I have lived here 2 years and this year I have mold and mildew growing all over my apartment and no ones seams to care. I have contacted management but no actual help other than changing the filter in my A/C this is not a good environment.

They have changed management 4 times in 2 years. The sales office gives a great pitch but, once youre in theyll talk down to you or talk at you. Nice apartments but, you have to deal with beggars, the dope heads that live with Grandma and the porch pirates. The snowstorm just proved how bad the management is, with no water distribution to the residents. the only water brought in was from residents that arranged to have water brought in for everyone. No checking on the elderly to see if they had food and when asked about getting the snow & ice from doorways was informed by mgr. that it was not their job. Do yourself a favor and find another place to rent. Also, the rent is going up 10% again this year for the 3rd year in a row.

Was able to find this great apartment for my retired aunt. Not only did Shabe ( sale manager ) help us chose the perfect apartment, but also was patient and very professional. Her great demeanor toward helping set my aunt in her apartment was beyond my expectations.This place looks like a fun place to be. When I was moving my aunt, I met a nice church lady that was giving fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, and other groceries to the seniors. She was telling me that they do that every Sunday.We also met other seniors around and my aunt started making friends right away.Thank you Shabe, you have a great attitude, great customer service and a heart of gold.

Im updating my post. So I called (5/4/2020 @2:45p to get answers for my mom regarding rent/ flyer for rent. Im not sure who I spoke to, I think the associates name was Michelle. But she said theyll usually hold my moms hand while shes in the office getting help but they dont have time to do that as they are busy and down one person so they are unable to help her. She then said she might be confused about the flyer and asked if she had already paid rent. I replied, Im not sure if rent has been paid since she takes care of it usually by money order. She then stated they no longer take money orders. I told her I would call my mom and find out and Id call back to let her know the outcome. Now all of a sudden the option (3) to speak with someone in the office number has been temporarily disconnected. I tried the leasing option (1) and low and behold I can get through to someone. Keep in mind I tried calling 5 times to get option 3 the same option I used to speak with the associate in the first place. Before submitting this update I called the phone number one more time to see if I can get through and cannot. I try not to leave reviews but it feels like they are blatantly avoiding my call.

The woman in the office Rosie is very rude and disrespectful ! The owner only replies to positive reviews!

I absolutely love living here. The office workers are very friendly and help me with every thing I need.Nice and quiet complex. I feel very safe here. A big thumbs up!!!

The floor plans are nice, but the parking for residents is not good especially for those handicap. The staff is friendly. I also never rented and had to pay for light bulbs or any maintenance issues.

I dont live here but I did I delivery for one of the front office managers. She was very sweet & friendly. Didnt catch her name but she was very welcoming. Thumbs up & 5 Stars!

This place smells and is filthy. Walk the halls and you see what I mean.

Clean and quiet. Great location but need more parking spaces.

It is not built for seniors. It only has 2 elevators and 2 stairways that are at the end off the building. Only 3 entries in a 200 +apartment bldg. It is 14 apts to the elevator on one bldg and 27. Apartments to the elevator on the other bldg.
