Highly recommend taking business elsewhere. These people never answer or return voice mails not even the “managers” equipment has been broken for months, almost a whole year. Anytime we reach out they say there’s been no communication about the broken equipment even though the entire team at school has been getting involved sending chains of messages asking them to step up and get the service done correctly. I don’t understand how this business is still running if a lot of patients request for service goes unanswered

The customer service at this place is beyond appalling. I have chased these people countless times to try to get my kid’s wheelchair serviced. They don’t call back, they take forever, and when they do finally show up, very little gets done. I truly believe they don’t care. I don’t know what it will take to light a firecracker under their proverbial butts. I just know you don’t need to deal with them. Take your business elsewhere.

If you are looking for THE WORST possible customer service possible for a provider of vital medical equipment - look no further than Numotion.At even only one star - NuMotion is highly over-rated. We opened up a support ticket almost 3 months ago and we are still waiting to see a quote for a customer pay chair - even after a ton of phone calls and emails.It is also important to note their poor follow-through isnt related to COVID, as weve had 5 YEARS of receiving nothing but ZERO STAR SERVICE. I long for the day our insurance provider allows us to go through a different wheelchair company that is considered in-network.

I have a quantum q6 edge power wheelchair that was purchased through Numotion 13450 E Smith Road, Suite 600A in June of 2019. I received the chair and used it for a few months before I started having problems with the computer in the chair in September of 2019. I was receiving errors whenever the chair was in the elevate position which is a position that elevates the chair up so I can reach things on higher shelf. After numerous attempts over the last 18 months to repair the chair New motion finally had the manufacturer replace the chair. I received the replacement chair on May fourth this year and within hours I was having issues with the same function of the chair getting errors telling me I needed to go to level ground even though I was in my apartment on level ground. This continuous error code issue causes functionality problems with the chair. I also need numerous adjustments on the chair to fit me however, I have been unable to have anyone from Numotion come back to adjust the chair a week ago I received the phone call from Joe Rodriguez whos the service manager stating that he was really sorry how I was having so much problems with the chair he knew the history hed get back to me so here it is almost 10 days later still have not heard from him.

ZERO STARS. They have absolutely no clue the hardships that one must undertake when they can’t utilize equipment that is much needed to live. We’ve been rescheduled five times for delivery of a much needed power wheelchair. The brand new chair sat for near a month in their business before they deemed it necessary to order replacements for the defective parts. And now, they can’t even get the parts in a timely manner. We are going on 5 months waiting now, and, with all of these other reviews, I wonder if we’ll even get the already paid for chair.

They ordered me a wheelchair that was NOT on my Denver Health Medical Plan list of approved models. They sent the final sign off to my Dr. to the wrong fax number for 6 weeks. No one bothered to ask why it wasnt being signed. They forgot to bring me a loaner. Ive been waiting 7 months and still have NO WHEELCHAIR!

It is disheartening to know that they are supposed to help the disabled community, because they do not care. Numotion knows that they are the only option because they monopolized the industry for any handicapped equipment needs. They forget to follow up, place orders, come to their scheduled appts or will show up when they feel like it.

I’m baffled this company had anyone give them a 5 star rating. This is the most frustrating company to work with. Especially if you need a repair. Or you order something. There is no inter office communication, the customer service is beyond awful and even when you explain the reason something is denied by insurance is because THEY coded something wrong, they simply will not listen until you get mad. So then it’s fixed, After weeks of calling and finally getting someone with some common sense to pay attention to what you are saying but you have to wait all over again. And it wouldn’t have been fixed if you were new at this, because you would have just believed them. There is No-Motion with this company because there are so many mistakes made, everything drags out for months and months longer than it should.People there don’t return calls, there is no accountability, there is no follow up. We’ve been dealing with them for the past 20 years, and it’s only gotten worse. It’s unfortunate there are not more options and more competition.

Horrible company! They lied to me for over 3 weeks about what was being done with my powerchair. It took them 3 months to do 4 hours of work. You get treated like you are something worse than their dog. If you were not disabled before dealing with this company you will be disabled after.

Every time I called him during the meeting. This is my second chair that they have supplied this chair is so uncomfortable to sit in that I’m going back to my old chair every time I called in a meeting. Numotion looking for a new supplier.

Anyone know a good lawyer yall used against numotion?If I could put zero stars I would. I put in for a chair, it took them a year to deliver, the measurements for the chair were wrong, and now they procrastinate getting me a refund for the chair! I am seriously looking for a lawyer for the trouble Ive went through and if anyone has had similar issues and wants to do a class action then lets do this!

