This place is not bad has it may be reviewed by others, different experiences. I went in through gate at 1:45 am, appointment was at 2:00 a.m. went checked in I parked at staging area and got called for a door at 3 a.m. Paperwork was ready at 4:15 a.m. out of there by 4:25 a.m 16 pallets from 2 different pick ups. Security gate personnel was very helpful.Dont give it more stars cause staging area it is little bit complicate.

This place is a cluster you-know-what! All night time deliveries. Call five trucks at a time to their assigned doors. Traffic jam and Warehouse parking lot every night! Hate this place. Ask for a detention slip or you will not get paid detention pay! Worst place ever about losing paperwork! Capstone Logistics!

If I could leave no stars I would. We were kept in the dock for five hours and they lost our BOLs. They didnt even have the guts to tell us this. Drivers make a copy of your BOLS. UNFI you can do better!!

Security was very nice. At the gate and at check in. This place is JAM PACKED. Seems like they over book or something. Took me 30 mins to squeeze between everyone to back in. Non stop traffic coming, going, and backing. Hope you have patience. Unloading takes a little while. So does backing.

Only 4 pallets arrive 4am app 5amUnloaded 7:30am but now waiting for paperwork !Current time 11:00am no paperwork and now late for next delivery. Definitely not cool.

Check-in desk was polite. When they called me 5 hours later, again they were nice. Called me again for papers ready... Again nice. Do their jobs well. Over booking from their logistics center is I think what Hans up the works.

This is the worst place of all. Employees cant even read what they are unloading.I had a stop with only one pallet to unload. App was 300am, I came at 1230am. Checked in an hour later they gave me a door. And I waited for two and half hrs to get unloaded. They told me to park at the staging area and wait for the paper work there. Ok 6am I got a call saying that they unloaded the wrong product and that I should come back to dock. Ok did that. An hrs later they call said theyve pit the ballet back and they dont have the product. So they wasted 6hrs of my time on one pallet and couldnt even read the labels. So that they catch the problem in time.Horrible

I’m actually not a hatter, but this warehouse makes me a hatter, 5 1/2 hours just to give me a door, two hours to unload and 1 1/2 hours to get BOL, the woman at the window is very unprofessional, all this guys are crazy

Was my first time delivery, so checked in with security and was told to wait on the street, after like 3 hours when I checked with security to see why is it taking too long? They let me in to check at office this time and the office was gonna give me fine for being late and tried to blame me for the situation. Which really was their caused. And finally was given a door after a long argument, with a very bad attitude of front office employees and a great miscommunication among front disk and security at the gate. Always have an approve for checked in in order to avoid finality.:(

Answer 20 questions on the clipboard, 18 degrees freezing to death waiting outside to check in and again paying Capstone. 2 in building at one time .. so you get pneumonia waiting .Fast unload then you have to park and wait for them to count it .. then you must leave

I have a dedicated for JB Hunt dedicated services AKA DCS. Because of that I do only drop n hooks. Drop in the afternoon, come back the following morning 14 hours later. The same trailer that I brought in got unloaded and reloaded.

Arrived hour early, 0100, appt. Was for 0200. Called to the dock at 0330, dropped the ramp at 0430. I was unloaded, bills in hand and on the road at 0630. Yes, they are pretty slow, but nice people.

I had no issues. Just total time there was a little bit long. Plus side is I was able to sleep and they do pay detention.

When you put together the level of retardedness of ppl working at check in with their lack of organization the result it’s simple CHAOS.

Very rude ppl here, like as if they never went thru a snowstorm....we got caught in it, delivering a load and got late...we get there thinking they would understand, but no..cold shoulder and rejecting the load we riskd our lives with....

They change your appt to acomodate one of their friend. No custo.er service at all, 3 hours to unload you and 3 hours to get the paperwork back. The women in receiving are vulgar in the way they express themselves. If you complain, they will tell you to leave and reschedule for another day. Very nasty place, the worst Ive ever been. Saw many businesses like this dissappear. Is so simple to be courteous, friendly, give great customer service and be organize, what a shame!!!!!!

