We all know that finding a good company to work for is exhaustive, time consuming, and takes way too long via conventional methods. However, I just recently had the pleasure of working with Jensen Forbis at Terra Staffing group, and everything I just said flew out the window. I am so impressed with this company, their staff, and management. I would recommend them (and Jensen) to anyone. I have been looking for a great company for the past three months. Terra Staffing helped me find exactly what I was looking for in 48 hours! I cant thank this team at Terra enough.

I got involved with this agency when I was job searching during COVID. I saw they had a posting for a production job that seemed to fit what I was looking for. Come to find out, the position wasnt even hiring yet, and the factory wasnt even open.I didnt think it would be crazy to ask if they had anything else available at the time similar to the job I applied for. But the agent scoffed at me when I asked, making fun of me for not having enough on my resume. I applied for an entry level position, and you mock me for asking if you have any other entry levels?I had to give my info and what I was looking for in a job to multiple people, multiple times, as if I had never talked to them before about this. Eventually I found another job (not using this group) and told them I didnt need services anymore. This was 4 months ago. I have since received calls, texts, emails, all spamming me asking if I am still looking for work. Each and every time I have told them that no, I am not. If I have no valuable skills, why are you asking me to work for these jobs?Worst experience I have ever had.

I really am grateful that I stumbled upon this company. They have been very great with communication, while addressing all of my concerns. They help me out through a tough time and found me steady work. They gave me a job and I’m hoping it can evolve into a career. I recommend this place if you are capable of having a strong work ethic, possess a good attitude and are punctual and mature.

This has by far been the best experience! Not only is the entire staff professional, but they also bring a here to help you vibe. Definitely have been sending any and all friends and family their way! Truly blessed to have such a great team behind me while on my assignment.

For anyone who is looking to get in to the workplace you should definitely sign up with terra staffing. Very friendly staff, helpful and they did a fantastic job with placing you in the right job. Worked with Mendy awhile back and it was my first job here in the states, not long I was hired on as full time employee. Just over 2 months got promoted to Team lead and after 3 weeks got promoted to a supervisor role. All of this is because of the great job placement and terra going out of their way to help as much as they can.

I’ve worked with this company for maybe half a year before then I was employed by staffing with Bliss Cross which was evidently bought out by Terra, at the time of the marriage I was worried that I wouldn’t be receiving the same quality of service as I once was my worries are pretty easy though that one person in specific Mindy Mitchell, despite the change of a company name and employer she’s managed to treat it all the same providing outstanding recruitment throughout the transition as well as providing the best she could in the Covid crisis times that we face today. All in oh I can’t speak for the tire company but if they employ people like Mitchell 5 stars none the less.

Ive been in contact with Terra since the beginning of my job search and they saw my potential. I had few leads at the same time so I had to say no to the job I had with Terra but Im really thankful they understood why I said no and I hope to work with them in a near future. Process to get register at the agency went fast, people are nice and pro. They do follow up. I really appreciated having a contact with this temp agency.

Really impressed with Mendy. I had a friend that kept telling me to apply to TERRA. I was very skeptical because it was a staffing agency. After having bad luck at my last job due to Covid I decided to listen and reach out to TERRA. Mendy was able to get me on assignment the very next day. Terra has been really great in finding me employment. Theyre really good at preparing you and making sure youre qualified for where theyre putting you. Also Terra checks in alot to make sure youre okay at work.

Unprofessional team. I wasted my time doing a lot of paperwork and traveling to their office. Why are you going to set up appointments with me if you arent honoring the schedule that YOUR TEAM offered to me?

Dont waste your time with this staffing agency. They NEVER return calls after you jump through ALL their hoops. The bar is basement low here.

Advertises available jobs on their website,but when you try to inquire about them, there not available or cant get placed on one.Every week you call for your availability ..they dont have anything ...dont waste your time...

Worked here internally. Branch manager Carly would complain about me in front of other employees while I was within earshot. Completely unprofessional.
