The tech that came out to my newly purchased home to “install” internet was grossly negligent. So much so I’m considering a lawyer. I had Xfinity come out to review the terrible job the tech did (Steve Collins) & the list they gave me, along with the one I already made is never ending. How was this kid cleared to work on his own?! Drilling holes into homes, causing damage to property & creating hazards for my family. His ignorance cannot go ignored.