Yes this place is a joke. Avoid if possible. My opinion is first come, first in dock. But I could be wrong. Took 45 minutes to check in. You can check in only 2 hours early. Security guard is on the road checking drivers as they come in. Must have a mask and safety vest. Very rude people at the check in shack. Lots of docks open and lots of trucks waiting to get docked. Now I get to play the waiting game. (Like other reviews say “Capstone “ that says it all.)

This is by far the worst distribution company on the planet. If you are thinking of distributing your product through this awful company. Find another distributor literally the worst in every way as a customer.

Delivery from UNFI in Moreno Valley to here. Checked in at 12:00 a.m.Appointment was for 2:00 a.m.Empty and gone by 1:30 a.m.You can only check in up to 2 hours prior to appointment time. Also as of 01/26/2020 you can no longer Park overnight at the facility or on the street in front. Very nice people as long as you follow the rules.

They take like 7 hours but the girls are so nice they gave me comcheck for lumper they are just so micro checkers, they confirm the product and inspect it for big time all good man, i dont have any negative thing to tell they got restrooms they got good workers

Drivers/ Independents!!!!Do your business a favor and always factor in a 6-8 hour unload even with a few pallets. Capstone is lumpers and it takes your whole day to get unloaded. Dont start your clock and stay on street nearby if need be. You will lose earning potential here. Maybe when nobody wants their loads they will step it up.

Check in only 1 hour prior to appointment but you can park your truck at a nearby wear house ( marked at blue dot )

This place is alright. My appointment was at 12:01am checked in an hour before. Was out at 2am. If you are not late, the will unload you quick. Dont be afraid of this place.

I am glad Jeremy, the supervisor, knows what he is doing. I went here to get a pick up, the guy who was running, didn’t even bother to look up the pick up number. This was supposed to be a quick pick up, turned into a 2 hr delay, and making my delivery late.

First time here arrived at 01:30 for a 0500 appointment. Checked in was told they would call me for door no problem since I had a 05:00 app. They called me at 05:30 for door backed in got unloaded then sit for 7+ hrs for paperwork this is not a way to run a business. People we’re nice but very slow at there work. I ended up getting a 10 hr nap. I also have another stop with 2 pallets. Update I got out of there at 11:00 am. I asked to girl in receiving where’s my bills so I can go she told me if I asked one more time they would call the police I would be asked to leave or be arrested. This place is very none professional and very rude personnel. I finally received my bills then I told the broker he was being charged 200.00 per hour after 07:00 am he agreed to pay let’s see if they laugh at that. They just don’t care.

Does not take care of their employees like they should and definitely doesnt pay them much for the work and time they do there. Management talks to their employees like children after one manager gives them the ok the other talks to them like they did something wrong. Paychecks always lost or late.

Over 7 hours to unload. Place is a joke. Got here one hour early and got a door two hours after appointment time. Sat in door for 4 more hours then told to move and wait for paperwork. Waited for one hour to get lumper price. Yard drivers fly around and parking is a mess.

Appointment 1am, checked in at 1am. 4:40am assigned a dock. 4:43am backed to dock with refrigerated trailer doors open and waited for 1 hour before I got a red light and the docks doors were opened. Its now 7:20am and I am still waiting to be unloaded. The wait goes on...Not the worst. The worst was a place in Los Angeles. 14 hours from check in to check out there.

Very rude, would not unload told me they were done unloading for the day and told me did poor planning on my part. They didnt care that the unload time was during my 10hr rest break. Well, I wasnt the one that planned this trip it was assigned at a bad time not my fault.

Its against the law to force a driver to pay for unloading when he or she is willing to unload their own freight. It carries a fine up to $11,000 per violation. Please help by reporting these abusive warehouses!!

Man if your a trucker you should never delivery here... This is my 4 load here in 2 weeks they have put me in a door well after my appointment... This place gets a -100 on a score card . I cant believe that UNFI / Capstone get away with charging 500.00 for a driver being late by 15 minutes but yet you cant charge them when they put you in a door late . seems really one sided .

