I drove over 2 hours to pick up a set of wheels for my 1996 impala ss. They were the only shop in the midwest that had 22s for my car. They prepared them or me mounting and balancing tires and they were ready for pick up when I arrived. The staff were welcoming and easy to work with. I wish every transaction was this smooth!

Avoid, I do not recommend. While I guess I got a good price on some used tires, the aggravation and time that I wasted going back a second time for service to those tires doesnt makeup for the good price. When I bought the tires and agreed to have them installed I didnt realize that I had to specify that I wanted the tires balanced, so I had to go in today for that service to be done AND they didnt even balance all of the tires when I went back today -- just 2 out of 3 (because it isnt necessary to balance all 3 apparently).

Only place I trust with high end wheels

I had tires installed previously and everything was great, but this last time. They installed all 4 new tires, the next day I was on my way to work and abs light and tpms lights are blinking, mind you this was never an issue for the 4 years ive had my car. I call Quint and they ask me to take it back they check tire pressure and they cant seem to know what to do at the end they start by telling me my car had no tmps sensors (im sure my car did) and when i say they were there they get mad and get aggravated stating im blaming them for this. First of all i wouldnt be wasting my time there if this was a problem before, and second of all thats not how you treat a regular customer. Also, I would totally understand if they would say im sorry we dont know whats going on, but their reaction and responses to the issue where totally unprofessional. I used to love them and their service.
