Asked to have my ac checked because there is no cold air blowing it’s been 4 months and still counting. They take to old when it comes to fix or check thing that need to get done

I really appreciate this team and wanted to thank you for being such great stewards at the community pre and amid COVID while we lived in the community. I still use the whitenoise maker the office sent me last year when I was dealing with a loud neighbor issue (thanks Elizabeth!). It was one of the nicest things a community has ever done for us. Thank you again for allowing us to call Camden Cedar Hills our home the last year!

Working with Elizabeth and the staff has been such a great experience so far! Elizabeth is always able to answer our questions and is very kind. We did a FaceTime tour of new apartment and Elizabeth brought a tape measure to measure different areas of our space so we could plan what furniture we’d need. We’re really excited to move in!

I’m new to Camden Cedar Hills but my first weeks here have been nothing short of amazing due to the staff and beautiful neighborhood. Elizabeth Miller and Brittney Garcia are the BEST! They are professional, friendly and always helpful. Grateful they have made my move in experience so seamless. Also, shout out to the maintenance staff. Killing it.

I cant say enough about my experience at Camden Cedar Hills. The community is quiet, protected, well-maintained, and well-managed overall. Tenants arent just that, they are neighbors and it truly feels that way. Camdens maintenance staff is top class, and so is the leasing/management team. Special shout out to Elizabeth and Brittney for the assistance provided in setting up a transfer that will extend my lease through 2021. Im happy to call Camden Cedar Hills home, and hope you have a similar experience.

After over 3 years living at Camden Cedar Hills in two different units I was really hoping to be able to give a better review because almost everything was great up until my move out when I was accused of destroying the laminate flooring so bad that it cost $89.98 to fix. I tried to reason with management but they were not accommodating and were clearly only trying to get money out of me by stating theres more we should and could have charged you for, when my apartment was left immaculate aside from minor things that should have been covered in the $100 cleaning fee upon move out. They even went so low as to blame my dogs who are registered emotional support animals and never act out nor have the strength to ruin a floor to the extent I was accused. Avoid Camden if you want to avoid rude, patronizing office staff and a laundry list of random charges upon move out. Ill never live at another Camden residence again.

Im in the process of moving in now and already the staff at Camden Cedar Hills has been AMAZING. Best leasing staff I have ever worked with both in Austin and outside of Austin. They were great before I moved in and have been nothing short of amazing from getting my keys to answering all my questions post move-in.

It was a sad day when I moved out. I cannot begin to put into words how much I loved my apartment AND how AMAZING the staff is! Ive never had the experience I had with Camden Cedar Hills ANYWHERE else. Britney is a God send. The floor plans are amazing, the updates theyve done inside are awesome. I always felt safe. The maintenance team responds and performs repairs quickly and they are so friendly and kind! Rent here! You will NOT regret it!

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for about 1.25 years, and my experience has been great. Everything provided in your unit is high quality – expensive appliances, dense carpeting, beautiful countertops, and thick walls where you can’t hear your neighbors. Parking is free and plenty. The rent is pretty good considering it’s Austin, especially when there is a spacious dog park included. Maintenance always attends to service requests very quickly. The leasing office people are great, as they are always happy to help. My packages have never been stolen, so I feel safe with my neighbors. Overall, I have loved living here and in this area!

This place was a nice place to live during grad school. Maintenance was good and fast and few staff members in the office were really kind and helpful. That being said, this apartment complex has gotten progressively worse in attachment of fees and fine print add-ons that are very unfavorable. If you have a dog, whether it was well behaved, house training, and clean or not, you will NOT get your pet deposit back. If many of the dogs get attacked by 2 particular dogs that every has reported to the office staff, please be assured, no action will be taken other than a message on the resident portal or a light-hearted email. You will be charged for the clean fee regardless if you cleaned it. Every time you pay rent online, you WILL be charge a fee of 33 dollars for them to process. A few times out of the year, the gate doesnt work or the parents from the school across the street will park in front of the apartment office and block the gates so you cant get in. Some times people get cars broken into or in my case simply get a package stolen before you get back home from school. Aside for all of this, the dog park is spacious and the biggest I have seen at any apartment but given the opportunity to do it all over again, I might not do here at Camden Cedar Hills. This is why students at St. Augustine have search else where for living for the past several cohorts when in the past, this place was a haven to us. I stayed had this apartment for 28 months and these are all true and I wish anyone still living here the best. The maintenance is still the best.

