The ladies there were super nice. I was confused about the payments and if I could afford the loan. But with the help of Daphnie and Rosa they explained everything I need to know and on words I could understand. Christmas is around the corner so I will definitely be coming back. I was in need of a few bucks. The two customer service ladies were great help on explaining the two options I had to receive and deposit my money. They had me in and out within 40 minutes. I would recommend the aurora location to my family and friends.

Rose was awesome went with my dad to translate but rose was there with a big smile right away felt at ease with her she explained everything perfectly to my dad which made him feel more comfortable to ask questions which just answered fully.. highly recommend this place

My husband refered them my sister and they promised 50.00 for referral, we still haventry received it and this was back in May. Just keep giving him the run around. So upsetting Im about to let all, my social media and friends know about this. My sister wont be going there anymore...so they lost 2 customers.
