24 a day for parking. If you have to go the the top floor, I believe its Floor 11. Be careful the hanging exit sign- hit my Truck roof. No signs posted saying the clearance. Only good thing is convenient to work office. Review is only referring to the Parking Garage.

Im not sure why this came up on my list all I did was admire the fantastic Woman and Cannon statue. That is awesome but I didnt go into the building.

Please do not park here for any event parking. They had a large sign out front that stated parking was $10 cash, which I paid the attendant. However, when I went to exit the garage they double charged twice that amount, and when I stated I already paid $10 cash for parking the attendants pretended they had no idea what I was talking about, and would not let me out of the garage until I provide them with my personal information such as my full name and phone number. It was late at night and I felt afraid for my safety.

Great location! Easy access to 6th street and many other attractions. Very safe. The security is on staff 24 hours daily.

This is a huge office building right in the heart of downtown that seems to be poplated with law firms and tech companies. On the elevator youll see hipsters in their pajamas going to work and lawyers with their briefcases and file folders and delivery guys with boxes of food and small dogs. Other than that theres nothing to see here and no reason for anyone to go inside.

I didnt really experience any of the services here I was just stopping by to participate in a Pokemon go raid. The building was gorgeous though the architecture was stunning, and the entire building seem to be very very clean so as far as looks go aesthetics were wonderful.

I can only comment on the parking garage. A great parking option located just off of sixth street.

Security staff were rude and overzealous. They could not tell the difference between bums and customers. I was a customer at the Starbucks and I went to Sampson Court to smoke. The security guard treated me like I was back there to bum smokes off the buildings employees (I was trying to avoid being bummed myself). The building was otherwise decent and had a great layout with multiple entrances and exits.

This is my office building - its nice and clean. Currently under construction, so it will even look better!

The parking garage is expensive, getting street parking is your best bet. This place has amazing views!
