Incline management is a super great company that really teaches you to rethink your mindset and improving your lifestyle as well as your career. Hard work is ALWAYS rewarded at this office and they are the national office leader with number 1 across the board because of their drive and motivation that comes from the directions. If you are looking to make it to the top this is the company that will be there for you and help you along the way. I worked here as an intern to learn the back end of the business and worked as an account executive as well. This office is genuinely filled with the most motivated successful leaders I have ever found grouped together. You are surrounded by positivity and determination which changes your perspective about life and that motivation really runs off on you to make you strong for the many challenges in life we run into.

I’ve had the opportunity to work at Incline for the past 6 months now. I can truly say that the mentor ship and management here have helped me achieve a new level of success in all areas of my life, both business and personal. The environment and atmosphere is unlike any other. Truly a blessing to be able to be surrounded by amazing business partners that are all pushing each other to be the best version of themselves every single day.

These guys are super shady and I dont even think theyre a real business. At best theyll be gone in 3 years with a couple lawsuits in their hands. They operate under several different titles but are basically looking to prey on young professionals. The office is a joke too.

Met salesman Bobby in Fort Collins; he was trying to sell us car wax. We had no money, having just returned from a road trip, but he was such an engaging and funny salesperson we couldnt let him off the hook without at least a stellar review. We seriously would have walked away with all the product we could have if we could have. Thank you, Bobby, for making our return to Colorado such a positive experience! Seriously; best sales-dude ever!

I worked for Incline for about 18 months and I cannot thank them enough for the development and skill sets they’ve offered me within the marketing and communications world. I had to move due to personal reasons but believe me I would’ve never left this firm if I had the choice. Anyone hired here is truly lucky and just know I’m very jealous of you; the people, the atmosphere, Management, EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM CHANGED ME FOR THE BETTER! They even gave me a going away party which truly separates them from most. My advice to Incline, keep inspiring more business professionals like you did with me and continue to offer everything you offered me. I never believed my marketing, communication and public relations skills could’ve EVER been this strong. I will keep in contact Incline!

Very misleading. Smoke and mirror tactics to get gullible eager workers in the door seeking Business Management positions however cleverly persuade them to repair chipped windshields etc. If you are looking at the straight forward honesty, look elsewhere.

I’m not sure if Mikayla just has to deal with a high turn over rate or not, but I accidentally applied here a second time by mistake as they use third party partners to advertise on indeed and other job boards (this time it was global access inc I believe). I explained that the last time I encountered the company it felt shady and I’d like my resume revoked or removed. She scoffed and explained she did not remember who I was (that’s strange considering I had even left a voicemail after our first engagement pending the follow up that never happened). Then she went on in an almost bragging tone discussing their new “all glass” location off of 25 and Hampden (could be hambden easy auditorial mix up). I’m not sure basic FOMO (fear of missing out) statements are going to work, and I personally was taken slightly aback. Who cares what your building looks like. If you did your job at the highest degree there’s minimal need for a physical location let alone one with a higher property value. I’ve worked in 40+ story buildings that offered exceptional views and the culture was far from exhilarating. Good employees, good managers, and good business leaders determine success and usually fun too. Some people claim this company is a scam and they employ young professionals to essentially do outdoor sales. I cannot attest to this; however, the reviews are growing and it does seem to be a consistent theme (unless these google users are mistakenly reviewing the wrong company... which would be strange since some claim to have been employed here). For anyone who believes this is a scam please do your own research not just rely on google reviews. As mentioned before I can neither affirm nor dismiss the day to day actions of this company, and based on my experience with their hiring side it doesn’t seem possible for it to truly be number one across the board nationally. If that’s truly the case I wish you all the best in maintaining that success. I just hope there’s no artificial inflation.

Thought I would be able to make good money, but I was tricked. One whole month of giving it my all, and I only made 200 dollars. This was a waste of time. You work outside King Soopers, or Walmart, at their gas stations, selling car wash kits, or trying to convince people to let you fix chips in their windsheild. I got sick, and had migraines from the gas fumes. The people above me said I would be taken care of, because everyone has a safety net, but that was a joke too. Never again.
