After a total loss and his subordinates failing to attach a supplemental policy for aftermarket stereo coverage, as insisted on having because its done everyday, by others, and always by myself with such that All-State doesnt cover, I suffered a theft and total loss. I found out the policy was not added. After numerous phone calls and arguments, and speaking with so many people refusing to take care of the customer. Who has been a 10 year customer, with 9 policys, and referred numerous business, Jeff Heinrich failed to take responsibility for his staffs mistake, admit fault, so that my loss in addition to the lossnof my vehicle,, was covered. This is approximately $8,400.00 that I am out and took years to save up for. Guess Im not in good hands.Extremely ticked off,JK1/2/21

I have had so many positive experiences with this agency. The one, that comes to mind is I called to just go over my policies to make sure I was covered well enough (I didnt know much about insurance no more than Jack and the Beanstalk! LOL) The time and patience that was taken was so very and greatly appreciated! Im gonna say bravo and hats off! Good or should I say GREAT customer service these days… are just about non exexistent.
