Deliver here about once a month and never had a problem, the young lady at the window is very friendly, only vice I have is they take awhile to unload you.

Good place to deliver to, they were very kind and helpful, you have to have license plate numbers off your tractor and your trailer.

We are staying in the dock for 4 hours and still not unloaded...

This place is a joke. Rude unprofessional customer service. I delivered two pallets from Michigan, it took 5 minutes to get them loaded on my trailer. I arrived to XPO in Aurora, they said that I have sit and wait in the small, dirty waiting area . To wait in a small area with other people, not have a space for safe distancing, wait with people who are not wearing a mask ? Insane and stupid. I had to drop my trailer to be allowed to stay in my truck. For 2 pallets. Insane. Arogant, unprofessional and extremely lazy people. DO NOT ACCEPT LOAD FOR THEM. THEY DONT VALUE PEOPLES WORKING TIME.

Easy in and out. Bring your tractor and trailer license plate no when you check in.

Broker told me they are strict for appointment its not true they work fcfs and fast

This place is a damn joke....the mexican girl that work behind the window hates her job so much she is very very very rude to everyone...I think she needs to find s different job that dont work around people..And not to mention these people that unload are lazy, they put over 1000 nails in the floor and cant pull it up....Once again this place is a damn joke...
