I just went through here for the first time ever about 30min ago. I just got home and noticed there are deep scratches all over my bumper, top of my trunk, and along the sides of my rear view window. I take care of my car and I know those were not there before. Im contacting them in the morning to file a claim. I just want others to be aware and to always check your vehicle after you get it cleaned so you dont have to go through the hassle Im about to go through.

OMG! They need to get rid of that scented soap ! It smells like bug killer. It stinks up my garage and comes into the house.MOST IMPORTANT - The staff is AWESOME and the facility is always clean. The vacuum hose tips are not disgusting. There’s no trash on the ground, there is no loud music. I like this place. BUT…..PLEASE GET RID OF THAT DISGUSTING SCENTED SOAP! Then I will give 5 stars.

Pretty good car wash. I always appreciate the free vacuums. Top tier service is$24 and next level down was $16. When it gets busy there is a second car wash lane and tons of vacuums available. The unlimited membership starts at $24 a month for a basic car wash and is vehicle specific.

This is a fairly nice place to wash the cars. Location is convenient and the help is friendly. Maybe it is just my luck, but 1 of the 2 vacuum poles by my parking spot, was not working properly today. And one attachment was missing. Thu6s was bot the first time Ive had vacuum issues here. But maybe it is just my luck or common in general.

This car wash works better than most, the attendant is always friendly, and the free vacuums work well. The floor mat cleaner did a fantastic job too. Ill definitely be back!!

Ive gone to several locations in the states of Washington, Colorado and Texas.Im noticing a pattern of the rinse not rinsing off enough. So I always have some spots left on my car.***REQUEST******Please add some tubs with a good cleaner mix and a brush so we can scrub more difficult areas, tough bug spots and areas that are hard to clean due to bad auto designs that hold the dirt. That would help speed things up. Especially for those that end up needing to go through multiple times, due to the above mentioned issues (or more).Thank you!

They also have a membership package which is a pretty good deal to keep your car as clean as you want. Self service and machine wash options available. The machine wash is very quick and is always an adventure to go through with all the fun colors and sounds.

Cmon, Mister Car Wash. Its about time the vacuums are upgraded to have some decent power. They are so weak and have been that way for so long. Im done going there until this problem is fixed. Dont try to tell me they have good power. Ive been to many many many car washes. These are weak.**Well, that response from the owner obviously shows their responses are automated and not reviewed. Good wash but do NOT use the mat cleaning machine it will ruin your mats.

Overall, the wash is fairly good. Drying could be better, but for a roll-through car wash its one of the better ones. I miss the strong cinnamon fragrance as of late.. and staff can do a better job of directing traffic to ensure both entry lanes after payment are used. This car wash does its job, and most staff is friendly.

Bought an unlimited use pass for our new car. Staff is competent and personable. The drive thru wash gets the car clean without damaging anything. The self-serve vacuums are handy and do a good job. Gave it 4 stars because its so good the lines are usually long. Its not an undiscovered gem.

One of the best drive thru car washes in Aurora. The people are always nice and my car has always gotten super clean. I also love that they have car mat cleaners that you can run your mats through. I highly recommend this car wash.

I got the 20$ premium wash and it Didn’t remove a majority of the bugs from the grille area or windshield. Did not clean the wheels fully there is still substantial brake dust. Side skirts are still dirty and there’s tougher spots all around the car it couldn’t get off.

Went through after a snow storm. Car was 1/2 clean. Asked to go through again and was told there were no rewashes unless you buy an unlimited package. Ramon told me i should buy another wash and it might be better. Why would I buy an unlimited package when they can’t clean my car and their customer service answer is “just pay more money and it might be cleaner”

Was excited to be a member here but have very disappointed in the quality of service I have received. There used to be someone that presprays your vehicle on the front and rear as you enter the tunnel.....not they just file you through and with a rear lip on the rear top of my Nissan Murano..the brushes and spray never get my back upper part of the window clean.Also the vacuums used to be great when I was a member a long time ago. Now there is never great suction regardless if the vacuum area is full of cars or completely empty. I end up having to vacuum my car out when I get home.Will be canceling my membership after this month is over and going elsewhere

Pure garbage. The GM Marvin is extremely rude and has no intentions Of fixing something their machines damaged.I went to the car wash with the rack on the back of my truck and both of their attendance told me it would be fine and then their “retractor”failed and bent and broke my rack.The attendant in the car wash admitted that the tractor failed when I smashed the rack on my truck. However when I brought this to Marvins attention he laughed in my face and said maybe I should’ve read their disclaimer. I cannot express my frustration with this place enough.

Before Mr Car Wash took over there was the ability to have a 2nd or more cars on the same account with discounts. But you dont have that so my husband doesnt want to add a 2nd car at full price. With a discount that would be a possibility.

