It felt so good to be back in the gym after a year. I didnt skip a beat, got right back in the groove of things like I never left. 24 hour Fitness has the best equipment, staff and facilities. 👍🏿👍🏿 keep up the good work 👏🏿

This location is poorly cleaned and maintained compared to the other 24 Hour Fitness Clubs in the area. They also rent out the basketball court during prime time hours so that paying members (since 1997 for me) can not play basketball. When I ask why the court is taken up every evening they say well they paid. Ive not missed a payment to 24 Hour Fitness in 24 years.

Not the biggest or fanciest location, but clean, well-kept, and nice selection of equipment.

DO NOT GO HERE!! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TAKEN. My husband had an account here, was charged multiple times in one month and when we expressed disappointment by this, the front desk worker said due to covid it would take 3 weeks to even try to get a refund processed, we opted to just cancel. Welp guess who was just charged AGAIN after 6 months cause we were never canceled it was only frozen!! Wont give a refund for any of the charges and doesnt care. Seriously dont come here!! All they want is your money

Wasnt the nicest gym to begin with. Recently though the gym has been posting common sense Covid rules throughout the gym, but does not enforce them. They say wear your mask over your face, a lot dont bother. They say only 2 people in the sauna at a time, there are usually 4 or more. They say wipe down machines and equipment, most people dont wipe down equipment any more now than they did before the outbreak.Staff is asleep at the wheel. Maybe give it a miss and try Chuze.

The chambers support club has consistently kept in line with CDC guidelines while maintaining a fitness atmosphere. Im happy to be a member.

This has to be one of the dirtiest gyms I’ve been in, you can look at the water in the pool and tell they haven’t been properly taking care of it. And the equipment is too old and worn out to be paying all that money every month. This makes the gym very very depressing. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Ive been going to this 24 Hour Fitness for quite some time. Before the pandemic, I wouldve rated this place 4 or 5 stars for the quantity and quality of equipment along with friendly staff members. However, during the pandemic, I will have to give it a 2-star rating simply because they do not enforce the proper rules for wearing your mask. Masks should be on OVER the nose at all times. If you walk around the gym, youll see people at treadmills, bikes, exercise stations, including some staff members, with their masks below their nose. They claim that they do 1-hour walks around the location to enforce the rules, which some members indeed do, but it is not enough if the walkarounds are seldom and the rules arent always enforced.

The gym is great. Staff is friendly, and have done a great job keeping everyone as safe as they can during this difficult and strange times.

I moved about year ago and this is now the closet 24 to me. Its smaller than what I was used to and didnt have everything I was looking for but it also has equipment my other 24 didnt. Ive come to appreciate it and actually prefer it to my previous gym. Had to remove a star because something always seems to be broken but thats not always a gyms fault. The weights definitely dont seem new with lots of chips in them, but a gym isnt about being pretty to me. Its not supposed to be like that other gym.

Never ever had an issue here. The staff are awesome and friendly. Gym is clean and the staff always walks around and puts the weights where they belong.

Employees keep the place very clean and neat. But unfortunately some members not all but a large amount. Seem to have what Karens call medical conditions they cant seem to use their face mask?.. people please you are not going to die if you leave it on.

I think 24hour is doing a better job of keeping things clean. And the community is nice.

I just want to say I love the staff..especially Reece!! She is highly professional and one of the sweetest staff members I have run across in years..and that goes for every single visit..very informative and great Customer relations skills.. thanks Reece!! Also a young man who is a personal trainer, whom I dont know his name but is awesome as well..hejas a Mohawk and has great service & People skills as well. Thanks Staff! Much appriciated..

This 24 Fitness is one of the cleanest gym I have ever been in. The equipment is always clean and in good shape. I believe the young woman at the front desk is Leah, she is a delightful woman to talk with and very helpful. I highly recommend this gym.

