I ordered items on 12/8 and I have yet to receive my Christmas packages. Whoever manages shipping procedures needs to get FIRED!!!!!!! There is no excuse on why it is taking so long to receive my packages when the tracking says it at the Austell location......Amazon have my items here quickly and efficiently...I hope Amazon upgrade to the postal stamp method one day...
I ordered some face masks and a phone case on dec. 8th and i have yet to receive my package when it shouldve arrived a while ago. amazon usually does a wonderful job when it comes to making sure items arrive in a timely manner but having it take this long is embarrassing now.
Some of the workers at this location do not know the difference between a Fedex and usps tracking number. Or maybe thats what they want you to believe to get rid of you.... Otherwise, the location is decent.
Shut them down they lost my package and apparently don’t know how to answer phones

Walked in greeted quickly. Staff was friendly and made sure that it wasnt just a trip to the post office. Went out of his way to make sure i had more than enough information clerk number 9 needs a raise.
I went to the post office yesterday. Of course the line was long because of Christmas. The staff were very friendly and kept the line moving fast. I was very pleased. I just wish they had a stamp machine in the lobby.
Never had any problem with service at this post office. They deliver my mail early each day. I can get the help I when visiting this post office.
I have informed delivery. They failed to deliver my important letter the same day twice already. They also have very delayed delivery times in our neighborhood. Close to 7 pm. I live for those letters from my son.
My packages have not been delivered/ Fedex told me to call my local post office. I dint have the tracking number for any of the packages. Please help me

Got an email from amazon that a package had been delivered on the day prior. I checked USPS site and it said it had been delivered too and was in my mailbox. Nothing was delivered to me so I called the local office at 2847 Veteran Memorial Hwy. I got a gentleman the first time, he directed me to another number to call. Which I was very happy because the number he gave me was able to help me. Then the lady at the 2nd number (Pat) took my number and did some research and called me back within about an hour or two and told me that my package was actually not delivered and was out right now. Package arrived as stated by Pat. Always nice to be able to depend on people give correct information and be true to their work. Thanks

I have lived in 20 different cities in my lifetime -- and the performance record of the Austell, GA post office is BY FAR the hands-down WORST! There have been an extraordinary amount of lost or miss-directed mail/packages since I moved here 3 years ago. Ive gotten to know my neighbors as we have to walk to each others home to deliver each others mail properly. I have lost merchandise due to not-so-honest neighbors who have apparently helped themselves to my mis-delivered packages. I have complained through the form online (its ignored) and even had conversations with Brandon at the USPS local Austell office. I phoned him when an empty box arrived that had been lost for some period of time (it was wrapped in plastic and included an apology from the USPS for the lost contents). Brandon was apathetic, rude, and snippy. He actually made the comment to me that if the Postal Service was to perform to acceptable standards, my taxes would have to be raised. I was apparently an inconvenience in his day. I eventually hung up on him out of sheer frustration. Something must be done and an investigation must be conducted into the operations of this office. Perhaps if they fire upper management and hold new management accountable for what their mail carriers are doing, things might change. And the problem isnt just local Recently, I had a package arrive in Atlanta...and then it went to Hawaii...and finally got to my home. Another one came to Atlanta, detoured to Los Angeles, then finally showed up at my mailbox. Why is this happening? Is this a literacy problem? And I hate it when my purchases are better traveled than myself.
Got not 1 but 2 certified letters and the postal workers have access to my apartment complex and instead of bringing the letters to my apartment the LAZY individual simply left a message that they were sorry they missed me and my letters were at the post office..... YOU NEVER DELIVERED MY POSTAGE!!!! Just LAZY AND SORRY!!!!!!
I don’t understand why the postal office offers a scheduled pick up service when they never pick them up. I’ve attempted multiple ones back to back and they never pick them up.
Wonderful location, Ms.Gwen helped me solve my problem quickly and she has great Customer service . I will start coming to this location and I recommend it .

This is a terrible post office. We get our mail opened sometimes gift cards missing or if we were receiving DVDs in the mail we wouldnt get them until we complained and then they come back with coffee rings on them. On top of that these people cant seem to figure out how to deliver a package. And the newest guy cant figure out how to fill out the form properly when a package is missed being delivered. I was incapable of asking them to redeliver the package because he didnt fill out the form correctly. Its just messed up. On a regular basis.
My post office (mableton) is right across the street but theyre often rude so I dont mind driving further for the Austell one. Theyre always friendly and ready to help me. No matter how many packages I have. Mableton does have a few friendly staff members. But the bad ones ruin it for those location.
My package was never delivered its extremely hard to speak to a live representative the wait time was over an hour you never get in contact with anyone as far as a Austel mail the people there are friendly but as far as trying to get in contact with them over the phone thats a no-go I will stick to other mail carriers
Worst service ever i have seen. on website tracking showing package has been delivered and i didnt got. when i call all the time got answer you will get it today. and still i didnt recived. till today.
These people clearly don’t know how to deliver a package and they don’t seem to be any help because they never answer the phone
