing the place, but Eaton gladly provided an estimate (making it clear things could change given the job though.) Before finalizing a date for the work, Eaton and I spoke on the phone for about 20 minutes and discussed exactly what I was looking to do and some specifics of the house thatd help him guage the work.Eaton showed up exactly on time at 930 the day of the job and got right to work making sure he had everything planned correctly and then getting to it. The quality of his work and speed he was able to get things done was very impressive, especially considering the mess the house was in from us moving.The house had been remodeled, which lead to a few issues in things being as easy as hoped. In each case though, Eaton had multiple options for workarounds and let me decide which way to proceed.The whole job ended up taking a bit longer than expected, but Eaton stayed until almost 8 on a Friday to get it done for me as we had painters coming the next day.Couldnt recommend his services more. His work is very high quality, no holes were left in walls and he was going to clean up with a shop vac, but I since it was so late already and he had worked so hard, I told him to go home and I just took care of it. Eatons extremely professional both in his demeanor and the quality of his work, and I enjoyed spending the day with him while the work was getting done.
