One of the most important factors in working with a business is communication. With animation, there is a lot of back and forth, trying things and then tweaking them. It was rare that Austin Visuals even took as long as an hour to get back to me after emailing, and it was usually in a few minutes. They took my vision of a weird, off the wall music video and ran with it, making it there own. And maybe most importantly, they offered the quality I was expecting within my budget limitations. Despite a commission contract for designing, developing and marketing the website you see today, Matthew Winters failed to compensate me and refused to demonstrate financials for new business produced by this website. Austin Visuals had no office, studio or employees, and was a full outsource operation.