I like this place but this is the 3rd time where the gym was not opened at 5am. I think the opener person keep hitting the snooze button..,

I would not do the membership again... if you lose your job or have any problem and need to leave they charge you $300 or more... :/ No better than planet fitness or other gyms with lower rates and no commitment. I would not recommend it.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. gym is clean and well maintained. I do not understand the bad reviews... there is no basketball court, but that is a plus as it is less crowded than the 24HRs that offer that amenity. GM is really nice and lively, always walking around greeting people. Great Gym!

Great atmosphere, great equipment. I had a general question regarding the function of a particular piece of equipment, and the General Manager (Will M.) took the time to not only show me, but also to show me similar exercises that would benefit me. He was friendly and knowledgeable and didnt make me feel like a total neophyte! I was pleased to receive such excellent customer service from a staff that was eager to help. Ive been to several 24 Hr Fitness gyms, this one is certainly a favorite!

Hands down my favorite 24 hour fitness! It’s always clean and has nice equipment. Friendly, welcoming staff. GREAT personal trainers. The GM Will McNamee is Helpful and kind to anyone who walks into his establishment. Highly recommended! 🙌

Went way downhill. Used to be a great gym with a really cool staff, but after their manager Will left the gym went way downhill. The management doesn’t care about the members and stuff in the gym seems to be broken right and left. The Fitness Manager is really cool, but he’s pretty much the only one last I knew. Haven’t been in in months. Dropped membership.

There are people who exceed the reserved time and I wish the steam and sauna was open, but other than that, all is well.

I love this gym! Out of all the 24’s I have been to, this one is the best! It is always empty whenever I go so I never have to wait for machines. Will McNamee, the GM is amazing! He seems to always be here and is always quick to help me with any lifting questions!

Went into 24 hour fitness expecting a pushy experience. Was welcomed with a warm and completely non-judge mental environment. Will helped me compare other gyms he was so honest and straight forward. I’m sold!! Proud to say am now a 24 hour fitness member!!

I have been a 24 Hour member for a couple hours. Everyone I have ever encountered there from the front desk, to management, to the personal trainers have been phenomenal. Theyre all super friendly, keep the workout environment clean, & whenever I need anything, they are quick to help. General Manager Will has recently helped with my temporary cancellation process, but no doubt when I am able to get back to a set workout routine, I will be back at this gym.

Love this facility!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Will was a HUGE help to me when it came to achieving my fitness goals. He’s very knowledgeable about the business and the industry ! ! Definitely looking forward to the next training session there.

William McNamee helped me with my mind block and helped me get back into the gym. He made signing up extremely easy, walked me through the gym and even worked out with me to make sure I would not falter. Clean space, working equipment, friendly staff. Karl was a good help. I was able to come into the club and get the best experience. He helped me get a month for free even though I am only in town for 5 weeks. Helped me get the discounts I was provided with my job and he was very professional and sympathetic towards my goals.

I’ve had a membership for a few months now . I started attending this location last week, and I couldn’t be happier ! I’m actually going more than once every two weeks ! I’ve had so much support ! Going to a big gym is sometimes very intimidating . I don’t know how to use all equipment, or the more freestanding weights, balls, ropes, etc . Will Mcnamee helped me personally with making sure I was educated in equipment and educated in my fitness journey. Making sure I was properly using equipment so I wouldn’t hurt myself. I am also a helicopter mom. My two year old went to the kids club for the first time in her life, and she didn’t wanna leave. The staff there is so very kind, they love my kiddo as much as she loves them! I trust the staff with my journey as well as hanging out with my kiddo while I sweat! I am so pleased with having a new gym to call home !

I really enjoy this gym. Since Will has taken the reigns the atmosphere has improved as well as the experience from cleanliness to friendliness. Teamed up with Kristy as the fitness manager, this duo has come alongside my family and I and improved our workouts, health, and goals. I am proud to call this my gym .

Great looking facility and tons of variety of cardio/weight machines. Good selection of free weights/dumbbells as well. Small store which is very nice, sauna available is also great. Karl was an enormous help!

Great gym, clean, and very friendly staff. It gets crowded between 6-8 on weekdays but thats expected of any gym. The weights are usually where they belong and the personal trainers are always more than willing to help with any questions in regards to your workout. Plenty of parking and cant forget to mention the great atmosphere.

