My electric paddle board pump broke and I needed one the same day. Although they were a little more expensive comparing to Amazon, they had it in stock and available for pick up within an hour. My husband picked up but when we got to the lake and opened the box, the valve connector was missing. We used our old pumps adapter and all was well for the day. I contacted Jennifer a few days later and she immediately offered to either have one available for pick up or ship it to me. Their service was perfect and worth the few extra $$ I paid to buy it from them. Will definitely buy from and recommend them again.
