Michael was very professional and also personable. He used the camera snake to show me where the trouble spot is, which explained why my own routing wasn’t solving the problem. He also provided useful suggestions to minimize future clogs.

Jason was on time and worked through the day on a difficult clog in an external drain. He was ultimately able to resolve it when he solicited help from a master plumber. He provided some useful advice to make sure there is no recurrence of the issue that drove the call. Thanks for the good work!

Called a plumber to fix garbage disposal/ blockage. The plumber wasn’t able to fix the issue and recommend Roto-Rooter.Roto-Rooter came in was incredibly diligent in finding the issue and clearing the blockage. Josh H. was professional and polite. Roto-Rooter is always so dependable!!! They are one of the most expensive plumbing services out there I wont dent that. But when you have a middle of the night or late at night main or service line back up they will make sure to get a technician out ASAP. In addition to getting the service line cleared at 1:00am they provided a complimentary scope to help us figure out what exactly was going on. Which found root intrusion and now I can plan with the city the best course of action to get things taken care of.

They were very professional and got the job done quickly even on Christmas Eve which is truly amazing! Robert showed up quickly to replace our hot water heater on Christmas Eve. The two repairmen showed up with masks and gloves on and were very professional and did a wonderful job even when our hot water heater was in terrible location to try and work on. Robert was wonderful at explaining the situation with our water heater and was always happy to answer any of my questions. While the technician showed up later than expected due to vehicle maintenance, he was extremely polite and helped us look for our internal drain for the sprinkler system, which was out of scope for the repair. (Unfortunately, we never found it.) He kept us informed as he made discoveries and progress, and our pipe is looking good.

My 15 year old faucet sprung a leak and I had to call for an emergency appointment. The dispatcher could not have been nicer! It was during a weekend of below zero temperatures and all techs were on emergency calls-but somehow they managed to find a couple of plumbers that could assist me. Kenny and Jason sent a text when they were 30 minutes away and they arrived right on time! They were professional and so nice and understanding-they could see how I was stressed out over this leak. They cleaned up the mess my faucet cord had made and after an examination-determined I needed a new faucet. They offered to go to Home Depot to pick out a replacement faucet for my sink-so I would not have to go out in below zero weather-so of course I accepted! They called me from Home Depot with a couple of nice options and I chose the one I thought would work best-they did such a great job choosing a nicely priced faucet that perfectly matched my existing hardware in my kitchen-yay! They installed it in no time and tested everything out and showed me all the new features of my new faucet before they left. He even gave me his cell number in case I had any additional questions and they completely cleaned up the work area-everything looked pristine. Now I have a nice new faucet and no more stress! I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again for any future needs without hesitation. Thank you Kenny and Jason for helping me out-you both are THE BEST!!!

We have been trying to get this tub drain unclogged for 2 days. Finally we had enough. Called on a Saturday and they got us in the next window 30 min later. Kevin S (6134) was fantastic, he was prompt and efficient and took excellent care of us - I don’t know if you can request a technician but if you can ask for him. The shower runs better than it ever did before!

We called RotoRooter around 1 pm to have someone come and jet our sewer lines. We were told our info would be sent to dispatch and they would call us in less than an hour. We called back around 2:30 after no one had classed us, and they said it would be another 1-2 hours before we got a call back. They called back after 7 pm to tell us they were booked two days out. I am not sure why we were not informed of this much, much earlier.We have used this company several times for this issue. While waiting for RotoRooter to call us back we called DONE! Plumbing, they had someone out immediately. The person from DONE! took 2 hours to jet our line, and guaranteed his work for 270 days, in the past RotoRooter has taken under an hour for the same job, and as a result they were out much more often. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend you make the switch to DONE! Plumbing. We will no longer be using this business.

John made the experience of having to get something fixed delightfully. Extremely knowledgeable in his craft, he assessed, repaired, and evaluated my washer machine cold outlet value in no time! Definitely would recommend to anyone having plumbing issues.

I called around 9 am and got a two-hour window from 10-12 pm. I briefly explained that my kid might have thrown a toy in there and clogged my toilet. I asked for a cost estimate to have a technician look at it. The lady at customer service said that there would no cost for a technician to come and look at it. It was hard to give a cost estimate on the work needed, so the technician on site would give me a cost estimate and I could then decide if I wanted the technician to do the work or not. After calling back at 11.45 am, they said that I should get a call as soon as a technician was heading my way. I did get a couple of calls saying that they were looking for a technician. I finally got a call at 3:30 pm that a technician was heading my way. The technician was very friendly and gave me a cost estimate of $485 with tax to unclog it and said that there would be an additional $200 to fix the water closet back in if it came to that. He said there was a $65 fee for him to come out and look at it if we did not decide to do it. The technicians auger was able to retrieve the toy and unclog the toilet. He charged me $485 as promised. When I called a plumber, I came to find out that $95 is what they would charge me to unclog the toilet. While I am happy with the service, I feel cheated as I way overpaid for the service.