Will the general manager is the the best help I ever had.. he helped me out with a lot and made the club better. Justine also helps out with my membership she trouble shot my issues I had.

Will the GM helped my girlfriend and I get signed up quickly so we could get right to our workout. Wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t try to up-sale us either.

Thank you for being open. BUT, there is no enforcement of wearing a mask or wiping down equipment. That is a shame for a lot of patrons. If youre going to put up a rule then it should be enforced.

Its very frustrating there is always something broken multiple times a month for whatever reason, mostly the jacuzzi and the steam room, moreover are the showers which 2 are non functional for a while. The location is good, the staff are nice but this is not a way to keep running a successful business.

I have been working out here for around 7 or so years. There is lots of parking, lots of space between weight equipment, and everyone there is just doing there own thing. It is a great gym for me, and I hate going to other 24s when Im out of town.

Facilities are nice. Great classes and instructors. The atmosphere is always very friendly and accommodating.

Make sure you put this on the reviews, somehow it keeps getting deleted!I signed up with the facility on Chambers and Alameda and asked to have a personal trainer just show me the different machines and how to use them. It turns out that I ended up signing up with a personal trainer to help with some weight loss and toning up. I scoped out the facility and they have a lap pool, basket ball court, you can take classes, there is a hot tub, and sauna. Lots of equipment!The personal trainer I signed up with is a young man by the name of Pernall (forgive me if the name is spelled wrong). Pernall started teaching me some basic workouts for abs, legs, gluts, chest, hips, etc....the correct way. How do you know it was the correct way you ask? I would get up sore and be sore for two days around the areas of my body that we would work out.This young man has a great personality and is definitely a motivator. This was an investment for me. Thank you Pernall for helping me with my weight loss and toning goals. I would recommend Pernall for anyone looking for a personal trainer to train with. (Oh and Pernall, my 21 daughter is single).As for the gym itself they should hire a cleaning crew to clean up the locker rooms, and on occasion the gym equipment smells like well you know. I have see one lady going around cleaning the machines one time.All in all the staff is friendly and great and I am glad that I joined up.

Came here using the 3-day trial pass. Still looking for a permanent gym around the area. I was dissaponted to find broken off handles. The gym itself needs good cleaning. The emplouees are very friendly and helpful.

By Far the Cleanest 24hr Fitness in all Denver!!! Im still visiting many other locations all across the City, but this place is MINT. The equipment is modern, clean, and in very good condition. Shower rooms were actually clean, Sinks worked all that good stuff you expect. Definitely going back! TRM

The good - plenty of cardio and weights. The bad - mens locker room looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a week and the showers were like a high pressure water hose.

I spoke with Nathan, the operations manager and he was so helpful. I had called him after receiving horrible service at the corporate customer service line, and long story short, I am so grateful for his help today! I would recommend this location! Thanks again Nathan!

I agree with most of the other comments. Its way too crowded, which isnt the gyms fault, but apparently they dont know how to handle a high volume of customers. It is indeed dirty and yes, like the other comments, Ive experienced a lot of broken equipment that doesnt get fixed for months. When I joined, I paid $60 initiation fee. Later I found out that it was smart to wait until a $0 initiation fee promotion, so I went back and explained that I wanted to cancel and wait until they had a better deal. The lady lied to me and told me that there never was such a promotion so I stayed. A couple days later I saw a sign on the wall of the bathroom saying friends and family $0 initiation fee. I felt betrayed and straight up lied to by the manager I had talked to. The $60 itself was not a big deal, but just the fact that the lady outright manipulated me. I definitely want to cancel my membership and go somewhere else, but from the sound of some of these comments they really try to screw you if you cancel.

