Incredible!!! Cannot say enough about the amazing job they do!I received two professional calls when they were heading out and pulling up. The service technician on time and completed everything before their time window. The service technician also took care to follow every covid guidance, was courteous, and professional.They got two really bad stains out, wish I had a before and after but I didn’t take one and now it looks just like the rest of the carpet.We will definitely only be using them from now on, it’s a night day difference we had no idea how light our carpets were.

Amir was very fast, friendly, and accommodating. Especially given how difficult my condo is to get to from the parking lot. The stairs were horribly stained and he made them look brand new. Im very happy with how the carpets turned out and will be calling them again going forward.

Beware the Groupon is a ripoff! Bought an $89 Groupon that claims The amount you paid never expires and can be used at any time but when I called to schedule they said it was expired and I would have to pay $111.00 more to use my $89 purchase. Doctor Carpet has cleaned the carpets at two rental properties for me. Two different technicians a year apart- both times I was extremely happy with them. They were responsive, called to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time, and made the carpet look fantastic again. Truck mounted cleaning. Today the tech cleaned about 1600 sq feet of carpet and stairs in about an hour. Very happy, will use whenever I need carpets cleaned, and will recommend to my friends.

Roy is Absolutely amazing!!!! Found them on Groupon, and he did my whole apartment for a third of the price against another competitor. The carpet looks amazing and after 4 years of living here with children, the carpet looks brand new!! Roy was great!! Was a very nice guy, polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. He was very professional and did an excellent job!!! He was Extremely punctual. I was in middle of moving and he worked with me around my schedule, He even offered to help me move my things!! DO NOT USE! First I paid for 8 rooms to be cleaned, I only have 5 with carpet and they still charged me extra for my stairs. Then the carpets smelled so bad when he was done I had to light a candle to sleep and when I called to ask about the smell he told me to open a window!!!!!

Doctor Carpet is easily the best in carpet cleaning services in Denver. We used him several times over the past three years thanks to a sick pet we had. He makes the carpet look brand new every time.

Great friendly service, arrived on time, did a superior job on our carpet. We have a speckled white carpet that we thought was going to have to be replaced. But after the cleaning we figured we have another year two before theyll have to be replaced they did such a good job!