It’s definitely been enjoying living here over the past few months. The staff is absolutely amazing - Elon and Britney rock! Maintenance is very attentive to the community upkeep and response to all request. Thank you Camden Cedar Hill staff for making our stay here feel like home.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the office staff and maintenance team are. In 9 years at my community, I think every single maintenance request Ive made has been resolved on the same day. And the office staff goes out of their way any time I have questions or need help with something. Love living here.

I lived at Camden Cedar Hills from 2011 to 2019. The staff was always wonderful, from the friendly faces in the office to the prompt assistance from the maintenance team (most of my requests were handled within 24 hours). The pool is great and there were usually plenty of loungers. If I didnt have to move to a different city, Im sure Id still be at Camden Cedar Hills!

Get ready to come out of pocket for fees. What started nicely, ended terribly. This community will hit you with violation after violation. They offer paid parking for uncovered spots?!? This should show that all they care about is squeezing you for every dollar. Gate rarely works. Love animals in your HVAC? This is your spot. Don’t worry though, after the rodent dies and your exposed to their smell for a week or two, they only charge $1000 to transfer to a lesser unit. Do yourself a favor, and don’t waste your money here.

I enjoy living here and I can honestly say this is the best Camden property and apartment complex in Austin. I toured lots of places and have lived in other Camden and non Camden properties and I’m so happy I chose Camden Cedar Hills. Special shoutout to Ruben the Maintenance Supervisor and his team for always being on top of things. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly and efficiently which makes living here enjoyable. Thanks Camden Cedar Hills Team for everything.

I love this place!!! If your looking for a wonderful community to live this is your place. The staff is amazing, the maintenance team is like no other. The apartments are beautiful. What more can I say. I love Camden Cedar Hills!!!

I’ve lived here for a year and love the attitude of the office and maintenance personnel. They are friendly, helpful, and truly make an effort to appreciate their residents. They even had my apartment steam cleaned for free when I renewed my lease! I’ve moved a lot and lived in multiple apartment complexes but Camden Cedar Hills has been the best experience. The apartment interior and residents are nice, the community is pet friendly, and Mopac is a short drive down W. Slaughter. I’m happy to call Camden Cedar Hills home!

We have lived in many apartment communities in Austin, and I can definitively say that Camden Cedar Hills has been our favorite. Not only is the complex well maintained, but its in a great area and the amenities are awesome perks. Our dog loves the large dog park, and the pool and fitness center are always clean and accessible. Candice is always so helpful in the office, and she and the rest of the folks in management have gone above and beyond to help make small improvements that have made huge differences.

Brittney Garcia at the West Slaughter Lane location is especially kind and helpful! Her services were much appreciated.

Without a doubt the best apartment I have ever lived at. The quality of care and customer service from Day 1 were unmatched by the staff at Camden Cedar Hills. Elon Harris was absolutely exceptional throughout the leasing process and beyond. Meanwhile Assistant Manager Britney Welch was always responsive and treated residents as if they were family. My time at Camden Cedar Hills was sadly cut short due to a job transfer to Dallas. However, Britney helped make the process of transferring and moving out a breeze. I live at a new Camden property in Dallas now and I wish my new complex had half the quality of customer service that Camden Cedar Hills provided. If you want to live in a quality apartment home with wonderful service provided by both the leasing and maintenance staff, Camden Cedar Hills is where you want to be.

I am not typically one to write a review about anything but Camden apartments have been so great I thought everyone should know. When I put in a work order, later that same day they are out to fix whatever it was. Our neighbors are quite and respectful. They recently painted the complex and it has a really nice appearance both inside and out. Great complex overall - definitely one of the best I have ever lived at.

Im so lucky to have found this complex. The property, units, and dog park are all wonderful. Moreover, the leasing office and maintenance staff are top notch. Ive had nothing but 5-star experiences with them, in the leasing, move-in, and occasional maintenance request that Ive put in.Ezequiel, the leasing agent that showed me the property and helped me with the application, is beyond great. He is not just enthusiastic, he is really knowledgeable about the complex on both the leasing and maintenance sides, which removes a lot of the disconnect you see between front office and maintenance staff in many other properties.Im planning on making this complex my home for the foreseeable future!