This place is completely disorganized something is always down. Walked in for hot tub and its been down for almost a week now now sauna was down as well, they had nails literally sticking up somebody could of got seriously hurt inside the sauna, The only time you see a manager is while they’re working out you can never find on a regular time in the mornings every time I call in there not there yet. I’ve been wanting to just end my membership but they’re NEVER IN at your convenience. Only person that was helpful in that club is the girl in front with black long hair that works mornings. Just stick to another club. Vasa is probably a better option.

No one enforces any of the rules everyone circuit trains. Never put up weight or clean up. Only time I ever saw employees pick up and organize weight was when they made the little blue hair girl do it. Im always having to look for dumbbells. Male employees must be to scared to say something and to weak to clean up. Dont worry Ill pay 630 dollars a year to clean up after you guys its all good.

I personally like it here. I havent had any problems with this place. It is always clean, machines work fine, the instructors are awesome and I would recommend this gym. I go every day 5am and its so clean and everyone is so friendly

Had a membership here under my moms name. I canceled that membership to start my own with my credit card and instead of canceling it the employee kept both memberships open for several months and kept charging moms card. Then when she noticed the charges they refused to reimburse her. They also charge a $50 annual membership fee on top of your $40 monthly membership fee and dont warn you about it.The employees here are shady people only looking for their next sale, save your money and go elsewhere.

Excellent parking, decent vibe, after reading the reviews on here i was hesitant so I went in to see for myself. The buildings interior color scheme gives a slightly dingey appearance but after checking for myself, the place was actually very clean. There were no machines or rooms out of order. everything was actually in pretty excellent working order, the bathrooms were in good repair and clean. this looks like a pretty decent place to work out actually. tons of cardio machines.

Witnessed an assault here! Terrible customer service during my first and last visit! Stopped by this location for the first time Saturday night 2/21/15 around midnight to try a new gym. The gym itself was nice BUT there was nobody at the desk to get me a basketball or make sure I even signed in. Turns put the representative Baron (sp?) was hanging out with his homies by the pool. I asked him for assistance and he rudely asked me to wait. After 20 minutes another guest who was annoyed confronted him and was attacked and punched in the face by the associates thuggish friend (probably wasnt even a paid member but let in for free)!!!! Then the associate (again I think his name was Baron? Really short wannabe thug guy with an attitude) tried to take the gym member to go outside and fight him too! Police showed up. Hopefully they get rid of that employee so that people can feel safe going there.

William is amazing he always motivates me to keep coming back and I love the atmosphere here!

This place needs major updates. Newer equipment. Would be nice. Friendlier front desk staff. And clean the sauna you have enough of a flow in this gym that an update van be given.

Its not as bad as the other reviews say. If you want a clean locker room, then yeah a public gym isnt going to be that for you. Its got a decent amount of equipment. The parking lot does have a few pot holes but nothing more than the Aurora average...Not the best 24hr fitness Ive been to but it definitely isnt the worst. The crowd late at night is kind of sketchy but thats to be expected.All in all, if youre looking for a place to hit some free weights this place is pretty good. If you just want a gym, its pretty good. If youre looking for a good amount of cardio equipment, this place has that.If youre looking for a clean gym with great customer service, then this isnt the place. Gyms like that dont exist.Pros:-Good if you want to get in and get out.-Lots of machines if you that kind of person-Lots of free weights (2.5lbs incremented plates and Dumbbells is nice)-Lots of cardio equipmentCons:Locker room smells like a normal locker room (not really a big deal)-Gym smells like a normal gym(not really a big deal)-Crowd is kind of sketchy at night(Duh)-The pool does kind of look gross(That, honestly, to me is a big deal)-Only one GOD DAMN POWER RACK(Very big deal because using fixed bar squat racks to squat SUCKS if youre not the right height and if you using the smith machine please kill yourself before that machine does)Honestly most of the bad reviews sound like theyre from people who have never been to a gym before.....

I stopped by to speak with the manager of this location about the membership plan. I was told to wait in the lobby until he is available so I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes only to be told that the manager has left because his shift is over. Never have seen such a responsible manager at work. I have been with 24 hr fitness for over 5 years now, but thanks to this experience now I will never be back with 24 hr fitness in the future.

