Let me start by saying that I come here for my regular oil changes since I bought my car last year, however the customer service I received today was horrendous!!! And out of line! So they sell there service by saying you can stop by anytime in between oil changes and get air, head lights and windshield wipers checked/replaced anytime. So today I noticed my tire was low and on the dash my pressure light was on. On top of it all I have a car full of kids for my sons birthday so I stopped by to just get air in the tire, and today they had two cars in the bay and one in front of me. So after a 15min wait I asked one of the guys could I just get some air in my tire and he was about to do it until the manager said something and then he told me I would have to continue to wait. So my kids in the car were getting anxious. So I pulled around got the managers attention and asked him if I could just get some air in my one tire, and before I could finish telling him anything he tells me very rudely “What am I suppose to do just let you cut in front of everyone else?” Really what happened to men helping women out? or above and beyond customer service? So I flipped him the bird and pulled off!!!! I’m sick of it!!! I’m an ER nurse and this pandemic has definitely been a challenge for me and I don’t get to treat people like this I may be the same person that may have to save his life or need to be the nurse to bring him straight to the back to be seen without explanation to a crowded waiting room as to why he’s cutting in line (happens to me on a regular) He had no compassion for me as I’m expected to have daily even when I don’t feel like it! Look you can spend your money here the do a good job but after today they’ve lost me as a customer, and as a woman I’m floored at his service, attitude, and mouth.

I went in for an oil change just a couple of weeks ago, today my reduced engine light came on in my 2017 Chevrolet Spark. My car has never had an issue before. I am currently at the Chevrolet dealership and was just informed that my oil cap was extremely loose and that all of my oil had leaked out from this.... The dipstick came out completely dry, and because of Aurora Oil and Lube I have caused damage to my car due to their lack of care and professionalism... I will NEVER be coming back here again!!!!

I brought my 65 Shelby cobra in for an oil change. Apprehensive since I have a classic hot rod. But these guys are true professionals and know their stuff. They were extremely careful with my classic car and double checked both the drain plug and oil filter were on correct and tight .They were careful when leaning over the body of the car not to scratch the paint while hand filling the oil via a funnel. Used a Rag so no oil dripped onto the engine .These are the go to guys for a professional oil change.you will not be disappointed . Promise.Chris / Aurora

I used this business for the first time last week. They were efficient and knowledgeable. I was told about 2 things on my car to keep my eye on but that did not need immediate service. I also asked about a light that i thought was out, my tech took a look, adjusted it, and it went back to working just fine. I felt like they were honest and I will definitely be recommending them and going back .

It is no coincidence that you arrive to change the oil and after a while they tell you that the cars headlight is burnt out when in fact it wasnt previously. This happened to me twice and by the way the same flashlight that was changed the last time I was there. I argued this with the staff, but I was forced to change not to go back to the street and get a ticket. They lost a customer!

I recommend this place to everyone I know who is looking for a regular place for oil changes. My mechanic requires an appointment so I had to find some place else. Ive been coming here for years. The staff changes frequently but everyone here is courteous and helpful. They upsell but arent pushy. They are fast but thorough. I like that I can stop in and top off fluids. On my most recent visit they didnt open promptly; the guys were waiting for someone with keys to arrive. Normally that would bother me, but we have good history so it wasnt a big deal this once.

This is my spot on changing my oil. Always professional and always great attitude.

Been coming here for years; always good service. Last time I brought my car in they tried to sell me an oil flush. First, my car only has 60,000 miles on it. Second, Ive run synthetic oil exclusively since it was new. Both of these things make it an unlikely candidate for needing a flush. Thirdly, the only proponents I can find for ever doing a flush are people who sell the product; Most of the advice I find says dont do it as it can do more harm than good. After my original review management did reach out to me to explain that the treatment comes with a $2000 extended warranty on the engine. Not sure what the small print is, but it does lessen the worry that doing the treatment might cost more in the long run. Secondly, I was impressed with the effort they made to reach out to me to make sure I was happy with their service.

Just went here for the first time. Excellent service. Dealt with Dave, the Assistant Manager. He was very friendly and excellent customer service.The give you a choice of what oil change you want. They check and top off your fluids. He noticed that there could be a problem with my radiator, so were going to keep an eye on that.He suggested the battery be replaced. Showed me the charge. Had that done and the air filter replaced.I did ask for the wiper blades to be replaced and that wasnt done and I even forgot to ask about it.Id go here again.

Ive been visiting Aurora O&L for 2 years now. The service is always courteous and kind. Im a chatter, and that bothers some people, but the guys here have always been not only entertaining of my motormouth, but engaging. Stopped in for a basic oil change. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. There is a heated waiting area with a TV, an activity table for kids, complimentary coffee. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If we hadnt moved further away, this would be my go to place.

I took my car here to try out a locally owned business and because a review said they had reasonable prices. The service was ok, but the prices were really high. The basic oil change was $40, and full synthetic oil would have been $70, and for that price the only other fluid they put in is wiper fluid. I would not go back again.

I have come to this location to service both my car and my wifes car for over 4 years! I have yet to be disappointed . I truly appreciate Johns overall dedication to making sure my car is in top notch shape. He has always encouraged me come back for free oil and washer top offs and never complains at all despite how busy they are here at times. I have happily waited 20 minutes before to have my oil changed because I know good things come to those who wait. I highly recommend giving John and his team a try here at Aurora oil . When you come here make sure to take a moment to realize the small things these guys do to make sure your car is up to par with working lights signals and filters. I will never return there again. They ran my card twice and the system read declined, I had sufficient funds and when I checked my account they charged me TWICE. The manager began to have an attitude saying theres nothing he can do, thats what the system is telling him is my card was declined and there was no one he could call. I called my bank and they were able to refund me and stop all transactions from this place, because they could see a third one coming through. I had to run to the bank to get cash because the manager couldnt do anything which I find incredibly hard to believe theres is no manual way to run the card or troubleshoot the system. Also my maintenance required light is still on, which makes this trip even more less worth it. I will take my busI was else where if you cant figure out a card reader in 2017.

I’m here today after leaving when I tried to come on Wednesday at 6:30pm and sat outside for almost 30 minutes without any acknowledgement. Today I pull up at 4:20pmwitg only 1 vehicle in front of me and now it’s 5:05 and I’m still sitting outside waiting for service. Looks like I may have to just find another place in the area since there are plenty but I pass this one on the way home daily. Home of the how many minutes oil change??? Does the clock start after you wait an hour to be seen????

I went here for a oil change because toyota dealerships were on strike at the time although the staff was very friendly they left oil all over my splash shield and undercarriage of my car this penzoil was the last place I took my car to and today I went for my regular oil change at toyota and they informed me about the oil all over which it took them an hour to clean which I was charged for will not be going back to this place ever