The employees are always so happy and eager to assist. They must be under new management because the facility looks like it’s been recently updated and the wash seems to be working better than usual. I love the cinnamon fragrance.

Its a very thorough clean all around. The platinum package cleans every aspect of your car and even cleans your tires and gets underneath as well.

Sometimes the soap is not strong and feels as if it was diluted. I’ve taken my car right after I drove in the snow and it has taken me 2 runs through the wash or it won’t be all cleaned. Over all it’s a good experience if you have the unlimited membership and not just paying per run.

Only picking 1 star because I can’t pick 0. Paid for top of the line, Platinum wash. My car was not clean and we have quite a few new scratches and swirls that weren’t there before. Right before turning in my lease, thanks a lot!Vacuums had barely any suction and mat cleaner wasn’t the best. Have had better washes at the gas station for $10-12. Will not return to this car wash again, glad I didn’t purchase the membership they pushed for at the beginning.Guess somewhat our fault for not checking reviews before we went, apparently a lot of issues.

Waste if time... the vacuums literally do not work. Thr car per cleaner left my carpets soaked to the point that they had to go in the trunk making a huge mess and the curb as you come out of the carwash is not marked and very easy to hit.DO NOT GO HERE!

The drive through car wash does pretty well, as good as any Ive been to around here, but the vacuums are very weak.

The brushes never touched the front bumper or grill and it was still dirty. I should gone in and complained, but just went ahead and wiped it clean with my towel since it was wet enough from drying rest of my wrangler.

The car wash got my car clean. The customer service was friendly. Hower this location only takes credit cards. I use cach to pay and I was lucky I had a credit card. There is no way to back out of a car wash.

Its great to have unlimited washes but its frustrating when the member line is backed up while single payers get to jump straight to the front if there is no line.

Pricey but they do a great job. Just watch out for the pot hole in your way out.

$20 and your car is hardly clean. Their answer, $10 more dollars and you can go back through. What? I didn’t get clean the first time so now you want me to pay more and go back through for the same bad quality? RIP OFF! Everyone is very friendly here. However, I’ve had lots of issues lately.1) My biggest issue is that their HOURS ARE INCONSISTENT!!! For example - I stopped by at 5pm today and they were already closed. They’re supposed to be open until 7pm. This has happened multiple times. I paid $35/month for unlimited washes but I’ve only been able to wash my car 2x a month for the past several months.2) Brushes must be rough because I now have rings on my car from the bristles.3) It is also very difficult to get a hold of anyone when you have issues. I have to drive through their car wash line (and hold everyone up) in order to get help.

The staff is so great and always smiling. They are out and ready right when I pull in. Plus, free vacuums that u can use to clean out your own interior. This has become a weekly spot to get the dog hair out of the car. I would advise to bring something that will help brush dog hair from the seats bc the vacuums are all plastic. Give the place a try the next time you want a good clean.

Significant paint damage on my very first visit.They were jamming vehicles thru so fast the electric eye couldnt adapt to the width of my vehicle. My right front fender for hammered. Mirrors were hit, doors have rub marks, its awful.If you like your vehicle, DO NOT BRING IT HERE.

For on site visits, I love the energy in which all of the employees wave and smile at you!Phone customer service: I needed the receipt for my unlimited membership as my email preferences were messed up when they put my member ship on hold due to COVID. It was very easy to get the settings changed and have my May receipt emailed to me. The wait however was a bit long but understandable during this time.

Vacuums do not suck well. Low suction. Cancelled my subscription since my home vacuum works better. Sometimes I gotta drive thru twice because my car was pushed faster due 2 the amount of cars they had 2 take in! Wasted my time!

We have been going here since they opened. The car wash is pretty good but the vacuums are basically worthless.

I have been a monthly member for 3 years, never had any issues. I recently took my NEW car through the wash, went to vacuum and saw a 6 inch scratch down the (passenger) side of my car. I notified management, they did an incident report, 3 weeks later I still have not heard anything back. I have tried calling multiple times, left multiple messages and I never get a response. Check your cars after you go through the wash! This doesnt look like it could be from the brushes as it is a straight line and is a deep scratch, maybe equipment related.UPDATE - 6/1/2020 I am still waiting on a resolution to this. I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails with not one response! I keep being told by the call in number the manager will be calling me to handle the claim. I am still WAITING!

Long lines, all too often the vacums dont have enough suction or arent even on. And nobody around to ask how to get them on. Once it became Mister Car Wash it went downhill. Ive been a member since this Wash first opened, I may have to rethink that.

Vaccumes dont work well and the back of my car was still dirty

My car came out 99% clean. There were only a couple small areas around the side mirrors that I had to wipe down. Big Bonus: the free vacuums. My car really needed a good vacuum.I got the $9 base car wash only because all of the other options included Repel Shield and other coatings that I didnt want on my windows.I would go back.

