Be carful from this company .!!! ive been with them for a while and i just found out that they are a scam ! some leads are ok but i found out that they posted in a website an ad that they pay pepole 5$ to say that they are Valid costumers and ask for details from contractors but not to book the job ! when bringing this up to them they completely ignored me for it . i have proof of all this .. i asked to talk to a manager yet there was no call yet ! BE CERFULL THEY SCAM PEPOLE AND THEY PAY PEPOLE TO CALL AND ASK QUESTIANS ABOUT WORK SO THEY CAN CHARGE IT AS A LEAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!

When comparing Service Direct to other businesses that offer similar services, there is a huge downfall. Service direct bills you for phone calls that do not even last 30 seconds. Whether it be a wrong number, a hang-up, or a completely unrelated service that we do not offer, we still get charged for the “lead”. I understand the need to make money, but when your competitors who offer the same service will easily credit these false leads, why would we continue to give our business to you? After 2 years of being a loyal customer and continuously trying to get them to understand our dilemma, we have decided to part ways. With so many other companies to choose from they should try to be more customer service oriented.

BEWARE of a company that doesnt pick up the phone and are unable to be contacted! everytime I have called. never spoke with anyone. They dont have an address on their website neither. BIG RED FLAG! For a company representing themselves as a pay per call company but cant actually pick up their own calls! RUN!

I would highly recommend Service Direct. I have a small restoration business in Sacramento CA, and I was reluctant to use them because of my past experiences with other marketing companys. We worked with Service direct for more than a year we might have received 3 calls and ran one from them that was legit all the calls are looking for another company. We paid $ 100.00 a month plus the cost of the leads and paid the highest amount I believe it was 80 to 90 dollars a call. I finally got tired of paying for nothing and called to cancel. They then told me oh I see were we could have changed somethings to get you better results and ask me would you like to try it for another month so they can do some correction. I said sure if I dont have to pay, I mean you been taking hundreds of dollars from me for nothing all this time. They then put me on hold and said no we cant do that we have to use your (my) money to fix what we havent been doing all this time.

BEWARE! We tried this company for a few months. Their business practices are dishonest. Tech support is difficult to acquire. They charge you for phantom leads. There are much better lead generating companies out there that charge a lot less and give you more qualified leads.

Ive worked with Service Direct (and their former company Contractor Marketing Pros) for the past 8 years and have had great success. I have had much better success with this type of program (pay be the lead generated) as opposed to an open PPC campaign. The ROI with this lead generator has been much better compared to the other internet lead generating tactics we have tried. The dashboard to manage the lead flow is user friendly and it s an easy process to request credits on invalid leads and we never really have a problem getting timely credits.