I had the worst experience here, I called and wanted to go on month to month, Tristan said I could for 36.00 a month with now initiation fee or pay 50 dollars initiation fee and it would be 31.00 a month, I jumped in my car drove down there, he had already went home, so the other saleslady told me he was mistaken, I have to pay the 50 dollar initiation fee and she did not care what he told me and dismissed me. It was on a Saturday, no manager until Monday, waste of time, if they lie to get me there just think of the lies in the future

Tha last few times I went and tried using tha kids club, it was closed. 😕😐 seems like they need to do a better job with staffing on Sundays. I usually try to avoid the bathrooms because theyre never properly cleaned. I dont usually use the pool or basketball courts so Ill probably be switching to Aspire shortly.

I have had quite a few bad experiences with their kids club. The biggest issue for me is when someone called in and we cant get anyone here. Isnt that what management is for? This has happened more than once. I continue to be disappointed by this gym.

The club is what it is… my real beef is with the trainers, they take machines and benches without so much as a question. Also, there is a tall skinny trainer with a sleeve; WATCH OUT his knowledge of form and programming is non-existent...but as a training gym overall, you can get a better value else where...dont spend 5000 on a 20 session package 24 is scamming you! All the care about is sales, your health and safety is secondary.

Went in to try out the gym after being called daily in the phone, sometimes twice a day. Was told that my free pass had expired so I couldnt even try out the place. I was told buy a day pass, get a membership or get out.Well I know I wont recommend this or any 24 hour gym. Too expensive, unhelpful pushy staff, and not worth the pretension.

This is literally one of the worst gyms I have ever been too. The trainers are so pushy and annoying. I mean the reason why I come to the gym in the first place is to use the machines which are the stair master and the treadmill. I began to this gym in January 2016 and I was talking to a representative to see if there are cheaper membership, then he talks about personal training and I have told him NO. Then he signs me up with a trainer and OMG she is a b**** she is not understanding I do not have money especially when I go to school and I have a 40 hour job on the side. I do not have time for personal training. Not only does personal training take your time away from doing things you want to do but it also cost too much money. I mean those trainers dont listen to you and you tell them no so many times you do not want their personal training. When I train with them they just talk bull****. Those exercises that I have been doing with those trainers is nothing new from what I have been doing at home. I mean I am going to finish this contract with a different trainer and withdraw my membership. I will never come back to this gym ever again

Used to be a member here at this particular location when I lived in Denver. Here for the weekend to visit family and decided to come for a day, found out a single day guest pass costs $20... a month membership is 35ish. Just like when I was a member here half the equipment is falling apart, broken, or just flat out terrible. I have to download some app to jump on the WiFi. Are you serious? Absolutely piss poor. When I come back to visit family in the future I’ll be sure to go to any other gym besides 24 hour fitness.

People hold multiple machines here and act like its their personal gym. Anywho, they really need to step up maintenance here. Too many broken cardio machines. Hard to get in a good groove when you are hopping on and off machines and pieces are literally falling off the elliptical. I prefer the Express on Tower and Hampden but it doesnt have the sauna and is truly open 24 hours .

Karl and will are very helpful with first comers and are dedicated to the success of the members. Definitely recommend this 24 hour fitness for people who are hesitant.

Nice gym, just wish they would upgrade their bikes to more modern models like the 24 hour in Englewood (Merdian) but Im assuming they might be working on it at a later date because they just bought new stair steppers. Other than, that amazing place to work out!! Staff is super friendly!!

Its a decent gym. If you come in at a decent time you wont have to wait. The only reason I use this one is bc its on the way home from work. For the $$ you spend they should definitely be taking better care of the equipment but they dont. The place in kind of in disrepair all of the time and no one cares. Its 24 so what can you expect? They have all of the things you need you just have to be on their ass or threaten to cancel to get it fixed. The new GM only cares about you if you are spending $ on private sessions.

The gim is not bad but the manager does not ha a good attitude not flexible for nothing in a few words she needs more training on how to help customers

Great atmosphere and top notch equipment. Friendly and competent staff from the front desk to the GMs. Will McNamee took time away from what he was doing, gave me a warm welcome and helped me get established.