NEVER SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WITH THIS CAR WASH !!! When you sign up for membership it takes you less than 2 minutes, but when you trying to unsubscribe from it believe me you will spend day and days. First called to car wash and they give another phone number to call to cancel. He explained that they cant refund from this location. Now I am on hold with them for about 20 minutes. It says all agents are busy (I am guessing lots of customers trying to cancel subscription).

Be careful with this car wash, it will damage you’re car. I cancel my membership right away after this, very unprofessional they didn’t even offer an apology for the damage.

One of the best neighborhood car washes in the city. Great group of kids running the place. Well equipped for all your auto needs to stay clean.

Use at your own risk. I recently canceled my service after an incident going through the wash. The cars were packed in really close. I felt a jolt and my truck came off the track. I didnt have any damage, but it was enough for me to leave. The wash was OK when it worked. It left soap spots on all of my windows and mirrors every time.

It was busy, but moved along quickly. Several times I have come and usually there is soap spots left behind after the wash. Just needs to rinse better. I like the self vacuuming stations since you have your own vacuum on the right and the left. No sharing! Nice! Very clean and the staff is friendly!

Great deal with the unlimited car washes! Only negative is that with some of the staff if you dont show that you are going to tip them they use very little prewash spray on your vehicle. I have had to go back through twice on some occasions.

Quick efficient

Bad experience, bad customer service and broken windshield wiper! My back windshield wiper got broken during the wash and according to the manager, after watching the video recordings, he told me that my washer fluid hose needed to be tucked in before entering the car wash, therefore they are not reliable for any of my damages. Advice to the public: make sure you have a newer car before entering this car wash and everything is tucked in on your vehicle! This should be a job for the employees before allowing the car to enter the wash to make sure nothing is hanging out! The manager did not offer any remedy or solutions to this problem and denied my claim. So now I need to find the parts online and pay for labor/installation. All this headaches just because of this car wash! I will never use Mister Car Wash again!

Its convenient and the employees are friendly and the wait is usually not long. The vacuums here are awful, I usually skip the vacuums and do it at home even though its more work, just because of how frustrating they are here. Also, the pricing for packages is pretty steep, I wish they had a discount for having more than one vehicle per household.

Come here frequently to clean our vehicles. There are free vacuums and floor mat cleaners which I appreciate. Duel vacuums at most of the spots so you can vacuum on either side of the car. The car wash works pretty well and the prices are very reasonable. I used to pay more to have Waterway do all the detailing for me but they were terrible! It is better to just do it yourself.

Went on Sunday to ask if they do detail service. Was told yes just bring the car in. Bought a gift card for the price of 3 detail elements ($157) to give to my dad for his birthday. On Thursday we took his car in to get detailed a little after noon. Was told our person went home so we cant do it today. I asked when could I take it in and was told weekends should work. Bring it in like 15 minutes before we open and we should hopefully be able to do it. When I asked why they indicated should instead of would I was told we are actually trying to phase out detailing services. Why wasnt I told that before the gift card was sold to me?I got the detailing elsewhere and am just using the gift card for their car wash service. That process is easy enough and the attendants are friendly so Ill give it a 2 star even if a 1 might be more appropriate.

Never Again! Bike Rack Damage - Not taking responsibility! Seriously!I have been using this car wash service for many years without incident. Only because the wash-tech was doing his/her job correctly. However the one time their wash-tech forgets to turn off that bike rack roof brush (or whatever its called) its all over! Instead of taking responsibility for their actions, they call it an after-market item and they claim no responsibility for their wash-tech not paying attention and performing his/her job effectively! Ive had bike racks on my car since I was 18 and Im 50 now. This is the first time theres ever been an issue and with a car Ive had less than 6 months, now has $2,200 worth of damage from Mister Car Wash not including the new rack itself. Thanks Mister Car Wash! Ill never use your service again and the list will only grow...

Wont be bringing my car back to this location

This car wash seems good on the surface, but dont be fooled. Their brushes are extremely dirty. My car went into the wash swirl free, now EVERY PANEL on my BRAND NEW car is swirled up, it looks like there are spiderwebs all over it. Additionally, there was a major clear coat scrape left all the way down the drivers side of my car. Initially, I attempted to contact a staff member outside, but every one of them were running like chickens with their heads cut off. I proceeded to go inside to complain there, there was no body at the desk, the lobby was like a ghost town (what a surprise). Lastly I gave you guys a call before leaving the wash in a last ditch effort to get someone to resolve the issue. It just went to voicemail. Since no one is around to resolve this issue, I thought Id bring it to light publicly. Do NOT go to mister car wash. They will mess up your car in some way, weather its mechanically like some other reviews have stated, or body damage like me and countless others have reported, and then make it almost impossible to contact a team member after it happens. I would like something to be done about this. My new car is now messed up because of you guys.
