First, it was easy to make an appointment - no telephone tree or hold time. Second, an appointment was available quickly without waiting for weeks. Third, the crew was on time even though our home is in the mountains. Fourth, the crew was both professional and friendly, and asked good questions. Fifth, the crew was efficient. Sixth, the windows and screens were extremely dirty and now they look great!

This is the second time we used Russel Williams for window cleaning. The guys were wonderful, friendly, provided excellent service, arrived on time, and most importantly, professional. Over the years, we have had several different companies come out. Russel Williams is by far the best. We have exterior windows that require a 40-foot ladder to reach the peaks. Russel Williams did not bat an eye when we requested they bring a tall ladder. Other window cleaning companies have told us that they will not clean our higher windows unless we rent scaffolding. We plan to continue using them for years to come.

I had 50+ window panes to be cleaned after our house had been through a renovation so everything was covered in dust. What would have taken me several days to do, two guys did in just over two hours. They were friendly, on time, conscientious, careful, tidy, and they made sure every window was locked when they were done with it which was nice, most of all they did a beautiful job! I can see out of my windows again!!! What a relief. They also loved my dogs which is a bonus. I will definitely call them back the next time I need my windows cleaned. I’m very happy with the results & the price was competitive.

Kat replied to my inquiry for window cleaning the day after I sent my request. She confirmed the next available time and indicated the service person would call on their way (and provided a 2 hour window)!! Michael and Ian did a GREAT job! I knew our window were overdue...by a year... but holy moly, they were worse than I thought! Our windows and screens look AMAZING!! Its like having no glass at all. The only thing that I wish would have been different is that I wish they would have explained the pricing better when I called to schedule an appointment. I was asked how many windows, not how many panes. So I gave a window count and I thought each window was counted as one, well its counted as one if it doesnt have a screen, so its each window pane or every window with a screen counts as two... so it cost more than I thought. Which wasnt a deal breaker for me...I just think this should be explained because it was well over a hundred dollars more than I thought it would be. So now I know for the future. But like I said they did a GREAT job and it was well worth the money! I am beyond satisfied, in fact, there was some sort of sealer from our concrete patio job on the sliding glass door, I have not been able to get it off and they removed it! I didnt even expect that! So I am extra pleased!! Thanks again Michael and Ian!!