Took over 8 months to get my daughters wheelchair. The initial order was lost and the company tried blaming the Physical therapist on not turning in papers, which was a blatant lie as the physical therapist not only turned the paperwork in the same day but also had impeccable records of doing so.Fast forward months of waiting and occasionally asking about the chair. It finally arrives the day before her birthday and it is the wrong size frame, wrong size tires, wrong TYPE of tires. My wife is at a loss, my daughter, who turns 5 tomorrow and just wanted her purple wheelchair is now crying at home because her chair is too big and heavy.I have records of emails and requests along with order forms and we did not receive this chair. I have been calling to get a hold of customer service, technicians or really anyone who can help for the past 3 hours with no luck.As a doctor who works in the same hospital as this company provides for all spinal injury patients I am embarrassed and ashamed at this service. I will gladly pay out of pocket to use a different wheelchair outfitter next time. I write this review begrudgingly as I ALWAYS try to remedy miscommunication and mistakes directly with the company because I realize no one is perfect, but this experience has surpassed all frustration.

Outstanding customer service. Chris did a fantastic job fixing my sons well-used wheelchair today. Their lobby area is like a large living room with comfortable furniture, lovely artwork, coffee/tea...really a nice model for customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing assistance with their wheelchair/mobility devices.

The Denver Nunotion is completely hit or miss. Ive been waiting 8 months for my sons wheelchair and I have to initiate contact for any scrap of information about the status.The original employee ordered the wrong size. Then the the chair company sent the wrong size again, and its been 3 months of waiting since then. Hes outgrown his current wheelchair. I wanted to order a new one nearly a year and a half ago but the Numotion person said I should wait because it wasnt urgent. So, now its way past urgent and all I get are crickets.

Unfortunately I have to use this business for my durable medical equipment needs specifically power wheelchairs because they are one of the only businesses in town that provide this service. That being said, the service at this business is deplorable. I went there yesterday to have a simple evaluation of my batteries to determine whether I required new batteries for my power wheelchair. I waited there for an hour and 45 minutes after telling the front desk staff I was there and signing my name on the walk-in appointment sheet. When the service manager finally came out I was told that she had no idea I was waiting and there was no reason for me to have to wait that long. Id like to say this was an isolated incident, but incidents like this and miscommunications are par for the course. If there is any way for you to avoid using this particular company I strongly recommend you do so.

Some of their mechanics are okay but the company itself is ridiculous. The vast majority of people that work are quite rude and they do not care about the people they serve. They know that they are the only option because they monopolized the industry; its no secret to people in wheelchairs. When they schedule you they expect you to be there all day long and show up whenever they like. Actually, they canceled my last two appointments, so while Ive been urgently waiting for parts so I can get around in my wheelchair properly they continue to put me off week after week after they already scheduled times with me.

I’m so absolutely dissapointed with NuMotion and your customer service and your service department right now.Around mid February I began trying to get ahold of ANYONE in the Aurora office to get an appointment for a repair, after two weeks, four unreturned voicemails and lots time spent on hold I was finally able to get an appointment for beginning of March. I just needed the OmniWheel on my smart drive repaired, so I brought it in, dropped it off. I wish I wouldn’t have done that and sent it off to MaxMovility myself. It’s now the end of March and I just contacted the Aurora office and they HAVENT EVEN DONE ANYTHING WITH IT. I need this smart drive to get around. I told them I didn’t have insurance. That id be self paying, etc. and yet for the past three weeks they never contacted me. Instead tried to bill my PLD insurance that I said I no longer had. Tried to contact a Doctor I haven’t seen in over a YEAR. Instead of just calling me. NOW IM THREE WEEKS OUT and will still have to wait another three weeks for them to actually send out my drive for repairs. This is so rude and inconsiderate and unfortunate and unprofessional. I WISH I had another company I could go through but I feel stuck and now I’m without my smart drive and at a loss.

Holy cow. Incompetence on a scale I havent witnessed since living in Fanta Se. Ask for a part that is weird in any way, they give you the wrong part, assuming you made a mistake measuring your part. Drive back the next morning to demonstrate that the part doesnt fit, and they look at you like a child watching a magic trick. To their credit, the entire wheelchair industry appears to be like this, so... I guess try and stay out of a wheelchair.

Well i hate this place with a passion!!I had an inspection on April 29th and signed paperwork and agreed with the parts that needed to be replaced! Today is June 17th and i was told Friday they could repair my power chair!Mind you, i have a power chair due to a brittle bone disease i was born with. My disability has caused me to have 194 fractures since birth.One of the repairs needed is my 2 front wheels and 2 back wheels that have been falling off since April 9th. This causes severe safety concerns for me. Last week my left side foot rest snapped completely off and they want me to come to there off on Monday which is 2 hour bus ride with no foot rest. I told them i feel unsafe in the chair at this point.... I use this chair everyday!! Ive had enough of a company that claims to cater to people with special needs! Not true... We are given the run around!!

First of all, the power wheelchair that I bought had the motor go out the first week and I was out of town. I just had the second motor go out on me while in a store out of state. They are dragging their feet just like last time (it took 3 weeks) and again Im in an old manual chair. I have had it!!! I keep getting The runaround, excuses not to get it done faster!! I never want to deal with them again.

