Came in 45 minutes before close, to one of the most sadistic haircuts to date. Think of the dentist from little shop. I cant remember the last time my ear was cut during a haircut from the speed of shearing, big yikes.

I arrived just before closing, hoping to get in the chair but not expecting to. Jamie was very courteous and accommodating and stayed past closing time to make sure I was taken care of. Great hair cut, with a clean and friendly atmosphere…I will be back in the near future!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. There are plenty of other SportsClips around. Do not go here. Youll wait FOREVER with zero communication or apology from staff, whether you walk in or have an appointment, and leave with a mediocre haircut. Especially if you go on a Saturday. They dont care.

Casey cut my sons hair and did a quick and sloppy job. We typically go to Lady Janes, where we get the same cut, but it takes them about 20 minutes because they do it right. It took Casey about 5 minutes, and its ridiculous how low she went with a 2. Anyone that knows anything about cutting hair knows that its not as easy as just setting a number and then going across the head...if you hold the sheers just right you can easily bring a 2 to a 1 which is exactly what she did. My poor kiddo is devastated to go to school tomorrow and has enlisted me back to being his official hair cutter.

Got the MVP treatment by Kendra. She was kind and friendly and did a good cut.Prices are slowly going up and up though.

I had a very kind lady named Brittany at your Parker and Chambers Sports Clips. I wasnt sure what I wanted to do with my hair. She made a couple suggestions and worked around me needing to keep a ponytail up for my job. Its thinner lighter and it just looks nice on my face honestly! She also suggested products to help keep my curls natural and nice looking and not the frizzy mess they normally are! It was a great experience there with her! Thank you all again!

My fiance and I have engagement photos today and you guys cut an inch into his hairline. How did you let him walk out with that? Not blended. Just took his hairline up at inch. It looks like a child cut his hair.

Nice stylist, good haircut, but the live sports marketing is a bit of a myth. All tvs have to be on the same channel. They also left them on the NFL Network airing studio shows during live Saturday college football.

My husband just got his hair cut here today and it looks like a two year old hacked at his hair with a pair of scissors. I wish I was with him when he got his hair cut cause I would not have let him leave with his hair looking like it does now. This is the second bad experience we have had at this location from the same person. The first time his hair didnt look too bad but the woman coughed in my husbands face the whole time. It was disgusting. I am very very unimpressed and would like our money back so that we can go fix my husbands hair at a different hairdresser as I will never set food in that location again.

I was loyal to this place until today. The new staff here only cares about quantity, not quality. The 2 girls I use to go to all of the time left to another store across town and I wish they wouldnt have because the new stylists are awful across the board. Im on my way to Floyds right now to get this fixed.

Ms. Ashley did an amazing job on my hair! I havent loved a hair cut Ive gotten in years, and she managed to form the right shape and add an amazing fade. If I could give 6 stars I would! Go check her out!

The TV monitor showed there was a 20+min wait, but the stylist was able to help me right away. They really tried but the experience wasn’t great. Stylist and I had some trouble communicating what we wanted. I got the MVP “experience” but the shampoo station was not very comfortable, water got on my shirt, and I never received a “relaxing neck and shoulder treatment.” I left with hair on my face, shirt and pants. Also, it’s weird they have their sort of internal notes posted in view, “10/10 is great” or some sort of metrics was posted in the room. I won’t go back or recommend it.

Haircut was ok. The stylist was horrible. I thought the idea was to get a haircut and watch sports? My stylist never stopped talking LOUDLY. My ear is right next to you lady! I dont care what you are cooking for dinner, what your boyfriend is doing or what you did last weekend. I dont mind a little small talk but I didnt come here to chat with you, I came to get a haircut and watch sports. At least be aware of the volume of your voice.

My boyfriend just went in for a simple haircut and the women who did it ended up buzzing his beard without asking him or telling him it was -an extra $15!!!!!!!! It would have been fine except that she ruined it and it looks like a 3 year old took buzzers to his face. Who does that? We are never coming back here again.

Poor customer service, They dont even acknowlege you when you enter . You have to enter in your own information and as I was entering my information one of the employees just walk by without even acknowlege the 3 of us that were standing there.

HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time or money and save yourself the frustration. Service is horrible, customer or otherwise. I literally watched them tell the customer before me, paying, that his card didn’t get charged twice and then as soon as he left, look at each other and confirm that it did charge it twice. They also cut my son’s hair and it looks horrible. I’m going to have to go somewhere else just to get it fixed. Never again.

One of the worst haircuts Ive had at this location since living here for 15 years. I was telling the stylist not to part my hair or cut it too short, but she didnt listen. When she asked how my haircut was, I told her I didnt like it, it was too short in one area. She still charged me full price. Ive been a customer here for years, but its time to look elsewhere.
