For the past few months, I have had the pleasure to work with Sean and Avis remodeling.Our entire family have had a very pleasant experience, and the customer service provided throughout the entire 5 months was very personalized and thoughtful.All together we had a team of 15 professionals working on our project. That included the companys designer, architect/ engineer and the crew who performed the work.We hired avis remodeling to completely redesign our home. We relocated the kitchen, added a bathroom, remodeled our guest bathroom, living room and all 4 bedrooms.Avis remodeling had performed a home remodel and extension to our neighbor’s property, and since we were planning on having a home remodel ourselves, we paid closeattention to the remodeler`s work ethics and visited the neighbor’s home a couple of times during the project.Thats how we met Sean who was the project manager at that time.We were very impressed with the team`s rate of progress and noted that they showed up to work every single day.Once we saw the end result and quality of work, we decided to hire avis remodeling and asked to have Sean as our project manager.We met with a couple of other local companies just for the sake of research and price comparison and because of this we knew that schwalb builders were offeringa fair price for their work.To sum up our experience with Avis remodeling would have to say that they have lived up to their reputation.Lines of communication were kept open at all times and we were given full support during all stages of the project. We are very satisfied with the work that was done and are enjoying our new home.

I loved every bit of the process with the project manager(Maya) and her team. She was always available, communicated so well every step of the way, showed up when she said she would, and she and her team simply did great work. I never had to worry about anything while working with her. Her desire to do the very best on her clients behalf is very obvious every step of the way. Our cabinets are beautiful, for sure, but the peace of mind of working with someone who actually cared about the outcome as much as I did was the best part of our time with her. He explained multiple options and provided recommendations on how to better design our basement layout. The end product was better than we could imagine. I would definitely work with them again.

We had to have our kitchen remodeled but couldn’t find anyone to do what we needed done. A friend suggested we used Denvers Remodeling and General Contractor and I’m so glad we did! The guys were nice and respectful and always showed up when they said they would. My kitchen looks amazing and is just what I wanted! I will never choose another business to do any of my remodeling! 5 stars!

Excellent service! We remodeled one long bathroom into two bathrooms. He gave me an estimate of when he would begin and how long it would take. The work was finished when we expected. He had good recommendations as to design elements. He gave me choices of products with pictures. He paid attention to the details. He cleaned up at the end of each day and hauled away all of the garbage. I would definitely hire him again.

It was a pleasure to have the crew in my house while working. Exceedingly careful in protecting our house throughout the remodel process. taped to flooring in the walkthrough areas and plastic sheeting to protect the furniture in the work area. I sent a request for a consultation and estimate for a full basement remodel through Avi’s Remodeling website. They sold my information to another builder in Denver without my permission and did not contact me. Not sure who else they sold my contact information to.Schwalb Builders specifically told me they got my information from Avi’s Remodeling.

He is incredibly fast, responsive, and did excellent quality work for an incredible price. I can not recommend him enough! We will be calling him for any future work on our house - he can truly do it all. We have three cats as well, and he loved talking with them, and was incredibly respectful of our home.

Maya was a pleasure to work with on my gut kitchen renovation that I just finished. She was very patient and super responsive. Our house is a maze of windows and doors which made for a challenging layout as we didnt want to deal with taking down walls or closing up windows. As you can imagine, undertaking this project while working from home had both its advantages and disadvantages. It was good to be around to answer the questions the contractor brought up. Working directly with Denvers Remodeling General Contractor saved me a lot of money by cutting out kitchen design center. My kitchen came out amazing. It was important to me to make it as streamlined as possible so every quarter of an inch counted. I am a huge cook so going from a room that had little storage to what I have now is amazing. Im looking to remodel my garage, expand both my living room and kitchen into the garage, in addition I also needed updates to my kitchen and remodel both bathrooms. How unfortunate that I was turned away because my job didn’t seem big enough. I wasn’t even offered a consultation. Terrible customer service, after that experience I wouldn’t even want to hire this company.

We have been looking for a reliable company to redesign and remodel my home. After consulting with 3 different companies we decided to go with Denver’s Remodeling to do the job. They were easy to work with, they helped me with design options and they were organized with everything. They finished within the time frame they gave us. We recently renovated our kitchen and were referred to Denver’s by a neighbor to update our kitchen counters with marble. The cost was quite good for the quality of the marble that was installed. There were no delays and they kept a clean workspace when they weren’t at our home so we could still use the kitchen at night and on weekends without any problem. We re very happy with the results.

I had a patio awning installed and it was done expeditiously and professionally. I am enjoying the looks and the shade that it has provided. The price was what motivated me in having Denver’s do the work - they could not be beat.