I only go for the jacuzzi and the steam room. I would go elsewhere but theres not too many gyms that offers steam. The filters above the jacuzzi are nasty I think they get changed maybe once a year if that. Also I can always count on either the steam room or the jacuzzi being out of order at least twice a month. On a good note the staff is always been very friendly and helpful. And I always see someone cleaning.

Yeah its kinda got a hood theme going on but it aint too busy. The gym equipment is in decent shape.You also have glass door showers.So, if you want you could skip the sausage fest in the locker room.

The machines are okay, the pools are over crowded, the hot tub is always dirty, the steam room smells like some one puked in it, the sauna is way to damn small, its always over crowded, from 12 noon to 9pm at night. The management is horrible, the sales people are pushy, they will not allow for a free trial, unless you email them, the management yells at other customers while others are there signing up. I took my brother in to try out the place, the first thing is the sales agent there had to ask his boss if my brother can try it out for free, he said no, then he got pushy on selling him a membership because it was on sale, and the sale was going to end the next day. The sale never ended until after the 1st of the year. My brother was just my guest for the day, thats it, he goes to the gyms in Brighton, he was so unhappy with this place, and well, HE will never step foot in a 24 hour fitness or recommend 24 hour fitness to anybody. This was the one place I could count on to relieve my stress and tension, now its worse then ever, and well, one day, this place will be restaffed. Management has done nothing to improve this place, nor do they care. I can tell most people have been blinded by this place, are new, or just dont notice. I love this place to come and work out, but the staff suck, they need to be retrained or better management. I have been a member since the place opened back in December of 2008, I am still a member, I go to this one, cause it is the closest to us here in Green Valley Ranch. I wish they would build one up here before balleys or planet fitness does.

I think its really clean and updated, notably the restroom/locker room areas.I guess I dont understand all the negative reviews. Im glad I gave it a shot.UPDATE: NEVERMIND!!! :/No more 5 stars. I vote 3 stars instead. Showers are never clean, machines are really sticky and dirty, and the one time I accidentally forget my water at home, the vending machine is broken.

Ive been coming to this gym for years on and off and its not bad. Everyones in here complaining but I like this gym. I love going to the classes, the instructors are great!! Yeah they do have broken machines often but they usually have signs letting you know. If you around 5 this place is packed. The locker rooms smell sometimes but what do you expect? I always see the cleaning lady wiping down equipment.

First time here and DEFINITELY my LAST.. HONESTLY, NOT what I expected..Guy at the front desk was DECENT when I first walked in (Came in around 12:50am) and The first few machines I saw were broken, pretty empty gym so I moved on to the next workout machine I saw and continued with my workout, decided to go to the bathroom and then what? ALL of the stalls were DIRTY, had no toilet paper or both! I couldnt use the restroom, so whatever I left and decided to go back out and continue my workout, FINALLY saw the disinfectant spray and paper towels to wipe down equipment and of course the bikes were broken.. found one that wasnt and decided to stay because hell, I was already there so why not?BUT, I wont be returning here.Was not worth my time.

This is the 24 hour fitness on Alameda and Chambers in Denver CO, absolute trash!! @24hourfitness one of the main reasons that I have a membership is to play basketball, how can you safely play with literally pieces of the floor missing, they never clean the floors most rims are broken or tilted when I come here. I pay wwwaaaayyy to much for any bs like this! When I can go to vasa fitness, tru fit, chuze fitness and much more for 10$ We have to do a better job of getting what we want as customers! The equipment at this 24 doesn’t get wiped down by the members and they take 50$ in “maintenance fees” out of every members account every year! For what!? We need better customer service @24hourfitness The is unacceptable!

