This lot doesnt have lots of room, has kind of an awkward entry that can get backed up, spaces can be quite tight to get into with trailers parked along fence line. Guards were nice

I have picked up several loads of shingles from here. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Security at the front gate is awesome very nice and respectful of your time. Sometimes they get congested and busy. Be patient they usually get the trucks moving quickly.

Have delivered here a few times for sealed air. Never had any issues. Today had to wait about an hour past my appointment because a truck was already on my dock. But always easy in, easy out and no issues getting my paperwork.

There is some over night parking . It can be a pain here. Not quick and easy place. The guard shack is down small road from convenient store. Long building with a small road that runs length of it for parking. Turn in 3 places. Walk to guard shack he will bring in trucks orderly like and

Slow as Christmas getting unloaded, every time I come here. A lot better than King Scoopers though!

I can see where if they are busy that turning around to sight side back into a dock might be a nightmare. Otherwise, arrived at 0930 for an 1100 appointment. Docked immediately and unloaded by 1105.

This place is a cluster. Check in at guard shack, make sure you get there for your appointment (thanks dispatch for telling us it had a window!), and be prepared to wait. Good luck finding a spot on the street until the guard calls you. If you are a rookie, you may want to avoid it here due to tight backing. Bring your lunch and tennis shoes (long walk to the porta potty dependent upon where you park).

Very friendly and helpful check in. Security, receptionist, dock hand, all very helpful. A bit small, but manageable with patients.

I had a 9:00 am delivery, I was in and out of there in 45 minutes.

Great people to work with from the gate to the office to the dock. Was running behind due to radiator cap failure. Called ahead and let them know what was going on, soon as I arrived they gave me a dock. Was in and out in less than 2 hours for almost 40 pallet load. No overnight parking and docks are tight but nothing unreasonable

Nice place to deliver too. Was in and out less than an hour. Took longer to back in because of the roofing pallets everywhere in the parking lot than it did for them to unload the trailer. No overnight parking. If not for the hassle backing in this place would be 5 stars !!

Good friendly people as shippers go. Reasonably fast load but was not loaded correctly. Didnt spread the load out so I could adjust to it. Having to keep fuel load low because everything was loaded forward.

Had a delivery there; they took me in early which was a plus and the staff was courteous including the guardsmen, intake clerk, and the unloader.

My appointment is at 11:15 May 2,2019 .I check in at 7:30 .they start offloading on time after they offload half they loaded again. After 3 hours they told me to go to other locations 5 minutes far way fritos store to offload over there . My truck is empty at 18:00.They dont care about driver time and very bad management.

I dont know why so many bad reviews. I rolled in last night and checked with the guard. He told me where I could park on the street and that the gate would open at 0700. I parked on the street and I rolled to the gate at 0730. Listened to the instructions that were given and into the dock. Unloading me posthaste and Ill be gone in about 40 minutes.

I was late and came in the next day and got in a door and they unloaded me quick.I guess I got a good door because I backed in easily.

First time at this place I did 12 and a half hours waiting for them to finish unloading me and get my paperwork the next time I went back just the opposite I was done in probably an hour and a half so I think it depends on when you get there and whos working the one girl working the desk definitely pretty hot

2nd time delivering here. In and out in roughly an hour, including the time to check in and out with the security guards.Would have no problem bringing more loads here.

Load your own backhaul but at least then youre on your own time. Only complaint is having to back into multiple doors to pickup when its all the same warehouse.

This place is a hit and miss. You just never know how long you will sit in a dock. Min 2 hours. Great restaurant across the street thoe. Helps kill time.

Worst place to unloadDocks were built for day cabs, not sleeper trucks and definitely not sleeper trucks with reefer. Avoid this place if you dont have experience backing up

Danny the warehouse guy needs a serious attitude adjustment. I am about to refuse loads here and he is one reason...the others are they park trailers, trucks, cars etc so the docking is very challenging and difficult.NO ROOM TO MANEUVERPositives are the gate woman, and Hannah and the other woman inside are very, very nice.

There was a recent change in staffing, now it’s the Worst staff ever in Aurora. Not at all professional in their actions, or communication. Only send your materials here if you want them lost!

They lied to the broker about the weight of the load.If they did that once it might happend twice or multiple times.I will make sure that me and my friends wont come here.Avoid liars.
