Do not pick up freight from here... Ive been trying to contact them for two days about issues with their freight and there is never anyone around to answer the phone. Im a day late for my home time and they wont respond to emails about the issue either. Absolute lack of professionalism and not worth the time or effort.

Not giving them 5 stars because they wouldnt let me in a day early to load.I spent the night over by the Best Buy. Go north and cross over I-88 take the right at the next light. When I woke up at 4am there were many trucks parked at the Target.I was in and out within 2 1/2 hours this morning to load, which is pretty good for Kraft!

Lazy people stay out from this warehouse u will endup here atlist 8 hour they are very lazy

I would give them zero stars if I could. Going on 7 hours past my appointment time, and the trailer still isnt loaded. Its like this all the time here.

They take there sweet time to unload you. They are lazy butt holes. Who needs to learn what are manners and what is work ethic.

Wish I could give them a -0 very very slow please avoid this place had a 530 appt its 900 and Im still in the door with a 130 minutes and u cant do ur 10 hours here suck

Truckers: north side of interstate there is a best buy with a dead end. Sat there 14 hours, no hassle. Back in, not enough room for around, pavement drips off so stay on it.

Swing wide coming in.... no overnight parking but I parked at the Walmart in Montgomery, IL about 4 miles south of here I parked on the side street along with about 5 more other trucks.Not sure how long the unload/load process I had drop hook

This shipper needs to learn how to load a mixed product load properly instead of scattering it all over the trailer as the load I picked up gets delivered to two separate doors at the receivers building.

My live load was turned into a drop and hook.Reason I cant give 5 stars? They somehow managed to let a coworker leave with the WRONG load, my load. No biggie in the long run as both loads were going to pretty much the same place but the confusion and annoyance it caused was very very aggravating. Guard wasnt too friendly and backing could get a little tight.

I got to the guard shack to encounter a moronic woman with a chip on her shoulder who acted all high and superior like an ex cop, waiting for me to grovel in front of her.Adding to that is a long wait to get loaded and no overnight parking.

I had an appointment for 12:30pm and I was loaded 2:30pm. They have 2 hours to load you so they will take their 2 hours.

Twice in a row got loaded before my appt time. BRAVO

Very safty place for workers but not enough place to turn for truks

Theres a Walmart nearby if you need a ten hr break. Take orchard road to galena. Go left see store on left.

Very slow lazy unloading/loading. Need to revise their company workers and fix things

No 10 hour break allowed.

1615 appointment. Wasnt touched until 0330. Get here and pull your curtians because its going to be awhile. Im late for this delivery and havent even gotten loaded yet.

Put some respeKt on truckers name, and put some soap inside of bathroom!