I had called a number of different contractors in the springs to get this work done and he was leagues more professional than any other plumber I have worked with. Every few years you meet a service provider that is so extraordinary that it actually restores your faith in humanity. Dan W. came to provide an estimate for a few major plumbing issues, explained everything thoroughly, provided me with less costly alternatives...and then without me even asking, provided a temporary fix to keep my system operational until I could afford the major repair. He didn’t have to...but I guess that’s the Rotor Rooter way. As a long time customer that has spent a decent amount of money with them...it almost felt like I received a little family love. Jason and Kenny did a great clearing up a blocked sewer line and cleaning up the basement drain area. Unfortunately, they had to come by after two of their co-workers, Tyler and another guy, were here for two hours and did nothing to resolve the issue the day before. Jason and Kenny not only had to fix the issue but had to deal with a very frustrated homeowner due to the incompetence of their co-workers. They handled the situation in a very professional manner.

Good job but way overpriced. Charged $500+ to snake an upstairs line (clear a line from an upstairs bathroom to the downstairs- nothing outside of house). I had the same drain done a year ago for $150 including toilet removal. Originally quoted almost $700 for the job and lowered it some when I pushed back. Good work, but I should have done more research on pricing and what we paid in the past before agreeing to the quote and letting work start. I had rooms full of poop, so let it go and had already waited most of the day for the tech. Lesson learned.

What a day... Our sewer line backed up into our toilet, shower, tub and washer drain. Scott arrived at our house at 10:30 AM and did not leave until the issue was resolved at 6:00 PM. He went above and beyond in his work, explaining the situation as well as keeping me calm. He called in a tech to scope (HUGE thanks to Kevin for walking our yard in the freezing snow for nearly an hour and discovering the problem location) and another tech to extend the line to get things free and moving – Scott and the team at Roto-Rooter get things DONE for customers. All this effort was a warranty call as well, showing they not only stand behind their work but also have wonderful customer service. John’s knowledge, expertise, and dedication to solving the problem led to discovering that it wasn’t our faucet causing low water pressure, it was a very old rubber ring in the shut off valve spraying debris into the faucet, restricting hot water flow to nothing but drops. My wife and I will finally be able to wash dishes again without freezing our hands.

The website was very easy to set up an appointment through, I was able to get an early morning appointment on a Sunday. Kevin Salmon was very professional and explained everything he was going to attempt and prices before starting work. Just had our drains cleaned of some tree roots. I was pleased with the plumber, Mike that came and did the job. He was courteous and professional and fun to talk to. Last night my basement leaked after my sump fell short to overwork. I live on a lot that takes a great deal of excess water from neighbors up the hill and above me to where all their snow and water runs into my yard making my sump working triple time. I still had to work so reported it immediately and called FIx-24/7 to come help...they told me that they could accommodate my 3pm need so I got off with early to meet them. At 3:15pm they called and told me they would not have a technician available, I was devastated as they’ve provided great work for me in the past and basically told me it was my fault because I was not available until 3 PM. Had this not been an option it should’ve never been excepted so I was back to square one trying to find someone that could help me immediately after the damage occurred. I called Roto-Rooter and got a fantastic person on the other side of the phone!! I wish I could remember his name because he listen to my whole story and empathized with me saying he would do his very best to help me but that if he couldn’t he would communicate with me to let me know. He did not make promises he could not deliver.Steve showed up less than an hour later to look at the water damage. He was amazing, explained everything, even got on the phone with me to speak to my insurance company because it was absolutely essential that a claim needed to be filed as the water had climbed at least a foot up the walls and created havoc abs need for replacement of lost items. Being the largest snowstorm we’ve had in sometime, I suppose I’m not surprised at the damage, but working with Steve and his knowledge on the other end of the phone with Safeco insurance made the whole process much more comfortable and understandable. Steve immediately called Robert (who was already off the clock btw), the plumber who ultimately came over and installed an industrial Zoeller Sump Pump in my basement; necessary, due to the topography of my lot.These two gentlemen made a bad situation much better for my kids and I. I look forward to working with the rest of the team tomorrow to get the basement dried up and to figure out the extent I’d the damage and create a plan for what we need to do next!! I had a basement floor drain that was backing up and could use no water anywhere in the house. It was not a simple clog between the drain and the main drop which is the usual issue. It also involved the septic system. Complicated. RotoRooter was great. When we were able to confirm it was a main line blockage after checking the septic, RotoRooter sent Adam out to clear it. Adam was absolutely great and carefully got the main line cleared safely pretty quickly. Adam and everyone at RotoRooter was so responsive, friendly and professional it made this tying issue easier to get through. I highly recommend them. Everything is working well now, but since we found roots in the clog, we’re going to scope it to determine the best course of action to eliminated a future problem.
