This Jiffy Lube location is always excellent. I needed a new bulb for my headlight but they determined that wasnt the problem and didnt charge me, even though they changed the bulb. Its the kind of thing that makes your day - someone helping you out - Thank you, Jiffy Lube Havana!

Wonderful staff that seem to work well together and enjoy doing so. Friendly, very fast, competent and efficient. Oil and brake fluid change only took around 15 minutes. Staff are knowledgeable and let me use a coupon. While a bit more expensive than some places the trade off is time and the choice depends on the person.Bolt to the oil pan was more than hand to tight and no issues.

Would give 5 stars, but they opened almost an hour late. Not to the fault of the manager, but some team members did not show on time apparently. Once they opened, we were helped immediately and got out of there about 25 minutes later. Fair price and good work.

I got an oil change yesterday at this place. Service was fine until i realized that they did not screw back on the undercarriage of my car well enough because i ended up on the side of the road because it was dragging while i was on the highway. Now i have to get towed to a mechanic to screw it back on properly. This is the second time this happened to me at a Jiffy lube. Going to Grease Monkey from now on, smh.

I still believe that the prices are a bit overrated but most prices are during this time. people have increased their prices to make up for their loss in 2020, however the service that I received on this visit was exceptional! I don’t say that about very many places but today it was exceptional!! the gentlemen were very nice, very cordial, and I enjoyed being there today. I hope every day they deliver this kind of service to their customers and I believe that it deserved a shout out!

I paid for a conventional oil change which was supposed to include a vacuum and filling up my liquids. Neither was done... also I was charged an extra $8 to fill up my anti freeze which I didnt ask for. How dare you charge me for antifreeze fluid but forget to fill my other fluid. Now Im wondering if they ever even did my oil change since they lied about performing services they clearly didnt do. Save your money and go elsewhere seriously.

When all their stuff works they’re awesome, but they always seem to have something broken or a reason they can’t work on my car. The people are really nice just wish their stuff worked.

In and out quickly, Groupon had a good deal for this location.

Its always so nice going there because they are ALL very polite and friendly. They are fast and explain things in detail. You never need an appt just drive in. They send you reminders thru email along with great discount coupons. This will always be my to go place for my oil changes. I highly recommend this location.

I would never go to this company or location again they ruined it for life. I awkwardly was asked if I wanted professional mat cleaning and floor cleaning (which was LIGHTLY wiped down,) then unprofessionally was suggested I go get money to tip them for that service. In and out technicians with no communication.Told me both the radiator and breaker fluid were out, each 150 and 170 cost respectively. I naively didn’t check for a second price and go the breaker fluid. RIP OFF.I went to grease monkey off Havana thankfully for the radiator fluid and could’ve gotten both fluids done for the price of one at jiffy.Groupon or no Groupon I highly recommended any and all competitors.

Efficient, speedy. Noticed my coolant was low and sat with me while my car read the oil level. Ive been ripped off at other places but these guys had the patience to read the diagnostic from my car and check thoroughly. I will definitely continue to use their services.

Went in on a Sunday, no appointment, and they had me in and out in under an hour. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

They will try up sell you everything i had changed all my air filters and they brought in a filter that was not mine and it was covered I dust and leaves. That was not my air filter I had changed them a week ago. I usually do my oil change but was short on time that week before a trip. There was more upsell they tried in me. They are trained to take advantage of people that dont know cars. I have this all on go pro footage.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING GO ANYWHERE ELSE. REALLY disappointed because I drive 30 minutes to come to this location because the workers are quick, helpful and polite. However, they were TOO quick this time and a week later my car isn’t running. The oil filter that they replaced wasn’t put on correctly and ALL of my oil has leaked out. Considering I was the only customer being helped at the time, why was this being rushed to the point of not putting something back on properly? Guess I won’t be going back.

Got me in and out quickly! Asked them to check the serpentine belt to see if that was making an odd noise and they checked it, and told me it was in good shape! They did an excellent job!

Bought a Groupon here for a full synthetic oil change. In and out in 15 minutes and didnt try to pressure me to upsell me. Wanted me to change filters but Ill just buy them on Amazon. Pretty straight forward and guys there did a good job. The guy who filled my tires up did over fill them 10psi but it was a quick fix on my own. Was charged 3 dollars extra on top of Groupon. Would go here again to get oil changed. Was 70 dollars for full synthetic oil change which is pretty standard.

If you care about youre vehicle DO NOT go here!!!! They almost made me blow up my cars engine. And they refuse to do anything to make it right. I still cant believe it. This is hands down the worst place ive ever been to in my entire life!

Fastest oil change Ive ever had- I had to be out in under 15 minutes. It was also great getting to sit outside in the partial sun, partial shade. I wish every oil change was like this! I was charged an extra $2 on top of a Groupon I used, which was kind of annoying, but the quick and enjoyable experience made up for it.

I went here today for an oil change and wiper blades purchase. Prior to going, I called and spoke with Rose. She was super helpful and nice. Once I got there, it was a quick experience and ALL the workers were extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend going to this location! I was in an out in less than 10 minutes. If theres not a line, they will get your car serviced really fast and are not up tight. They let you stay in the garage and ask questions about your car if you have questions.

Did a nice quick and somewhat pricey job. I think thats partially to do with agreeing to have my air filter cleaned and reoiled.Otherwise they washed windows checked all fluids and even recommended upsales for future reference.Good group of men working here.

Noticed about 1/2 quart of oil in the driveway the morning after. The drain plug was about a quarter turn from falling out. This couldve ended pretty bad! You guys literally have 1 job!