After living in a nearly 2800 sq. ft. house, I was skeptical that I would enjoy apartment living. But I LOVE MY APARTMENT! It feels spacious (lots of windows) and has tall ceilings and plenty of storage. The Cedar Hills complex is small and quiet and really well-maintained. I even have valet trash service! Im very happy with my choice.

Possibly the best apartments Ive ever lived at.. the whole community is just awesome.. from the management to the maintenance people.. very courteous, very knowledgeable.. I lived here for 2 years now n love every bit of it.. would totally recommend these apartments to anyone.. stop by and take a look. Promise u wouldnt be disappointed..

I keep coming back to Camden Cedar Hills.I have lived at other properties, two others (non Camden). This will by my 4 year total that I have been coming back to Cedar Hills, and this is why:I am absolutely grateful the staff made my move in and transfer (to another unit) easy and non painful, they talk to me as a family member and not some schmuck and easy to work with. Thanks to the team there, maintenance guys, and leasing team! You guys ARE AWESOME!

By far, the place place to rent in Austin! The service here is phenomenal!! The location is perfect, the rent is reasonable and the service is far better than anything I have ever experienced in the past. These people are great!

The staff at Cedar Hills have been extremely helpful and accommodating since I moved in a year ago. When my lease came up I didnt hesitate to renewing my lease. Highly recommend living here.

The leasing staff Brittney, and Elizabeth, are always going out of their way to help residents out if there are issues. Even in the Covid-19 times, they still manage to take care of the needs of the community. The maintenance staff is just as awesome Ruben, Ines, and Cande are true professionals. If an appliance stops working, they fix it right so that you wont have any more problems. They also keep the grounds immaculate. Camden Cedar Hills, in my opinion, is the best place to live in Austin.

My experience with Camden Stoneliegh has been absolutely effortless. I must explain a few of my circumstances for you to truly understand the enormous compliment I am paying Camden, and Valerie in particular. I was moving with short notice, my son returned from Iraq with a broken back and he and his wife had recently had a new baby. I was also moving from Seattle, WA. You can imagine my dismay at finding an apartment from 2,000+ miles away. Valerie, upon hearing my situation, jumped into action and went to the apartment I wanted and measured and photographed each room for me. Walked me through the application process and was waiting upon my arrival, after 28 hours of driving, with my welcome package, all the information I needed. Camden in a beautiful community and if living there is half as wonderful as the process I will be happy and content for a long time!

I had a negative experience living here. Management was awful and I was glad to leave. It is rather pricey for the area and the apartments are okay but not great.It is right across from the high school and it seems like you get stuck forever waiting at that light and on weekdays the traffic backs up down Slaughter which can make getting home a pain. And it is too out of the way to walk anywhere so you pretty much must take a car to get anywhere.It seems to combine the inconvenience of living the suburbs with the traffic and congestion of living in the city. I mean it could be worse but it could also be a whole lot better. I wouldnt recommend

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Management and staff females working in the office are passive aggressive and rude. You have no privacy here. All of the other residence agree. This place needs new staff immediately. If youre thinking about moving here, dont.

Liked living here but theyve changed management & have had a lot of issues with employees spewing out the wrong policies to my family. Neighbors also always smell like weed & are loud. Definitely looking forward to moving.

This review is for the Maintenance Staff and all the help they provided us in our first 3+ weeks. We casually moved in and for each service request they were handled timely and in some cases they went above and beyond.Before moving in it was noticed the HVAC was leaking and Guillermo took care of it no time. He also helped in replacing the shower fixtures as we both noticed it was leaking when in use.Overall, our new apartment experience has been a position one. The Maintenance team makes it easy to worry about other things. Thank you!CA

I absolutely love this place. The photos are real, the apartment are light and nice. And staff is friendly and helpful. When my ceiling fan has broken they changed it in a few hours.You would have a valet trash service and internet/TV cable included to your apartment rent price. And yeah you couldnt change your internet provider.The only minus is commute to downtown, but you probably realized it if you decided to rent apartment in this part of Austin:)

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! NOT A SAFE PLACE ESPECIALLY IF SINGLE FEMALE! This is advertised as gated community but multiple crimes here without recourse from management!!
