This review is LONG overdue. Ive known Brooke for over 7 years. She helped me purchase my home here in the south Denver metro area. I can absolutely recommend that she is a great real estate agent, highly responsive, knows her neighborhoods and communities, and will negotiate to the best of her abilities in your best interest. BUT, this review is more about the relationship that Ive build with her since then. She just happens to be one of my neighbors living just up the street from me. She has always been great about checking in with my family and I, helping us with miscellaneous things when we needed a favor, and has always been very friendly and engaging! When you work with Brooke to either purchase or sell your home, you are not only getting a great realtor...but you are also getting a friend and a life long relationship.
