This place is a joke, I had financial issues with money and had to cancel appointments and than the lady tells me I can’t set any up anymore after me giving her plenty of notice. Yet it’s all good for them to never answer their phone, and when you leave a voicemail they don’t call back for days if they even do call you back. Don’t waste your time if you’re really seeking help, if you’re just trying to bs for court, probation, etc and not serious this your place. (Aurora office)

They have you make an appointment and have multiple people do the evaluations at same time. Very misleading. Staff is nice tho.*evaluation was a nightmare in Aurora the rest was a pleasant experience. Learned a lot about myself at Elgin location thanks to Shane. Good luck peeps.
