Fantastic! I only had to update my VA ID, but it was a great experience. Yesterday I called and left a message. Today we drove out there and submitted the paperwork and took a new picture. It was our first time there, but it was easy to find, parking was plentiful and free, and the people there treated me with respect. The wait to get seen was less than 2 minutes, the person taking care of us was professional, super friendly, and competent. It was a great first visit. Thank you so much!

Without the v.a Id be a cripple and the doctors actually listen to me rather than assuming they know whats best or whats going on. Some of the best doctors Ive come across just because of that one point. Also the new hospital is nice, its easy to find where you need to go and if youre having issues theres always someone willing to help you find it.

This place is awesome.... They have it down with all your needs.... People give the VA a hard time and thats not the case....

A round of chemo and radiation and they really seemed to care. Great navigation team. Nothing like the miracle mouthwash. It helped so much with the burning from the radiation

Got my booster and flu shot in about 30 minutes. Boy do I feel invincible now.

They are great here. Its a one stop shop for VA medical, and always take care of me. While there are people that complain, this facility is nice and they are more than willing to help. I will say that the messaging system is ridiculous, but the hospital is not. That stated, they could have made it a bit more compact, and not make the disabled vets walk as much. Just saying.

A little confusing for a first visit but when you ask a volunteer you not only get directions but taken exactly where you need to go. Arrived early and was in and out before my scheduled appointment time. Staff professional and very helpful.

Had 4 med appointments on the 16th here, and as always, it was a great experience. The older VAMC in far-eastern Denver did not fare as well before my PCP moved east to Aurora and I followed. The fine people here saved my life multiple times last year. Since my last procedures ended in early March, Ive healed and feel better than in several decades ago. Before another incident about 3+ years ago, I had not been hospitalised in over 50 years. Now I feel positive about my chances for many more.BTB, the name of this place is the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center (RMR VAMC). The place is enormous, but looks smaller due to the locale among several medical centers in the area. I get there by bus or commuter rail.

The Denver VA always takes care of me. From medications to prosthetics to taking care of serious medical issues. As a disabled vet, they are a lifesaver and never taken for granted.

Very professional, Veteran PD on site, lots of help directing us to appropriate building/deck.

Unfortunately, this facility does not do the vet any justice. I have a heart condition they are having trouble diagnosing. Know what there answer was? Cant help you any further. Really?????

It would be great if all the staff were on the same page for treatment. Some want you admitted, others want to send you home with blood clots, leukocytosis, pericardial effusion, etc and meds.

I am a disabled USAF Veteran. I routinely go to Aurora and visit the VA hospital for most of my appointments and medical procedures. I originally started with the VA, in 2001, or 20 years ago this year.

Coming up from Colorado Springs during the winter months can be a problem. If the weather is inclement, the DAV shuttle will not run, leaving rise who depend on the shuttle to get to their appointments unable to do so. There have been multiple times when I-25 was closed due to inclement weather and/or high winds. This causes problems with rescheduling appointments. Otherwise, no complaints with the care I receive.

VA staff are some of the best individuals Ive ever dealt with. I know they are overworked and under staffed, but they never let you feel like a burden.

I have been receiving medical care from the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Hospital nurses and other RMR VA Health Care professionals for many years now.I could go on and on about all of this but instead Ill just say there was a time when my health was failing me to where it was serious enough for concern. It was the VA Hospital medical team of Nurses, Doctors, VA Hospital Staff that turned all of this around for me.Thank You ❤️

Staff courteous and professional Had 3 places to go and every thing went smoothly.

I was treated well and fast nice long walk included no charges.

I always have a good experience here. The changes instituted by the prior administration remain in effect and it has really addressed the needs of veterans.

The V.A. can be and is a good Medical Facility. Lots of Vets needing meds takes time a lot of time go to kiosk get ticket for Check in Pharmacy . Place order wait for Name to appear on markee then go back to Kiosk ask for pharmacy again only its for Pick-up go sit down wait for # number to be called go pickup. Just that simple.Lab absolutely Fantastic

Everything was fantastic they took good medical care of me. They were caring and very professional. They made sure I had all of my meds and my appointments were in order. They are very conscious of covid-19 and make sure everyone wears a mask. Good job by them :-)

As a veteran ..you have to make the system work for you ...be proactive

Have been doing exercises as requested but, dont see any radical improvements. Some areas are actually getting worse. Now, with the COVID thing escalating again, it seems like things are just being postponed. Not that it is really anyones fault just, disappointing.

All staff have been more than professional and kind. The front desk at the homeless clinic, and in most I had to speak with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Went there this evening with excruciating pain on my right side... lady comes up to my window with an attitude asking COVID questions then already diagnosed me with kidney stones... she asked if I suffered depression and suicidal thoughts... then told me that I couldn’t say that threw her hands up and walked away from my vehicle... there were several of them sitting around guess they were to busy doing nothing to deal with me... went to north suburban... what a difference ... so much more polite and took care of me... and guess what twist... your half fast diagnosis was wrong... I don’t have kidney stones... VA please hire people that actually care about veterans...

Beautiful facility. They do a good job here.

They delay and delay and delay. Waiting 10 weeks for a follow up from an ER visit and they have to reschedule for a later date. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Worst VA system in the country. Find a Dr in an alley and youll get more personal care than these VA facilities offer