Great oil change service. I explicitly asked if fluid checks would be done and if windshield fluid would be refilled when I was checking out after the oil change. I was told that it had already been done (Steering fluid and windshield fluid marked as FULL on invoice). A few days later after getting my car inspected for a grinding noise I find out that the power steering fluid reservoir was completely empty.In these few days myself and other innocent people on the road could have been injured simply because a simple fluid check was not performed.I wont deny that the oil change service was fast and well done and the employees were great but I simply cant bring myself to come back to another Jiffy Lube because of this incident.

I have to write and let you all know of a great experience I recently had at this Jiffy Lube location. The customer service associate Kayla was extremely helpful, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. The people at this store were very accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond the usual service facility. I mentioned that I had a windshield wiper blade that was squealing and it was fairly new, they exchanged it with a better grade one at no charge. They also repaired 3 small chips in my windshield for free. I would highly recommend going here to get your car serviced. You wont regret it. Thanks GUYS!

Great experience. Mechanics where quick to give me a breakdown of recommended services. They where efficient and did and excellent job.

Aggressive upselling, such as suggesting synthetic oil for cars that dont need it, nitrogen in tires, and topping off coolant. Next oil change sticker purposefully set too low to entice you to come back sooner than you need to. Prices are not transparent. No trust work was done properly.

Stopped in Sunday with a tire pressure light on. Was in and out in 5 mins. Fast, friendly and thankful they were open on a Sunday when their competitor who I purchased my tires from were closed! Thanks all!

Mike and the team was able to get my vehicle its oil change in such an efficient manner, as well as notifying me about other preventative maintenance that my car needs!

My daughter went there this morning, they did an oil change, they told her they checked all the other fluids etc. They told her that they checked her tire pressure’s, but when she came home I noticed her tire looked low. The driver side rear was 30 pounds low, the tires are supposed to be at 50 and her tire was at 20. Their sheet said all tires were set to 35psi. 3 were at 50 and 1 was at 20. Thanks for being lazy and putting my teenage daughter at risk. You people are ridiculous. Do not sent you family here if you value their lives.

This place is fantastic! They were quick and efficient when working with my car. Everybody had such a positive attitude that they made me feel comfortable.

Called ahead and asked if they took digital coupons. He said they did but to look it up when I got there. Had my oil changed and the coupons didnt work! 70$ for an oil change .plus the hard upselling going on. Dont go here.

My husband took his tuck in for an oil change a couple weeks ago then the other day we noticed oil leaking in our driveway., figured it was a mechanical thing took it in to the mechanic and oil is leaking from the oil filter which was changed by Jiffy and they said they filter was so loose they can wiggle it off with a simple touch. I then took my car in last week (before we noticed the other truck leaking oil) before leaving town and they seriously had me out of there in less than like 5 minutes which it takes longer than that to even drain the oil so now paying again to have my oil changed correctly somewhere else.

Went in for an oil change staff was actually really cool even gave me a discount after I told them my car had previously been stolen. My battery died and one of the guys gave me a boost with his own car sounds great right? Unfortunately the guy didnt know his negative from positive and blew out my main fuse box. They claimed no responsibility for this and now Im out 771$. Moral of the story is jiffy lube Techs no nothing else but oil changes dont let em touch anything else.

This was probably one of the best experiences I had at Jiffy Lube. The Jiffy Lube closest to my house is the one off E Iliff, they dont have it near as together as these guys. My tech was Stephen, he was friendly and efficient. I love the fact that the only time I had to get out of my car during this was to pay. Ill definitely be back to this location.

I had a list of things to do(oil change, check fluids, and put air in the tires) and they did it all in just a few minutes. They even removed an old inspection sticker at my request. Everyone was really nice! I really appreciate their good work and would definitely recommend them.

So grateful for the workers at Jiffy Lube! I live in Rural Eastern Colorado & tend to get flustered driving in town. I had a tire that was low, couldnt find a gas station then when I finally did the Air Machine was out of service. There was a Jiffy Lube right next door, so I pulled up and asked if I could pay to get my tires filled. They told me no need to pay & when I told them which tire I thought it was offered to simply check all of them for me! Thats the kind of amazing customer service that Im used to in my small town, but dont always get in the city. Really appreciated it & will definitely give them my business if Im in the area again!

I came in to get an oil change which I know was long over due. Kayla let me know how my brake fluid (i didnt know that was a thing!) And my antifreeze needed switched out because it was really dirty she was really helpful and concerned for my car which I appreciated she helped me out and because I was on a budget she made sure to do what I could afford and let me know what I need to get done in the near future. Im very happy with my expiernce and will definitely be coming back to get the rest done. Thank you Kayla you are the best!

My Jeep showed 5% oil life on Thursday. I am off today Friday. I made a purchase online for a 3 pack Synthetic oil change. I went to the closest jiffy lube. Now I have heard all the comments about jiffy lube but I decided to try them anyway. When I got there... I was happy I was the first in line. I got out my car and the first thing he said was we dont have that filter. That was my first and last experience. I will try to give away those oil changes I bought to others. Not a place I will go again.

I have been taking both of my cars to this location for the last 3 oil changes. They are courteous and they work fast. There is rarely a long wait. And if you ever have any issues with fluid levels while you are in another part of town you can just pull into ANY Jiffy Lube location and they will top them off for you! And they are reasonable priced too! All around a good place to go.

This was one of the best oil change experiences I have ever had. I don’t know a lot about cars, so I typically dread getting my oil changed. They were very helpful, nice, and quick! One of the ladies working let me know I was doing a great job taking care of my car! Since we are currently going through a pandemic, it was really nice to stay in my car the entire oil change.
