My husband and I trust the mechanics and staff with both of our vehicles. A lot of places weve gone have been up front about work and cost just like Lovells but there something special about the staff that makes the difference. Everyone weve encountered here is wonderful. From the first call to the most recent work done on our vehicles, we feel confident that we are always getting the best prices and the best quality of work. Very grateful for this business.

I didnt know where to go so i looked online at the reviews lavell got. There were 2 or 3 bad ones but the majority were great. So i went. I dropped my car off on Monday night and got it back Tuesday night. What an awesome place. They handled my car with professionalism and stayed in touch with me every step of the way. Fantastic experience here! My car hadnt been running right for a couple days so called on Tuesday and went in the same day. They were able to diagnose the problem really quick and were also able to fix it in a couple days.They were very honest and upfront about what was wrong with my car and plan on going back there if I ever (hopefully not) have any major issues. Definitely recommend!

I Love Lovells! Mr. Lovell has had this business since I was in my early twenties. Always fair, great mechanics. He has a master mechanic that has been there for years. He is magic. He can listen to the car and tell you whats wrong with. He can fix anything and wont gouge you. Recently rented a uhaul from this location. Great service, friendly staff. Would highly recommend renting trucks from here over any of the nearby fully branded uhaul locations. Spent less time picking up and returning the truck than I spent on hold with the others.

This has been the worst experience Ive encountered with a mechanic. If youre not a repeat customer its very difficult to get a straight answer and good service. From my experience I left with more problems with my vehicle than what I orginally went it for.

If I could give them more star’s I would. I was referred to them by my uber driver when my car was acting up. They were quick, efficient, affordable, and friendly. I dropped my car off two days before Christmas and got it back in less then 48 hours on Christmas Eve! Bless them 🙌🏽

Gave me an outragous quote on one wheel barring $700. The cv axcel was actually the problem. He didnt even take the wheel off to give me that quote if your a women he will try to rip u off!!!!

Joke of a mechanic DO NOT TAKE your car here. They are extremely rude and do terrible work! I brought my car in because it wouldn’t pass emissions with the service engine light on. So they fix the exact same thing that I told them was already fixed and my service engine light comes back on as soon as I leave the lot. They didn’t offer to fix the problem or a refund. Total rip-off mechanic. When you see this guys shop keep driving.
