Great Staffing agency, they placed me at my current job almost 4 years ago, been a company employee for 3 & a half years now. They refer you to better and higher paying jobs than most other staffing agencies.

Sent my whole paycheck to an account I had last year didn’t inform me that I still had direct deposit from over a year ago and now I worked for free because they can’t get the funds back just great!

They said I didnt show up for my interview, an interviewed that I cancelled. I legit cancelled the appointment online and asked for a phone call that I NEVER received. When I explained this, the woman still tried to blame their poor communication on me; how sad. She also wasnt willing to tell me what positions were available, instead told me to come for an interview and find out. I dont know about you guys but Im not going to go to an interview when I dont know what position is available, thats a waste of peoples time. I dont want to work or shop for/with a company that cant even take responsibility for their actions. 0 stars if I could.

They are very unprofessional, never told me the pay for my job or how I’m getting paid. Just trying to keep there numbers up. MFG does not care about the people who they employ . Will call you at 4:59 pm, so you purposely can’t call them back. The management went down the drain . Definitely needs new or better management. Yes I’m still employed there but warning others that it’s very unprofessional and I’m not promoting people to work there for the lack professionalism. If they improve then I will write a better review, for now 1/5 stars.

It was very nice at first and then if you make one small minor mess up they stop working with you forever and they become extremely rude. I personally just think this location needs new staff and needs to be a little more understanding with people. I would rate this place a 0 it’s not worth your time.

I had a great experience with the girls here at resource they our very nice and friendly and they where able to find some well paying jobs with-in my area thats need a person like myself. I recommend you guys to everyone I know in search of work... Thanks you very much ladies

Terrible company. They have decent jobs but here’s my story. I was working, and the guy training me had his phone out sitting near our work station....one of the tools fell and cracked his phone. Even though the phone wasn’t suspossed to be out anyway, I still apologized and even offered to pay for a replacement. The next day I get a call saying my assignment was over and I’m on that dumb list that they can’t hire me for any jobs anymore. Just weak stuff, they don’t give a damn about you. Go apply if your a perfect human being and never make mistakes that’s what they’re looking for

From the moment I walked in the doors, the ladies greeted, and assisted me with everything I needed. Very helpful in getting me a job that fit around the schedule I already had. Couldnt thank JoJo enough for all her help being positive, and giving me a good laugh in the meantime of in making this all possible! I would definitely recommend someone there if in need of a job. Walked in, and same day walked out with a job. Thank you for all the help!

Beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. They sent me first to a location in Elgin and gave me a number to call because I wasn’t allowed to go in and someone had to come get me???? Yet when I called 10 minutes pass my scheduled appointment, no one answered the phone so I went up to see if they maybe forgot, just to be told that I had to drive to the Aurora location. Than be told I’m not qualified because I don’t have 3 years of experience although I asked them in the phone call what requirements were needed and they only said 2 which I have. Mind you I live an hour away, so they just had me driving around all morning wasting my time and gas. And on top of that Jojo is a sarcastic snobby representative. You ask her a question and she gives nasty responds like you should of know it to begin with. Don’t recommend this place and I will definitely let others know to avoid it!!

Girls there are not professional always laughing, one girl says one thing, then a different girl says another. Never get a start date. This lady so called jojo that works there is very mean, she only gives out good jobs to people she likes. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Was called everyday asking when I would return to work three days after I lost my daughter. Then when I did return the company I was placed with said they thought I would have took more time off so now I know who cares more !!!

I was pushed around 4 weeks, presenting myself with an initiative to work. Also followed all procedures asked of me. The staff love to put up an act and just push you around to avoid a start date. Walk in prepared with a proposition and theyll just give some excuse not to place you somewhere. Even after showing great interest, contacting them for follow ups, and showing up to their office. They dont help you, on the contrary you help them with their act. The place seems helpful when another person walks in and sees you in a chair chatting or on a computer. In reality, youve most likely set yourself up for a wait period regardless of experience.

Ridiculous service they will call you for an interview and they will take some ridiculous drug test questions!! And even if you dont take drugs they will fail you and ask you to leave. Without any interview!! Worst temp service i have ever been too!!!

Well I went in looking for a good job and I actually got one, thanks to JoJo, thanks again,she worked hard for me so I plan on not letting her down,also everybody I spoke to were respectful

Worse place and rude they kept saying I called set up an interview when I barley made an application today 9/18/2018 when I clearly did not that I called and I didn’t show for the interview makes no sense at all I’m trying to explain that I didn’t but they keep saying I did I asked may I get the name of the person who said I called them and set up an interview but they won’t they keep saying that i did over and over all I’m trying to do is get a job and clear my name with them but they kept getting more rude with me so ridiculous and unprofessional and to top it off they called me today saying how can I help you when they called me I don’t know but don’t like this place people kept telling to go to them because it was a good place but unfortunately it isn’t.

Ive had loafs of bread show more interest in my well being and employment than the people here.

Waste of time always saying they will get a start date for you but the day never comes.

Horrible to work for, just a number .