Im forced to give one star. This place is the single most unorganized, inefficient disaster. Along with an incompetent disrespectful staff. There is a sign on the door posted “delivery 2300-0630”. That’s fine with me.. however they have this sign up inside, no sleeping/loitering on property. This is in aurora Colorado. No open parking for 100 miles after midnight near here.So basically they force drivers to deliver their loads at these times. MOST of us drove all day to be here on time. So it took about a half hour get a dock and unload 1/2 a trailer. That was at 2330 10/23/18 it is now 0530 10/24/18 and they called the COPS on me because I had the audacity to go inside after 2 hours of having an empty trailer and asking for my paperwork so I can get on down the road. They threatened me with a trespassing conviction for telling them Im not moving off the dock till I have my paperwork. Its now being held hostage by the staff inside who didnt get their way.

This place sucks i made it on time and they dont even keep up with who or what. Other drivers showed up hours after me to their appointment and left before me. I notice they worked down the line not by appointments. I was on the last doors so the drivers on the single digits doors get out quicker and then they assign that for again and that driver will be empty before they get to the last doors. dont even deserve the 1 star

Make sure you take good money for a load deliveribg there. Very slow and lazy. Very rude people. Making up a thousand rules to make their job easier (like it could be any easier) but they don’t have any respect for driver’s work. Hours of sitting there as they have the poverty wages claiming workers. Bleeee.

The office staff have been courteous and helpful. Get me into a door fairly quickly. Waiting for paperwork can take a while and be a bit frustrating. Be prepared.

Despite all of the other poor reviews, this place was a decent delivery location. 01:00 appt, checked in at 23:00, called for door 01:35, unloaded with paperwork in hand by 05:30 clerks were nice. Make sure to time stamp your bills as soon as possible! The time clock is on wall next to driver check in

UNFI Check-in at door 42 from 11pm to 6:30 am. Overnight parking available. You can park on the parking spots or outside on the road along the fence.

Supervisors only car about leaving early and leaving the rest- with all the work. They lie to you in the interview. Once you are hired it is a whole new slave world. They completely mistreat and descriminate their employees and dont appreciate any effort or commitment an employee provides to them. This is coming from multiple employees who have worked here for more than several years.

Hey truckers, im here to share some important information to maybe help you guys with the waiting on paperwork and getting to your next stop! Im a local driver who comes here a lot and what I do is when I get a green light I take off to make my other deliveries and then I make it back before 12 noon as they close at noon at the receiving window to get my paperwork. They will call you when your paperwork is ready tell them ok Ill be in and I would make it back by around 11 to make your lumper payment, just something to think about if youre in a tight next delivery appointment! Hope this helps out! Check with them first to see if its ok to do that just to be safe !

One of the most dangerous docks Ive ever been to. Way too many trucks, not enough space, deliveries at night time, and almost no lighting: all of that adds up to a place you should try to avoid; especially rookie drivers. Also, no parking on site. Other than that, pretty much what youd expect from a typical grocery warehouse.

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING . Walmart and FlyingJ are couple miles away but they get full after 4 pm. Had an appointment at 2am so i checked in at 1:40am and out at 645 got a door 5 min after checking in but after the unloaded me it took them 4.5 hours to wait for paperwork to be signed. Not cool man, because of them i was late on my next appointment .

OMG!!! This place is Horrible for truckers. You guys can avoid to go there, it pays to do so because your BP will go high and higher. Everything is slow from assigning a door to paying for lumper and its been like that for years nothing changed.

Great size distribution center

Repack boxes consistently show up with leaking shampoo bottles, and crushed power bars. Sometimes the shampoo is covering the power bars. Mispicks are extremely consistent, and customer service is the absolute WORST. I hate having to deal with them every week, but they run a monopoly. Maybe theyd be better off running booze during prohibition times, because theyre WAY behind the times.
