As a past happy customer I stopped in to schedule an appointment to fix some damage and upgrade some things.Unfortunately the only person on duty refused to make me an appointment while saying over and over again that I had to have an appointment and ignoring that I was asking him to make me one.So frustrating. Made zero sense. Entered happy, left angry. Would have liked the same people to work on the car, but now looking elsewhere.Sad....

What have gave 5 star service but customer service that 8 was giving was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The guy caught attitude because I said it was inconvenient for me to have to leave and get cash because they did not have scanner for debit card. He then said they was waiting for hours for me to pick up car, it was 2pm(they close at 6pm) like its my fault. He then tried to rush me out of store without giving me warranty paperwork because he was mad. I had 3 more cars I was going to bring here to get done. NOT NOW. Go elsewhere and tell others when they ask do the same.

Wow Im not sure if the guy was having a bad or if they have bad customer. Just asked if I could get a good price since I was going to take him 10 cars and he got mad at me for asking him for a good price. I told him he didnt have to get mad I was just asking a question. Then he start Cursing and saying he has too much work and didnt to do my cars. Geez over a simple question.

The other day I saw how a client exploded because of the service he was offered for what the client was paying, something that the man kindly told him that he was withdrawing the film, however he became more aggressive. I have been driving my cars for years, recently I took my jeep and I have never had issues with the quality of the paper since for what it is, the cost is quite affordable. Then there are people who forget that for what they pay they expect a more demanding quality. Good job and thank you very much Hector for your services all these years.

Great place! Owner operated, you get a good price for an excelent job. They work with appointments, but on saturday they do first come, first serve. Just sent them an email, got a quote, and went there to drop off my jeep last saturday.

Im very happy with my window tint, I was impressed. Very fair price for my 4 windows and hatch. They also scheduled me in the same day and I was only there for a short period of time. Very easy process from when I walked in the door.

Called to schedule an appointment. When I called, didn’t seem like the guy was very interested in my description of what I needed done. I clearly told the person on the phone that I needed a re-tint on my rear windshield due to damage of the existing film. Got my appointment scheduled, show up, try to start explaining the situation the guy there, get rushed through my explanation like he already knows exactly everything, all for him to come right back and say it can’t be done because it’s too cold to remove the current damaged film. Could have saved us both time if whoever runs this excuse for a business actually listens to their customers

I had a similar issue that Alex dealt with pertaining to poor quality and scratches on the film. I had also learned that he did not set my appointment up for the correct day or time slot and he had hastily fit me in on the day I arrived for my appointment. The truck accessory place next to him that installed my step bar, told me that he came in on to their store on the day he thought I was coming for the tint job, it was 5 days prior to my actual appointment. He did not take my name or phone number when making the appointment, therefore, he was not able to call me to confirm or tell me about the changes to the schedule. This hurrying really showed in the quality of the solar film installation.He told us that he could wrap the film to match the factory tint, which he did not. There were several LARGE bubbles on the film when I came to pick up my truck. We were so unhappy, we actually had him remove the film altogether and we left without paying for the shotty service and poor quality tint film his uses.

These guys were friendly at first, but let there be one issue with your tint the same day they do it they are yelling and screaming at you telling you that they are gonna take all of it off and refund the money after they have already taken payment. I was yelled at by the old father head of the company and his son cause they had left scratches in the inside of my tint on “one window” it’s a local business so you get what you get but customer service is not their forte. Very rude and unkind I nearly called the cops cause they tried to take my keys from me by force. They told me they don’t like “picky customers” so if you are a perfectionist do not go here. Also they told me that legal tint is having windows tinted in the front and back you can have whatever when the law is no tint in front and whatever in back passengers and back windshield. Rude and unprofessional

I was driving around, and ended up in the area. I sent a message to get a quick quote, and to see if I needed an appointment. I was giving a quote by telling them the type vehicle and how many windows. I stopped by just to check them out, and I was told he could get in in immediately. About 30-35 minutes later, I was handed my keys and warranty. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a Subaru XV Crosstrek recently and it only had factory tint on the back windows. I contacted Hector at Salazar Window Tinting after searching for services on the internet. I was pleased with his quick response to a request for a quote and quick responses via text message to get me scheduled. My car with its 9 windows (4 tiny ones) took about 2 hours to complete and came out great! 3 year warranty work too. Prices were also extremely reasonable and he made sure I knew how dark I was getting when applying over factory tint.Highly recommended!