On my test day there it was filthy. Wanted to burn the towel after and felt Id walk out of there with a disease.It was dirty in the bathrooms with trash on benches, floor, and around sinks -- not in trash cans, the weights were not clean and the steel was blackened from use, and floors had trash on them (paper and bottles).Yes, there is a rush hour at the gym, but these issues should be addressed by staff. Some of the equipment was missing parts, seats, handles, etc. Yet no sign indicating that the equipment needed maintenance etc. People were still trying to use that obviously damaged equipment.Just presents poorly managed and like a sales operation more than a legitimate gym. I was glad to be out of there. Makes you wonder what the pool is like.

False advertising false advertising false advertising false advertising I got a free 3 day pass and for 1 they dont tell you that theres certain hours that you can go during the day and only because they dont have a sales person to talk to you to try and get you to buy a membership. Being that has 24 Hour Fitness me and my husband decided to go at 3 a.m. because theres not a lot of people and it works with our schedule since they turned us away I will not be using my 3-day pass at all!!! Knowing the only reason I couldnt go at the only time that works for me and my husband schedule because they dont have a SALES PERSON there to try and PRESSURE ME TO BUYING A MEMBERSHIP OR PERSONAL TRAINER when I dont need or want one. That gave me a bad 1st impression

Honestly I used to go to this gym years ago. It honestly went down the drain. If there was a rating lower than a star. I would rate this place SO LOW HONESTLY NOT EVEN GET A STAR! I usually go to the gym at night so when I go in the locker rooms are completely disgusting, most of the equipment are everywhere, and last but most importantly the employee or employees are completely rude. The reason why I am writing this to you tonight because a situation had occurred with an employee tonight. I usually never have this issue but this employee was very rude and disrespectful to me to the point I felt discriminated against. I was walking towards the water fountain to grab a drink and as I turn around there was a basketball that rolled right in front of me and my reflexes hit and my foot pulled out to stop it so no one wouldve gotten hurt. If there was anyone in that direction. But even stopping it the ball was rolling so fast that I couldve stepped on the ball and fell. As I stopped it and picked it up and the employee by the basketball court screamed what the hell are you stopping that ball for!? well I was surprised and said reflexes the employee was so mad that I stop this ball rolling across the gym and threw a huge fit. Later on the night I confronted him and employee screams back at me saying it wouldnt be an issue if you didnt throw your freaking leg out! at that point I felt so disrespected that I screamed back saying Someone couldve gotten hurt or even me! I was trying to stop it just in case someone didnt see it but no this employee keep thinking he was right and everything was fine. One, he disrespected me when I am a customer to the establishment. Two he couldve put someone or me in danger for throwing this basketball across the gym. Like what if I didnt see the ball and ran and fell on it? Nope, He kept screaming at me even though I was talking I started cussing at him on how frustrated I was and how disrespected me so I talked to him in the same way he did. Im bringing this to the general manager and if nothing is done I will aim higher. Horrible gym go to a different location or dont go at all. I am already looking into another location because Ive been to the other 24 hour and some of them are amazing dont get me wrong. But this location here. Dont ever! Unless you want to be disrespected, discriminated or put at a safety risk or breaking something because the employee decided to throw the ball across the room with no warnings!

Tried to go in with a buddy with a 3 day guest pass and they hassled us. Crazy been a member here for quite a while. Also their steam room is always broken and sauna down often. I do not recommend going here. Poor customer service. Honor your passes!

The facility is decent but most the staff doesnt care about their job!

Is a complete dump. Only go if you want the least hygienic conditions possible.

This place is a joke. They claim to cancel your membership, but yet your account keeps magically being charged and then when you call to speak to the manager, they always bullshit you claiming theyll have the manager call you back because theyre always busy and you never get that call back. Then you call their corporate and they tell you that you need to take it up with the managers at the office that you dealt with and talk down to you like youre stupid and do absolutely NOTHING to help solve the issue that is with the so called Office. So much for Corporate. Any place has to be better than this business!!

Same equipment has been broken for months/years. It is literally unsafe, repairs using incorrect parts. Only go to this location when only option due to schedule and always a disappointment. Customer service.from management is terrible. When reporting broken equipment I was offered suggestions of 9ther gyms to go to.
