If the service you requested isnt recommended than you will have to pay for the diagnostic. They recommended a new transmission when I requested a fluid change. Was talked into the diagnostic thinking the cost would roll into the service. Had to pay 150 for nothing. Changed the fluid myself. It was black and overfilled by a quart. They didnt even check. My juke is now running much better with no signs of a bad transmission. Bet this place is good if you buy brand new but dont bother going to them without a warranty.
Loved this place. I recommend Rich. Had a problem with my axel that he quickly diagnosed and replaced. Gave me accurate timing on when the part would be in and when my car would be ready. Helped me with a few other little questions I had. AND he was fun to chat with. My best experience at a Nissan dealership in Denver so far.Absolutely everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, efficient, and considerate.

Your service is good but your team members need to work on their phone etiquette. I recently called to ask a question about my warranty the guy I spoke with was super rude. If your team members dont want to talk to their customers maybe they shouldnt work at Tynans.
Great company to get your car properly serviced. I really liked the approval system for repairs. It shows exactly whats needed and lets you decide what repairs you should make vs what you can afford to make.

Six service advisors. Only one had a customer who was checking in for service. Two others were Express oil change advisors so I suppose they can be exvused.The other three were all service advisors reading things on the internet. I approached one to check in and when he looked up my name he said I needed to see the advisor who was busy. So I stepped over to wait in line. Thirty minutes later the busy advisor I was waiting on asked if one of the other advisors could check me in. The advisor on the end said I can take him. So I step over there and he gets up and tells me he will be right back as he needs to check on something. Ten minutes later he returns and checks me in for a minor recall item. So minor they were done in 15 minutes. Waiting nearly 45 minutes to check in with 5 advisers doing nothing is absurd. Not a good customer experience by any measure. There are plenty of Nissan dealers in the area and I will be taking my service visits to one of them in the future.

This review is in regard to the Service Department. Be prepared to wait in the Express lane for basic services. After waiting two hours for an oil change/ tire rotation, I approached the service guy who signed me in. I kindly asked him for an update on my car, considering I had been waiting for two hours with no update. His misogynistic disregard for me was blatantly evident as he quickly and begrudgingly pawned me off to a female scurrying around doing her job, while continued to sit and wait behind his computer!
Man this is my first good experience with a dealership service center. Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with. I first took my car to another Nissan dealearship LMN are the initials. And had the worst time with them, my obstruction radar alarm kept going off so when I took it too LMN they told me that damage was caused by me or previous owner on the bracket the sensor sits on and the factory warranty was not going to cover it. Took it to Tynans to have it looked at and Rich went thru all the details and told me that it was a bad sensor and they would have to replace it, also told me that there was a factory recall on my rear camera radar that they would also fix. A total of just over 2.5 hours and all the problems solved and didnt cost me a dime out of pocket all covered by Nissan. Dont waste your time going to the other big Nissan dealership and get screwed over, go straight to Tynans !!!!
Decided to take our nissan in to have 4 new tired mounted. Glad we did. Service department was faster getting our tires mounted than discount tire. In and out in less than 1 1/2 hour . Discount tire said wait would be 4 hours .Also why we were there tynans nissan service was nice enough to check battery,air filter, brakes, etc for free and tell us what needed done and a price.No a pushy company to get your business. Just know how to treat a customer. We bought 3 new Nissans from them in one week in 2014.Jordan the car manager sold them to us.
