Answers the phone and then hangs up. Ive left messages for them to get back at me and still nothing. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

The most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with as business to business. Hired them for vent hood cleaning. They did a horrible job, damaged sealing, left dirt everywhere (see pics - they were made AFTER their cleaning services). Not sure what cleaning supplies do they use, but now all hood panels damaged with corrosion.Michael Bunga (owner?) ignores voicemails & email, never returns calls.Supervisor came, said this is how it suppose to be, promised to be back later same day to fix, came next day in shorts & flip flops during the service, he was told that theres no way anything can be done at the restaurant during service. He just walked away. Never came back, nobody ever returned calls or emails.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Voice messages have been left, but have yet to receive a return call. Then if the call is picked up, they hang up on you.

Great company to work with... Very professional. Show up when they say they will show up unlike 5 other fly by night companies I tried to hire...Dependable...this one trait allows me to give them a five star rating. Fix any and all cleaning issues in a timely fashion... .

Ive been dealing with Michael at Pro Hood Cleaning for several months. His integrity and business sense amazes me. Solid guy that really takes care of his clients. I highly recommend that if you need a hood cleaning, or even a complete commercial kitchen cleaning - contact them. You wont be disappointed.