Theres no reason why ordering the same exact cushion for my wheelchair should take longer than 2 weeks let me know it took almost 3 months and I still havent received it I have to wait 5 more days SMH I am beyond irritated with this place

This company has gone drastically downhill since I stared using them for wheelchair repairs in 2003 (it was ATG at that time). I have had a basic manual wheelchair repair that has taken NuMotion over 10 months to complete, and they always have an excuse for why they were not able to complete it (they ordered the wrong parts, their tech was sick, etc.). AVOID THIS PROVIDER AT ALL COSTS! They finally were able to get part of the repair done, but the tech left without repairing one of the broken wheels, and signed off that he successfully completed the repair. Ive experienced some questionable business practices here and caution anyone thinking about using NuMotions services.

This place has the worst customer service and repair service I could ever imagine. I have been dealing with them for over 3 years and they NEVER get it right. I see insurance approvals cross my desk before I ever hear anything from them. I always have to call multiple times to get anything accomplished. They talk but never deliver on what they are suppose to do. I have scheduled the repair department to come to the house with a 4 hour window to have them show up with no parts and lots of times they dont even have accurate paperwork of why they are there.This is no lie. Saturday, September 2, 2017. A service guy showed up at my door from the Loveland office with no appointment whatsoever to replace the transaxle on my scooter. Needless to say, it was a fail as always. The supposed new part was installed incorrectly and was in 100% worse condition than the part they were suppose to be replacing. The scooter wouldnt run at all. Again weeks of a wait for another 4 hour window appointment that was their failure. The wheels wouldnt brake and lock at all..free rolling. The guy said he would be about 45 minutes which was fine, I had to leave for work. Thank goodness I have my wheelchair or I still wouldnt be there. He said he would finish and send the paperwork with the guys that were suppose to work on it again that week. I had to take the scooter the other evening and got error signal after error signal. No matter what I did, I could get the error to quit.. I cant take the wheelchair in the rain, it takes too long to dry and I definitely dont want the electrical to short out.The messed up part of it, is that it worked before the guy got his hands on it and now its completely broken.I have given these people multiple times over the past years to try and get it right and they just cant seem to do it. At that point I was trying to work with yet a new service manager in hopes of getting this all fixed, including the parts they say they ordered 3 months prior, didnt get them in on some and when they said they did, they were the wrong parts... AGAIN! 3 months to get the parts that it turns out they ordered incorrectly to begin with.I stongly suggest that you match the shipping label with the part they bring you. I cant imagine that a brand new part out of the box would be that defective.I will update this review as I experience more customer and repair service from this company. My best advice as of today is: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!Ok... update. They have changed their situation around completely. They are prompt for appointments and have a wonderful attitude. They have gone above and beyond for my customer service and I am very pleased with all of the people I deal with here. Great Job!!!I have lowered my evaluation for numotion because their repair department is still failing miserably. Ill call them with a problem and they dont even bother to call me back. The one thing I will say is Marlo, is one with numotion that does everything in her power to help push every problem through. I will give Marlow 5 stars! I havent even gotten a call to schedule my wheelchair for safety issues. I have actually asked several times, and Ive gotten no call to schedule my wheelchair so Im going to leave this post the way it is for now, when things change Ill repost and maybe restar the company.Update: April 16, 2019Regional Manager for the service department really stepped up to repair my chair and get all of the issues resolved. Still waiting for a reorder of defective parts that came I. On the lights and a new parts order to be filled and get back out here to finish the repairs. All of the repair requests last time built up and they had to keep ordering more parts. 3 month wait ... Again!The other thing is, I keep all of the replaced parts. When they installed the light kit, they kept the joystick and charged for a new one. As far as I am concerned they still owe me the joystick that was replaced instead of pocketing it themselves. They need to return it to me.

If I could give no stars I would why on gods green earth would someone find it ok to treat people with disibilties like they are any less of a person ... my niece deserves to be treated with the same quality care that the people who work for NuMotion would want to be treated ... what if I just decided to cut off thier electricity and spoil all the food to feed thier families or wait what if I just take thier phone and smash it and give it back broken would that be ok PROBABLY NOT so .... why do yall find it ok to do my niece that way did not fit her right for her wheel chair right and then gave her, her chair broken for her tablet stand with the holes all messed up and stripped so the screws will not go in properly again WHY is this ok ITS NOT

Showed up for appt. They made and my sons chair was missed and not even put together. The chair showed up on 3rd of March and today is 14th. Full of excuses. This has been a headache. Original appt. Was in October and the chair was never ordered because they could not get a therapist to sign. Finally in Jan. Got one to do so. Chair was rush ordered and now Numotion dropped the ball. I am very unhappy with this company. Get here for my appt. And told chair was overlooked and was not assembled. Ugh. Pissed off Mom. I will be calling corporate.

I wish I could put a zero instead of one star because someone I know has been waiting for months to have repairs. When finally a repair guy came out, he was not prepared to fix it. My friend asked if he could get a loaner chair until they can get his repairs, but he was denied. Still no repairs. He is considering contacting media about this issue and this company.
